The above description has introduced the solution of the embodiment of the present application mainly from the perspective of the method-side implementation process. It is understood that the terminal device includes hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions in order to implement the functions. Those of skill in the art would readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the terminal device may be divided into the functional units according to the above method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In case of integrated units, fig. 5 shows a block diagram of a possible functional unit composition of the terminal device involved in the above embodiments. The terminal device 500 includes: the processing unit 501 comprises an acquisition unit 5011, an activation unit 5012, a determination unit 5013 and a prompting unit 5014. The storage unit 503 is used to store program codes and data of the terminal device. The communication unit 502 is used to support communication between the terminal device and other devices. Some of the units described above (the acquisition unit 5011, the activation unit 5012, the determination unit 5013, and the prompt unit 5014) are used to perform the relevant steps of the method described above.
The acquisition unit 5011 is configured to acquire a facial image of a user through the facial image acquisition device;
the starting unit 5012 is configured to start a timer when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is smaller than a first threshold;
the acquisition unit 5011 is further configured to continue to acquire the facial image of the user through the facial image acquisition device;
the determining unit 5013 is configured to determine a reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is smaller than the first threshold while the acquiring unit continues to acquire the facial image of the user by the facial image acquisition device;
the prompt unit 5014 is configured to display prompt information on the touch display screen when the timer is over time and the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user collected by the facial image collection device is still less than the first threshold, where the prompt information includes the reason.
In an example, the determining unit 5013 determines the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is smaller than the first threshold, including:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is 0, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is that the face of the user is not within the capturing range of the facial image capturing apparatus.
In an example, the determining unit 5013 determines the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is smaller than the first threshold, including:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is greater than 0 and the current ambient brightness is less than a second threshold, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is insufficient brightness of the face illuminating the user.
In an example, after the prompt unit 5014 displays prompt information on the touch display screen, the terminal device includes:
stopping capturing the facial image of the user when a difference between the number of facial features included in a first facial image of the user, which is the facial image of the user captured before the prompt information is displayed, and the number of facial features included in a second facial image of the user, which is the facial image of the user captured after the prompt information is displayed, is less than a third threshold.
In one example, the terminal device further includes:
when the number of facial features contained in the N facial images of the user collected by the facial image collection device is smaller than the first threshold value, stopping collecting the facial images of the user, wherein N is an integer larger than 2, and the timeout duration of the timer is smaller than the duration required for collecting the N facial images.
The processing Unit 501 may be a Processor or a controller (e.g., a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof). The storage unit 503 may be a memory, and the communication unit 502 may be a transceiver, a transceiver circuit, a radio frequency chip, a communication interface, or the like.
As shown in fig. 6, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the embodiments of the present application are shown, and details of the specific technology are not disclosed, please refer to the method portion of the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device 600 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the terminal device 600 includes: the terminal device 600 comprises a shell 10, a main board 20, a touch display screen 30, a battery 40 and an auxiliary board 50, wherein the main board 20 is provided with an infrared light source 21, an iris camera 22, a front camera 23, a processor 24, a memory 25, a SIM card slot 26 and the like, the auxiliary board is provided with a vibrator 51, an integrated sound cavity 52, a VOOC flash charging interface 53 and a fingerprint module 54, and the front camera 23 forms a facial information acquisition device of the terminal device 600.
The face information acquisition device 23 is used for acquiring a face image of a user through the face image acquisition device;
a processor 24 for starting a timer when the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user is less than a first threshold;
continuing to capture the facial image of the user by the facial image capture device 23 and determining a cause for the facial image of the user to contain a number of facial features less than the first threshold;
when the timer is overtime and the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user collected by the facial image collecting device is still smaller than the first threshold value, displaying prompt information on the touch display screen, wherein the prompt information comprises the reason.
In one example, the determining causes the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user to be less than the first threshold value, the processor 24 is further configured to:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is 0, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is that the face of the user is not within the capturing range of the facial image capturing apparatus.
In one example, the determining causes the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user to be less than the first threshold value, the processor 24 is further configured to:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is greater than 0 and the current ambient brightness is less than a second threshold, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is insufficient brightness of the face illuminating the user.
In an example, after displaying the prompt message on the touch display screen, the processor 24 is further configured to:

In an example, the processor 24 is further configured to:
when the number of facial features contained in the N facial images of the user collected by the facial image collection device is smaller than the first threshold value, stopping collecting the facial images of the user, wherein N is an integer larger than 2, and the timeout duration of the timer is smaller than the duration required for collecting the N facial images.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, and the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a terminal device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as set out in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, said computer comprising terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.

And the aforementioned memory comprises: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable memory, which may include: flash Memory disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (13)

1. A reminding method is characterized by being applied to terminal equipment comprising a facial image acquisition device and a touch display screen, and comprising the following steps:
acquiring a facial image of a user through the facial image acquisition device;
starting a timer when the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user is less than a first threshold;
continuing to capture, by the facial image capture device, a facial image of the user and determining a cause for the facial image of the user to contain a number of facial features less than the first threshold;
when the timer is overtime and the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user collected by the facial image collecting device is still smaller than the first threshold value, displaying prompt information on the touch display screen, wherein the prompt information comprises the reason.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the cause for the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user being less than the first threshold comprises:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is 0, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is that the face of the user is not within the capturing range of the facial image capturing apparatus.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the cause for the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user being less than the first threshold comprises:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is greater than 0 and the current ambient brightness is less than a second threshold, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is insufficient brightness of the face illuminating the user.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein after displaying the prompt message on the touch-sensitive display screen, the method further comprises:
stopping capturing the facial image of the user when a difference between the number of facial features included in a first facial image of the user, which is the facial image of the user captured before the prompt information is displayed, and the number of facial features included in a second facial image of the user, which is the facial image of the user captured after the prompt information is displayed, is less than a third threshold.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
when the number of facial features contained in the N facial images of the user collected by the facial image collection device is smaller than the first threshold value, stopping collecting the facial images of the user, wherein N is an integer larger than 2, and the timeout duration of the timer is smaller than the duration required for collecting the N facial images.
6. A terminal device is characterized by comprising a facial image acquisition device, a touch display screen and a processor, wherein,
the facial image acquisition device is used for acquiring a facial image of a user through the facial image acquisition device;
the processor is used for starting a timer when the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user is smaller than a first threshold value;
continuing to capture, by the facial image capture device, a facial image of the user and determining a cause for the facial image of the user to contain a number of facial features less than the first threshold;
when the timer is overtime and the number of facial features contained in the facial image of the user collected by the facial image collecting device is still smaller than the first threshold value, displaying prompt information on the touch display screen, wherein the prompt information comprises the reason.
7. The terminal device of claim 6, wherein the determination causes the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user to be less than the first threshold, and wherein the processor is further configured to:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is 0, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is that the face of the user is not within the capturing range of the facial image capturing apparatus.
8. The terminal device of claim 6, wherein the determination causes the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user to be less than the first threshold, and wherein the processor is further configured to:
when the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is greater than 0 and the current ambient brightness is less than a second threshold, it is determined that the reason why the number of facial features included in the facial image of the user is less than the first threshold is insufficient brightness of the face illuminating the user.
9. The terminal device according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein after the prompt message is displayed on the touch display screen, the processor is further configured to:
stopping capturing the facial image of the user when a difference between the number of facial features included in a first facial image of the user, which is the facial image of the user captured before the prompt information is displayed, and the number of facial features included in a second facial image of the user, which is the facial image of the user captured after the prompt information is displayed, is less than a third threshold.
10. The terminal device of any of claims 6-8, wherein the processor is further configured to:
when the number of facial features contained in the N facial images of the user collected by the facial image collection device is smaller than the first threshold value, stopping collecting the facial images of the user, wherein N is an integer larger than 2, and the timeout duration of the timer is smaller than the duration required for collecting the N facial images.
