Background
In daily life, the grasping pigs are required to be grasped when buying and selling the piglets or castrating the piglets. At present, the method for grasping the piglet mainly comprises the step of manually grasping the hind legs of the piglet by hands. When the catcher is close to the piglet, the piglet is easily frightened and runs around. The catching method easily causes labor waste and low efficiency, and hands of a catching person are easily injured by mistake in the process of catching the piglet. Therefore, the invention discloses a convenient piglet catching device which can increase the distance between a catching person and a piglet and avoid the alarming and the disorderly running of the piglet caused by the too close distance between the catching person and the piglet and the injury of the catching person.

a convenient piglet catching device mainly comprises a piglet catching device, a supporting rod and a rack, wherein the rack is L-shaped, and one end of the rack is arc-shaped; the left end of the supporting rod is connected with the rack through a pin, and the right end of the supporting rod is connected with the pig grabbing device through a steel wire rope; wherein the bracing piece can rotate from top to bottom in the frame, grabs the pig device and can realize moving perpendicularly up and down catching the piglet in wire rope's shrink.

When the bayonet lock is pulled up, the bayonet lock is separated from the movable door, and the movable door is quickly ejected outwards under the action of the spring force. The clamping seat is composed of grooves with two sides arranged in bilateral symmetry of the pig cage and is used for connecting the pig cage.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the device for conveniently catching piglets of the present invention comprises: the pig grabbing device 1, a supporting plate 11, a motor 12, a cylinder 13, a push plate 14, a lifting lug 15, a spring 16, a clamping pin 17, a clamping seat 18, a movable door 19, a pig cage 20, a switch 21, a fixed pulley 2, a supporting rod 3, a rocker A4, a rocker B5, a rack 6 and a strap 7.
A convenient piglet catching device mainly comprises a piglet catching device 1, a support rod 3 and a rack 6, wherein the rack 6 is L-shaped, and one vertical end of the rack is arc-shaped; the left end of the support rod 3 is connected with the frame 6 through a pin, and the right end of the support rod 3 is connected with the pig grabbing device 1 through a steel wire rope. Wherein the supporting rod 3 can rotate up and down on the frame 6, and the pig catching device 1 can vertically move up and down to catch the piglets by the contraction of the steel wire rope. The steel wire rope can be wound and unwound by rotating the rocker B5, so that the pig grabbing device 1 is controlled to move up and down. The pig grasping device 1 includes: the device comprises a supporting plate 11, a motor 12, a cylinder 13, a push plate 14, a lifting lug 15, a spring 16, a clamping pin 17, a clamping seat 18, a movable door 19, a pig cover cage 20 and a switch 21. The supporting plate 11 is arranged at the middle lower part of the pig cage 20 and is connected with the motor 12, and can move left and right under the driving of the motor; the lifting lugs 15 are arranged at the upper end of the pig cage 20 and are used for connecting steel wire ropes; the air cylinder 13 is arranged at the tail part of the pig cage 20, the push plate 14 is arranged in the pig cage 20, and the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 13 is connected with the push plate 14 and used for pushing out piglets trapped in the pig cage; the movable door 19 is L-shaped and is arranged at the front section of the pig cage 20, the spring 16 is arranged between one side of the movable door 19 and the pig cage 20, and the bayonet lock 17 is arranged at the front upper end of the pig cage 20 and used for locking the movement of the movable door 19. When the latch 17 is pulled up, the latch is separated from the shutter 19, and the shutter 19 is rapidly ejected outward by the spring force. The clamping seat 18 is composed of grooves with two sides arranged in bilateral symmetry of the pig cage 20 and is used for connecting the pig cage. The bottom of the bayonet lock 17 is provided with a starting switch 21 of the motor 12 and the cylinder 13, when the movable door 19 is opened, the bayonet lock 17 moves downwards under the action of spring force, touches the starting switch 21 of the motor 12 and the cylinder 13, the supporting plate 11 moves outwards, and the telescopic rod of the cylinder 13 extends out to drive the push plate 14 to push the piglets in the pig cage arranged in the clamping seat 18.
The use method of the device for conveniently capturing the piglets is as follows: the user fixes the frame 6 on the body through the straps 7, opens the supporting plate 11 of the pig catching device 1 through the motor 12 in advance, the supporting plate 11 is in an outward moving state, and then the upward and downward movement of the whole pig catching device 1 is controlled through the rocker A4 and the rocker B5 to align the piglet to be caught. The bottom of the pig cage 20 is provided with a reverse starting switch of the motor 12. When the pig cage 20 descends to catch the piglets and the pig cage 20 stays on the ground for more than 3 seconds, the reverse rotation of the motor 12 can be started to drive the supporting plate 11 to move inwards. The piglets trapped in the pig cage 20 can fall out of the pigsty through the support rods. When the pig house is outside the piggery, a user can use the corresponding pig cage to be connected with the clamping seat 18, at the moment, the clamping pin 17 can be pulled to enable the spring 16 to push the movable door 19 outwards, and the push plate 14 is controlled by the air cylinder 13 to push the piglet trapped in the pig house cage 20 to the pig cage connected with the clamping seat 18, so that the piglet can be caught.
