A bird scarer as claimed in claim 3, wherein both sides of the th clamping piece are respectively provided with a th elongated slot, the clamping seat is provided with a th mounting part which is respectively embedded in the th elongated slot in a sliding manner, the end of the th spring is fixed on the th mounting part, and the other end of the th spring is fixed on the th mounting plate.

A bird dispeller according to claim 4, wherein second elongated grooves are formed in two sides of the second clamping piece respectively, second mounting portions which can be slidably embedded in the second elongated grooves are formed in the clamping seats respectively, an end of the second spring is fixed to the second mounting portions, and the other end of the second spring is fixed to the second mounting plate.
  6. 6. A bird scarer as claimed in claim 5, wherein a folded dust curtain is provided at the side of each elongated slot, the end of the curtain being secured to the seat and the other end of the curtain being secured to the mounting plate.
  7. 7. A bird repeller as claimed in claim 6 wherein the side of each second elongate slot is also provided with a folded dust curtain, the end of the folded dust curtain being secured to the clip and the other end of the folded dust curtain being secured to the second mounting plate.
  8. 8. A bird scarer according to claim 7, further comprising a drive mechanism including a drive gear, a th rack and a second rack, the th rack being disposed at the end of the th clamp away from the clamping end, the second rack being disposed at the end of the second clamp away from the clamping end, the drive gear being positionable between the th rack and the second rack and being engageable on either side with the th rack and the second rack, respectively.
  9. 9. A bird scarer according to claim 8, wherein the driving mechanism further comprises a moving member slidably disposed on the seat, the driving gear is rotatably disposed on the moving member, and the moving member can drive the driving gear to move into or out of the space between the th rack and the second rack.
