Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to luggage, and more particularly to luggage with removable portions. The luggage case with the detachable part can be conveniently replaced based on the requirement of a user, so that the luggage case with the detachable part is more convenient and humanized to use.
Background
Existing common luggage cases are generally constructed of two parts of hard material. One part of the two parts of the hard material is typically fixedly attached together using a pivotable structure, while the other part is attached together using a separable attachment mechanism, such as a zipper, to form the main body of the luggage case, with associated accessories to form the luggage case. Such luggage cases generally have items loaded in the interior space of the luggage case body, have poor functionality, and are inconvenient to access.
The traditional suitcase with the outer bag is single in type, the outer bag is connected with the suitcase main body (the inner part of the suitcase main body can be separated by a layer of movable PE plate), the objects in the outer bag and other objects in other suitcases are mutually extruded and can move, the objects are not really separated, the shape of the outer bag is not stiff and smooth, and the whole shape is loose. The outer bag is weak and has poor safety.
Considering the work and living needs of people of different professions, the outer bag has great ductility due to the difference of personal belongings. For example, actors may need make-up when waiting at an airport, and thus the outer bag is a carry-on cosmetic bag, and a plurality of bags are used for classifying and placing different cosmetics or tools. For example, tour guides, overpouch designs may be more focused on the sorting of documents (e.g., a group passport, etc.), as well as the storage of commonly used medical tools. The outer bag of the cartoon painter can store various painters, drawing boards and the like, and can be authored anytime and anywhere during travel. The time taken to travel to the destination or back to the vehicle is often tedious during travel, and whether to go to a doze continuously or to use his own tools conveniently and quickly is also an important consideration for the user of the luggage case.
There is still a need in the art for a luggage case that can meet the needs of users in multiple functions, and is more convenient and more humanized to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor of the invention designs a novel luggage case aiming at the defects of the existing luggage case. Such luggage cases have removable portions by which various different functional luggage parts, such as outer bags having different functions, can be replaced to the luggage case, thereby satisfying the user's multi-functional needs.
To achieve the above object, a luggage case of the present invention including a detachable portion includes: a luggage body having an upper end face and a lower end face, characterized in that at least one of the upper end face and the lower end face has a recessed cavity, at least one fitting hole is provided in a bottom wall of the recessed cavity, and a locking device is provided at an upper end of the body, the luggage further comprising:
a detachable portion having a shape and size adapted to the recessed cavity and having a fastening mechanism at an upper end thereof;
a bottom guard comprising at least a front guard and a bottom guard joined to the front guard, the bottom guard having at least one protrusion on a lower surface thereof;
wherein when the removable portion is placed into the recessed cavity and secured in place, at least a portion of the removable portion is confined in an interior space defined at least by a front stop and a bottom stop of the bottom stop guard, and the at least one projection on a lower surface of the bottom stop is secured in the at least one mounting hole; the fastening mechanism of the upper end of the detachable portion is releasably secured to the locking device.
In one embodiment, the bottom wall of the concave cavity is provided with two assembling holes, and the lower surface of the bottom baffle is provided with two protrusions matched with the two assembling holes.
In one embodiment, the fastening mechanism at the upper end of the detachable portion comprises a tab, and the locking device is a receptacle that mates with the tab.
In one embodiment, wherein the protrusion is a hollow structure, an outer dimension of the protrusion is larger than an inner dimension of the fitting hole, and the protrusion is made of an elastic material.
In one embodiment, the insert is a hollow structure, the outer dimension of the insert is larger than the inner dimension of the jack, and the insert is made of wear-resistant elastic material.
In one embodiment, the fastening mechanism includes a fastening strap having one end connected to an upper end of the detachable portion, and the other end of the fastening strap is fixed with the tab.
In one embodiment, the insert is a solid structure and the receptacle has an elastic tab for securing the insert.
In one embodiment, there are two of the tabs and two of the receptacles.
In a preferred embodiment, the back of the detachable part and the back of the recessed cavity are further provided with mutually cooperating releasable snap means.
Another aspect of the invention is that the detachable portion and the luggage body are in an unconnected state.
The detachable portion of the luggage case of the present invention, including the detachable portion, can be easily installed into and removed from the recessed cavity of the luggage case. The detachable part can thus perform the desired multi-functions for the user. For example, an actor may choose to work with a removable portion that has a particular function, such as the removable portion may be used primarily to hold a wide variety of cosmetics, toiletries, and the like. When the actor is on vacation, the detachable part can be changed into other types, such as a soft bag mainly containing books, medicines and photographic equipment, so as to meet different requirements of users. Even the same luggage can be used by different family members, and only the luggage needs to be replaced by different detachable parts, so that the requirements of different users can be met. Accordingly, the luggage case including the detachable portion of the present invention has great convenience, making the luggage case more humanized.
