本发明一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构,包括下料斗、送料腔和破碎腔;下料斗与送料腔的顶部入口相连;在送料腔内还设有活塞推头;在活塞推头的端面上沿处设有内陷的折槽;折槽呈直角凹陷;送料腔的出料口上连接破碎腔;破碎腔内安装有横轴方向设置的粉碎刀轮;所述粉碎刀轮内设有转轴;转轴上套装有刀盘;刀盘上设有刀尖刃;粉碎刀轮上还设有联动杆;联动杆平行于转轴且将刀盘串联起来;在相邻两个刀盘之间的联动杆上还套装有刀头;刀头的回转半径也大于刀盘的半径;破碎腔内设有配合粉碎刀轮回转运动的弧形底面;在弧形底面上开设有有波浪形的出料槽;出料槽具有曲率相同的弧形槽单元;每个弧形槽单元的曲率不大于刀尖刃的回转曲率。

本发明涉及垃圾粉碎结构领域,特别是涉及一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构。
背景技术
人们在日常生活中产生很多很多的垃圾,随着人口的增长,生活中产生的垃圾也越来越多,垃圾的处理对环境保护具有重要的意义。现有的垃圾处理装置通常体积较大,只适用于工厂、办公室等大型场所内使用,而家庭中则无法使用,占地太大,使用不便,使得家庭垃圾无法及时粉碎。且由于垃圾带有一定气味,粉碎时气味飘散,影响家庭环境,因此,需要进行进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构,解决了垃圾一次性粉碎破碎的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构,包括下料斗、送料腔和破碎腔;所述下料斗与送料腔的顶部入口相连;送料腔为水平设置的密封腔;在送料腔内还设有活塞推头;活塞推头与所述推杆连接;在活塞推头的端面上沿处设有内陷的折槽;所述折槽呈直角凹陷;送料腔的出料口上连接所述破碎腔;所述破碎腔内安装有横轴方向设置的粉碎刀轮;所述粉碎刀轮内设有一根转轴;所述转轴上套装有多个刀盘;每个刀盘上设有刀尖刃;所述刀尖刃凸的回转半径大于刀盘的半径;粉碎刀轮上还设有联动杆;所述联动杆平行于转轴且将刀盘串联起来;在相邻两个刀盘之间的联动杆上还套装有刀头;所述刀头的回转半径也大于刀盘的半径;所述破碎腔内设有配合粉碎刀轮回转运动的弧形底面;在弧形底面上开设有有波浪形的出料槽;所述出料槽具有曲率相同的弧形槽单元;每个弧形槽单元的曲率不大于刀尖刃的回转曲率。
优选的是,所述活塞推头包括端面、本体;所述端面与送料腔采用过盈配合;本体连接于所述端面上;所述本体的底部向内凹陷,且在凹陷内设有滚轮。
优选的是,每个刀盘上至少设有两个刀尖刃;两个刀尖刃位于同一直径上;所述粉碎刀轮上至少设有四根联动杆;每根联动杆上均暗转有刀头。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构,其结构简单,易于制造,成本较低,体型小便于移动,且自带可拆卸的预处理结构,粉碎时有效针对各种质地的垃圾进行彻底粉碎,适用于各种场所,具有良好的应用前景,值得推广。

一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构,包括下料斗1、送料腔2和破碎腔3;所述下料斗1与送料腔2的顶部入口相连;送料腔2为水平设置的密封腔;在送料腔2内还设有活塞推头4;活塞推头4与所述推杆5连接;在活塞推头4的端面上沿处设有内陷的折槽6;所述折槽6呈直角凹陷;当垃圾从下料斗1中落入送料腔2,活塞推头4在直线推动下将垃圾向送料腔2的出口推送,此时一些尺寸较长,或者竖直落入送料腔2的垃圾会被活塞推头4上的折槽6与送料腔2的内壁进行折断,这样就降低了垃圾的尺寸或体积,做到了预先处理的目的。送料腔2的出料口上连接所述破碎腔3;所述破碎腔3内安装有横轴方向设置的粉碎刀轮;所述粉碎刀轮内设有一根转轴7;所述转轴7上套装有多个刀盘8;每个刀盘上设有刀尖刃9;所述刀尖刃9凸的回转半径大于刀盘8的半径;通用的刀尖刃粉碎结构,利用高速转动的刀刃对垃圾进行撞击和割裂,达到粉碎目的。粉碎刀轮上还设有联动杆10;所述联动杆10平行于转轴7且将刀盘8串联起来;在相邻两个刀盘8之间的联动杆10上还套装有刀头11;所述刀头11的回转半径也大于刀盘8的半径;刀尖刃9与刀头11参差排列;刀头11配合刀尖刃9在同步转动过程中,由于位置存在参差排列的间隔角度,因此,刀头11与刀尖刃9能够不间断的对垃圾进行依次的粉碎,达到进一步粉碎的目的,减小垃圾的体积。所述破碎腔3内设有配合粉碎刀轮回转运动的弧形底面;在弧形底面上开设有有波浪形的出料槽12;出料槽12的宽度为5~10mm,垃圾在粉碎成5~10mm大小才能排出破碎腔3;所述出料槽12具有曲率相同的弧形槽单元;每个弧形槽单元的曲率不大于刀尖刃9的回转曲率。出料槽12才采用的弧形的设计,为了增加粉碎时间,垃圾在不粉碎成小于出料槽宽度的尺寸是难以排出的,因此垃圾能够持续进行粉碎,粉碎好的垃圾经过挤压摩擦排出。所述活塞推头4包括端面、本体;所述端面与送料腔采用过盈配合;本体连接于所述端面上;所述本体的底部向内凹陷,且在凹陷内设有滚轮13,滚轮13为了减小摩擦力,提高运动速度,同时也能够避免结构大面积贴合引起生锈,难以处理。每个刀盘8上至少设有两个刀尖刃9;两个刀尖刃9位于同一直径上;所述粉碎刀轮上至少设有四根联动杆10;每根联动杆10上均暗转有刀头11。该垃圾粉碎破碎结构,其结构简单,易于制造,成本较低,体型小便于移动,且自带可拆卸的预处理结构,粉碎时有效针对各种质地的垃圾进行彻底粉碎,适用于各种场所,具有良好的应用前景,值得推广。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾粉碎破碎结构,其特征在于:所述活塞推头包括端面、本体;所述端面与送料腔采用过盈配合;本体连接于所述端面上;所述本体的底部向内凹陷,且在凹陷内设有滚轮。
