The following describes the technical scheme of the present utility model in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic general structure of the present utility model, including a base plate 1, left and right scribing holders 2, and a supporting rod 3. The fixed connection of the lower end surface of the supporting cylinder 21 and the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is preferably riveted. The hand tightening bolt 211 has a flexible spherical cap with a radial blind hole at the inner end made of an elastic material. The elastic material is preferably a known rubber.
The vertical strut 22 is of a vertical hollow round rod structure, and is preferably formed by cutting a carbon steel pipe. The fixed connection of the lower end surface of the vertical strut 22 and the upper end surface of the support cylinder 21 is preferably welded. The vertical struts 22 have a support vertical fastening bolt 221, preferably a known carbon steel hand fastening bolt, on the upper part of the outer lateral surface.
The vertical telescopic rod 23 is of a vertical round rod structure, scale marks indicating height values are marked on the side face of the vertical telescopic rod, and preferably carbon steel bars are subjected to cutting machining and laser machining forming.
The transverse strut 24 is a transverse hollow round rod structure, and is preferably formed by cutting a carbon steel pipe. The transverse strut 24 is fixedly connected, preferably welded, on the outer side to the upper end face of the vertical telescopic rod 23 at a position close to the inner end. The transverse strut 24 has a support transverse fastening bolt 241, preferably a known carbon steel hand fastening bolt, in the middle of the outer lateral surface.
The transverse telescopic rod 25 is of a transverse round rod structure, scale marks for indicating transverse length values are marked on the side surfaces, an expanded spherical end face is arranged at the inner side end, a porous flexible spherical end cap is sleeved on the expanded spherical end face, and forging, pressing and laser machining forming are carried out on carbon steel bars preferably. The porous flexible spherical end cap is preferably made of a hydrophilic flexible porous material that can absorb ink. The hydrophilic flexible porous material is preferably non-woven fabric, and can also adopt fiber fabric or porous rubber.
The strut 3 comprises a vertical support bar 31, a vertical fastening bar 32, a universal fastening hinge 33, a pitch fastening bar 34, a connecting bar 35 and a collet 36. The vertical supporting rod 31 is of a vertical hollow round rod structure, and is preferably formed by cutting a carbon steel pipe. The lower end surface of the vertical supporting rod 31 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, preferably riveted. The vertical supporting rod 31 is provided with a supporting rod vertical fastening bolt 311 at the upper part of the outer side surface, preferably a well-known carbon steel hand fastening bolt. The vertical fastening rod 32 is of a vertical round rod structure, and is preferably formed by cutting a carbon steel bar stock.
The pitch fastening rod 34 is of a hollow round rod-shaped structure, and is preferably formed by cutting a carbon steel pipe. The pitch fastening rod 34 is provided with a strut pitch fastening bolt 341, preferably a known carbon steel hand fastening bolt, on the right part of the outer side surface. The connecting rod 35 is a round rod-shaped structure, and is preferably formed by cutting a carbon steel bar. The right end of the connecting rod 35 is fixedly connected with the chuck 36, preferably by welding. The collet 36 has two resiliently flexible jaws on the right end and is preferably formed by cutting a sheet of alloy steel. The chuck 36 carries a chuck locking bolt 361, preferably a carbon steel bolt and a hand nut, as is known, in the middle of the jaws.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a preferred embodiment of the universal fastening hinge 33, including a first rod fastening bolt 331, a first rod fastening body 332, a connecting bolt 333, a second rod fastening body 334, a second rod clamping groove 335, a second rod fastening tab 336, and a second rod fastening bolt 337. The first rod fastening bolt 331, the connecting bolt 333, and the second rod fastening bolt 337 are preferably known carbon steel bolts. The rod-fastening body 332 is a right quadrangular prism structure which is horizontally placed, a front through hole and a rear through hole are formed in the middle of the front side surface, a threaded hole which is communicated with the front through hole and the rear through hole is formed in the center of the left bottom surface, a threaded blind hole is formed in the middle of the right bottom surface, and preferably, a medium carbon steel bar is machined and formed.
The second fastening body 334 is a hollow cuboid structure with front and back through, a through hole is arranged in the middle of the left side surface, a transverse through groove is arranged in the middle of the right side surface, and preferably, a carbon steel plate is bent and machined to form. The second rod slot 335 has a semi-circular slot at the left end and a transverse blind hole at the right end. The semicircular clamping groove is preferably formed by bending and machining a carbon steel plate. The part of the rod two clamping groove 335 with the transverse blind hole at the right end is preferably a carbon steel pipe, is formed by cutting, and is then welded with the semicircular clamping groove.
The second bar fastening tab 336 has a rectangular plate-like structure vertically disposed in front and rear with a threaded through hole in the center and claws protruding rightward at four corners, and is preferably formed by punching and machining a carbon steel plate. The second rod fastening tab 336 is preferably welded or bonded to the right side wall of the second rod fastening member 334 by a fixed connection of the jaws to the left side surface.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present utility model and do not limit the present utility model. Under the condition of meeting the structural and performance requirements of the utility model, the material and the manufacturing process are changed, and the method is within the protection scope of the utility model.

Claims (5)

1. A cutting line aided design instrument for bottle art cutting, includes bottom plate (1), controls two marking off support (2) and branch (3), its characterized in that: the bottom plate (1) is of a rectangular flat plate structure, and two scribing support seats (2) and one supporting rod (3) are fixed on the upper surface of the bottom plate to provide support for the scribing support seats (2) and the supporting rod (3);
the scribing support (2) is of a vertically placed cylindrical structure and comprises a supporting cylinder (21), a vertical supporting rod (22), a vertical telescopic rod (23), a transverse supporting rod (24) and a transverse telescopic rod (25), the vertical and transverse dimensions can be adjusted, the scribing support is in contact with the outer surface of the bottle, cutting lines conforming to rules can be drawn, the bottle can be fastened and supported, cutting lines for artistic cutting of the bottle are designed in an auxiliary mode, and three-dimensional intersecting lines of any curved surfaces are designed in an auxiliary mode;
the supporting rod (3) is of a bending telescopic rod structure and comprises a vertical supporting rod (31), a vertical fastening rod (32), a universal fastening hinge (33), a pitching fastening rod (34), a connecting rod (35) and a clamping head (36), and can be bent, telescopic, size-adjustable, bottle neck part clamping and auxiliary fixing of the bottle on the scribing support (2);
the supporting cylinder (21) is of a cylindrical structure, the lower end face of the supporting cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate (1) to obtain support, and at least 3 hand tightening bolts (211) are uniformly distributed on the outer side face along the circumferential direction; the hand tightening bolt (211) is provided with external threads, is in threaded connection with the supporting cylinder (21), is used for adjusting the position along the radial direction of the supporting cylinder (21) so as to clamp the lower part of the bottle body of the bottle, is provided with a flexible spherical cap at the inner side end, and is clamped with the lower part of the bottle body of the bottle through the flexible spherical cap;
the vertical support rods (22) are of a vertical hollow round rod structure, the lower end face of each vertical support rod is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the corresponding supporting cylinder (21), the vertical support rods are supported and fixed, the vertical support rods are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the corresponding supporting cylinder (21), and the upper parts of the outer side faces of the vertical support rods are provided with support vertical fastening bolts (221); the support vertical fastening bolt (221) is provided with external threads and is in threaded connection with the vertical support rod (22) through the external threads so as to fasten the vertical telescopic rod (23);
the vertical telescopic rod (23) is of a vertical round rod structure, scale marks for indicating height values are marked on the side surfaces of the vertical telescopic rod, the lower end of the vertical telescopic rod is inserted into the vertical supporting rod (22), and the upper position and the lower position of the vertical telescopic rod are adjusted;
the transverse strut (24) is of a transverse hollow round rod structure, a position on the outer side face, which is close to the inner side end, is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the vertical telescopic rod (23) to obtain support, and a support transverse fastening bolt (241) is arranged in the middle of the outer side face; the support transverse fastening bolt (241) is provided with external threads and is in threaded connection with the transverse strut (24) through the external threads so as to fasten the transverse telescopic rod (25);
the transverse telescopic rod (25) is of a transverse round rod structure, scale marks for indicating transverse length values are marked on the side surfaces, the outer side end of the transverse telescopic rod is inserted into the transverse supporting rod (24) and used for adjusting the inner position and the outer position, the inner side end of the transverse telescopic rod is provided with an expanded spherical end surface, the expanded spherical end surface is sleeved with a porous flexible spherical end cap, and the porous flexible spherical end cap is abutted with the bottle body or the bottle bottom of the bottle and is used for scribing.

the vertical fastening rod (32) is of a vertical round rod structure, the lower end of the vertical fastening rod is inserted into the vertical supporting rod (31), the upper and lower positions of the vertical fastening rod are adjusted, and the vertical fastening rod is abutted with the vertical fastening bolt (311) of the supporting rod so as to obtain support and fastening;
the universal fastening hinge (33) is provided with a through hole, and is connected with the vertical fastening rod (32) and the pitching fastening rod (34), so that the pitching fastening rod (34) can move and rotate in the front-back direction, the left-right direction and the up-down direction relative to the vertical fastening rod (32), and the pitching fastening rod (34) can be fastened relative to the vertical fastening rod (32);
the pitching fastening rod (34) is of a hollow round rod-shaped structure, and a supporting rod pitching fastening bolt (341) is arranged at the right part of the outer side surface; the supporting rod pitching fastening bolt (341) is provided with external threads and is in threaded connection with the pitching fastening rod (34) through the external threads;
the connecting rod (35) is of a round rod-shaped structure, the left end of the connecting rod is inserted into the pitching fastening rod (34) and the insertion depth is adjusted to be abutted with the pitching fastening bolt (341) of the supporting rod so as to be supported and fastened, and the right end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the clamping head (36);
the clamping head (36) is provided with two elastic bending clamping jaws at the right end, the bottle neck part of the bottle is clamped by the clamping jaws, the bottle positioned on the scribing support (2) is fixed in an auxiliary mode, the middle of the clamping jaws is provided with a clamping head locking bolt (361), the clamping jaws are locked, and the clamping force is adjusted.
3. The method for generating the free-form surface three-dimensional intersecting line by adopting the auxiliary design tool as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized in that: comprises the following steps:
step one, putting the bottle processed into the flower disc into a scribing support (2) on the left side; an adjusting hand tightening bolt (211) for clamping the lower part of the bottle body; adjusting the vertical fastening bolt (221) and the transverse fastening bolt (241) of the support to enable the inner side end of one transverse telescopic rod (25) of the left scribing support (2) to be in contact with the bottle body, and taking the inner side end as a starting point of an intersecting line on the left bottle body;

step three, predicting the trend of an intersecting line on the bottle, and adjusting a support vertical fastening bolt (221) and a support transverse fastening bolt (241) of a left scribing support (2) to enable the inner side end of a transverse telescopic rod (25) adjacent to the starting point of the intersecting line to be in contact with the bottle body; also, the support vertical fastening bolt (221) and the support lateral fastening bolt (241) of the right scribing support (2) are adjusted so that the inner side end of the lateral expansion link (25) adjacent to the intersecting line starting point is in contact with the bottle body or the bottle bottom; repeated adjustment is carried out to ensure that the scale values of the adjacent vertical telescopic rods (23) and the adjacent horizontal telescopic rods (25) of the two scribing supports (2) are the same, so as to obtain a second point of the intersecting line; repeating the steps, predicting the trend of the intersecting line, and adjusting to sequentially obtain all points of the intersecting line on the bottle;

4. A cutting line design method for artistic cutting of bottles, using the auxiliary design tool of claim 1, characterized in that: comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a bottle subjected to artistic cutting into a scribing support (2); an adjusting hand tightening bolt (211) for clamping the lower part of the bottle body; adjusting the vertical fastening bolt (221) and the transverse fastening bolt (241) of the support to enable the inner side end of one transverse telescopic rod (25) of the scribing support (2) to be in contact with the bottle body, and taking the inner side end of the transverse telescopic rod as a first characteristic point of a cutting line on the bottle body;
step two, predicting the position of a second characteristic point of the cutting line on the bottle body according to the design scheme of the cutting line, and adjusting a support vertical fastening bolt (221) and a support transverse fastening bolt (241) to enable the inner side end of a transverse telescopic rod (25) corresponding to the second characteristic point to be in contact with the bottle body, wherein the contact point is the second characteristic point of the cutting line; repeatedly adjusting the support vertical fastening bolts (221) and the support transverse fastening bolts (241) to sequentially obtain all points of a first group of characteristic points of the cutting line on the bottle body;
loosening the hand tightening bolt (211), adjusting the height of the bottle, and rotating an angle to ensure that a first one of a second group of characteristic points on the bottle body contacts the inner side end of a transverse telescopic rod (25), and tightening the hand tightening bolt (211); repeating the second step to obtain all points of the second group of characteristic points; repeating the steps to obtain all characteristic points on the bottle body;
and fourthly, smoothly connecting the characteristic points by using a marker pen to obtain a cutting line conforming to the rule, and improving the design precision and efficiency of the cutting line.
5. A method for creating a bottle combined artwork, which adopts the auxiliary design tool as claimed in claim 1, and is characterized in that: comprises the following steps:
step one, according to the artistic conception, adopting the auxiliary design tool to obtain an arbitrary curved surface three-dimensional intersecting line of the bottle and another bottle; carrying out artistic cutting on the two bottles along the drawn intersecting line by utilizing a cutting tool, and then bonding to obtain at least one bottle assembly;
