It should be noted that the interaction between the modules in the payment system 1240 is coordinated by the message processing module.
When the user purchases an item at the merchant and pays using electronic payment, the payment flow is as shown in fig. 12B:
firstly, a payment request 01 is sent to an external interface server 42 in an electronic payment platform by a payment account of a merchant, the external interface server 42 sends the payment request 01 to a payment process processing module 43, the payment process processing module 43 sends a credit score acquisition request 02 of the payment account to a credit policy subsystem 1231 according to the payment request 01, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 acquires a credit score 03 of the payment account through a credit collection and storage subsystem 1232.
Optionally, the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the payment method of the payment process according to the credit score 03 of the collection account.
Such as: the credit score corresponding to the collection account is 200, the credit rating is the second level, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the payment mode to be the quick payment for the bank card according to the credit score of the collection account. The credit policy control subsystem 1231 sends a sixth control instruction to the payment flow processing module 43 in the payment system 1240, where the sixth control instruction is used to control the payment system 1240 to perform fast payment for the bank card by using the payment flow payment method for the user account. The payment system 1240 receives the sixth control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and uses the payment method of the payment process to the payment account through the external interface server 42 according to the sixth control instruction to pay the bank card quickly.
Alternatively, the payment method may be selected autonomously by the user. Such as: the user opens a user client with payment function in the mobile payment device, such as: and the user sends a payment request 04 to an external interface server 42 in the electronic payment platform.
Secondly, when payment is made, the authentication module 41 in the electronic payment platform needs to perform user authentication on the payment account.
At this time, similar to the process of acquiring the credit score corresponding to the collection account, the external interface module sends the request 05 for acquiring the credit score of the payment account to the policy control subsystem 1231, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 acquires the credit score 06 of the payment account through the credit collection and storage subsystem 1232.
The credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the user authentication method of the payment account in the payment process according to the credit score 06 of the payment account, and sends an authentication method control policy 07 to the authentication module 41, and the authentication module 41 sends the authentication method control policy 07 to the payment account.
Such as: the credit score corresponding to the payment account is 200, the credit rating is the second level, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the authentication mode to be fingerprint authentication according to the credit score. The credit policy subsystem 1231 sends a first control instruction to the authentication module 41, where the first control instruction is used to control the authentication module 41 to authenticate the payment account by using the fingerprint authentication method. The authentication module 41 receives the first control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and authenticates the payment account by the external interface server 42 in a user authentication manner as fingerprint authentication according to the first control instruction.
It should be noted that, if the credit score corresponding to the user account is greater than the predetermined threshold, the authentication module 41 may set the authentication mode of the payment account to be the verification-free mode.
Thirdly, when the user authentication mode is not a verification-free mode, that is, when the user authentication is performed, the credit policy subsystem 1231 in the electronic payment platform needs to determine the difficulty attribute of the user authentication mode of the payment account.
The authentication method control policy 07 includes a difficulty attribute of a user authentication method for a payment account.
Such as: the user authentication mode is fingerprint authentication, the credit score of the payment account is 200, and the matching degree threshold value of the difficulty attribute determined by the credit policy subsystem 1231 according to the credit score is 90% of the fingerprint authentication. The credit policy subsystem 1231 sends a second control instruction to the authentication module 41, where the second control instruction is used to control the authentication module 41 to authenticate the payment account with a fingerprint whose matching degree threshold is 90%. The authentication module 41 receives the second control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and adopts a fingerprint authentication mode with a matching degree threshold of 90% for the payment account through the external interface server 42 according to the second control instruction.
The user performs user authentication according to a user authentication mode of a difficulty attribute corresponding to the credit score provided by the electronic payment platform, that is, the payment account sends authentication information 08 to the external interface server 42, and the external interface server 42 sends the authentication information 08 to the authentication module.
The credit policy subsystem 1231 further determines a difficult-to-easy attribute control policy 09 for the authentication method of the user authentication method according to the credit score of the payment account, the credit policy subsystem 1231 sends the difficult-to-easy attribute control policy 09 for the authentication method to the authentication module, and the authentication module obtains authentication feedback 10 according to the authentication information 08 and the difficult-to-easy attribute control policy 09 for the authentication method. And if the user authentication is passed, executing the subsequent payment step, and if the user authentication is not passed, not continuously executing the subsequent payment step.
Thirdly, after the user selects the payment medium or the electronic payment platform determines the payment medium, the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the complexity level control policy 11 of the payment medium in the payment process according to the credit score, and the external interface server 42 sends the complexity level 11 of the payment medium to the payment account.
For example, the payment medium is a two-dimensional code, the credit score of the payment account is 200, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the complexity level of the payment medium as the fault tolerance of the two-dimensional code is M level according to the credit score. The credit policy subsystem 1231 sends a third control instruction to the payment process processing module 43, where the third control instruction is used to control the payment process processing module 43 to adopt a two-dimensional code with a fault tolerance of M level on the payment account. The authentication module 41 receives a third control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and adopts a two-dimensional code with a fault tolerance rate of M level on the payment account through the external interface server 42 according to the third control instruction.
The payment account makes payment to the collection account using the payment medium 11, and the collection account performs payment medium validation 12. The payment account and the collection account respectively transmit the payment data information 13 to the external interface server 42, and the external interface server transmits the payment data information 13 to the credit policy subsystem 1231. Credit policy subsystem 1231 determines payment process control policy 14 based on the credit score and payment data information 13.
Fourthly, the credit policy subsystem 1231 further needs to determine the verification level of the payment data information 13 in the payment flow according to the credit score.
For example, the credit score of the payment account is 200, the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines that the verification level of the payment amount in the payment data information 13 is a medium level according to the credit score, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 sends a fourth control instruction to the payment system 1240, where the fourth control instruction is used to control the authentication module 41 to perform medium level security verification on the payment amount of the payment account. The authentication module 41 receives the fourth control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and performs a medium-level security check on the payment amount of the payment account through the external interface server 42 according to the fourth control instruction.
And fifthly, in the payment process, the credit policy subsystem 1231 further determines a man-machine interaction mode of the payment process according to the credit score.
The payment flow control strategy 14 includes a man-machine interaction mode of the payment flow, and the electronic payment platform interacts with the payment account and the collection account according to the man-machine interaction mode.
Such as: the credit score of the collection account is 300, and the number of times of confirming the operation for the user in a man-machine interaction mode is 3 according to the credit score of the collection account by using the strategy subsystem system. The credit policy subsystem 1231 sends a fifth control instruction to the payment process processing module 43, where the fifth control instruction is used to control the payment process processing module 43 to adopt a human-computer interaction mode in which the number of times of the user confirmation operation on the payment account is 3. The payment flow processing module 43 receives the fifth control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and adopts a human-computer interaction mode that the number of times of user confirmation operations is 3 for the payment account through the external interface server 42 according to the fifth control instruction.
And sixthly, before the payment is completed, the credit strategy sub also needs to determine the account authority of the user account in the appointed payment mode according to the credit score.
Such as: the credit score corresponding to the payment account is 200, and the credit policy subsystem 1231 determines the account authority of the payable account in the designated bank card fast payment mode as allowing the payment receipt of the user account to enter the settlement process according to the credit score. The credit policy subsystem 1231 sends a seventh control instruction to the accounting and settlement processing module 44, where the seventh control instruction is used to control the accounting and settlement processing module 44 to set the account authority of the payment account as allowing the payment document to enter the settlement process. The accounting and settlement processing module 44 receives the seventh control instruction sent by the credit policy subsystem 1231, and sets the account authority of the payment account to allow the payment document to enter the settlement process through the external interface server 42 according to the seventh control instruction.
The payment flow control policy 14 also includes account rights of the user account under the specified payment method. After the verification is completed, the payment process processing module 43 processes the payment process 15 according to the account authority. The payment flow processing module 43 sends the payment result feedback 16 obtained by processing the payment flow to the external interface server 42, the credit policy subsystem 1231 further determines the feedback result control policy 17 according to the credit score and sends the feedback result control policy 17 to the external interface server 42, and the external interface server 42 sends the payment result feedback 16 to the payment account and the collection account respectively according to the feedback result control policy 17.
After payment is completed, the electronic payment platform feeds back payment results to the collection account and the payment account, the credit policy subsystem 1231 may also determine the detailed level of the user feedback information in the man-machine interaction mode according to the credit score, the lower the credit level is, the higher the detailed level of the user feedback information is, that is, the more the order information in the feedback results is, the higher the credit level is, the lower the detailed level of the user feedback information is, that is, the less the order information in the feedback results is. Optionally, according to the credit score, highlighting modes such as thickening, underlining, changing font color and the like can be performed on the order information in the user feedback information, so that the eye-catching degree of the order information is improved.
