本发明公开一种带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,包括由上到下依次设置的单片机(1)、充电电池(2)、散热器(3)、LED灯板(5)以及聚光瓦(6);所述LED灯板(5)上设置有两个以上的LED灯粒(51),且所述LED灯板(5)上设置有贯通孔(52);所述LED灯板(5)以及聚光瓦(6)设置于外壳(8)内,且所述外壳(8)与散热器(3)相连接;还包括信息收发器、喇叭(81),所述喇叭(81)设置于聚光瓦(6)与外壳(8)之间。本发明正常情况时作为正常灯具使用,应急情况时作为应急照明灯使用,且能够提供应急情况下的生存能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,属于消防技术领域。
背景技术
目前,现有的照明灯,在发生火灾或者其他灾害时,通常会断电不能够照明,而此时通常会启用带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,这就使得成本的增加,同时耽误了逃生时间。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题的不足,提出一种可以应急照明的带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,包括由上到下依次设置的单片机(1)、充电电池(2)、散热器(3)、LED灯板(5)以及聚光瓦(6);所述LED灯板(5)上设置有两个以上的LED灯粒(51),且所述LED灯板(5)上设置有贯通孔(52);所述LED灯板(5)以及聚光瓦(6)设置于外壳(8)内,且所述外壳(8)与散热器(3)相连接;还包括信息收发器、喇叭(81),所述喇叭(81)设置于聚光瓦(6)与外壳(8)之间;所述单片机(1)分别与充电电池(2)、LED灯粒(51)、信息收发器以及喇叭(81)连接。
进一步地:所述充电电池(2)与散热器(3)设置有隔热垫(21)。
优选的:所述隔热垫(21)为石棉垫或空心垫。
优选的:所述LED灯板(5)通过灯架座(4)固定安装在散热器(3)上。
进一步地:所述聚光瓦(6)上设置有通气孔(61)。
优选的:所述通气孔(61)位于聚光瓦(6)与LED灯板(5)连接处。
进一步地:所述聚光瓦(6)的底部设置有透明板(7)。
优选的:所述喇叭(81)为环形喇叭。
本发明相比现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
1.正常情况时,直接通过市用交流电通电,单片机(1)控制全部的LED灯粒(51)发光照明,同时,市用交流电通过单片机(1)的控制对蓄电池(4)进行充电,而当发生火灾或者其他灾害时,楼宇通常会断电,因此通过单片机(1)控制蓄电池对部分LED灯粒(51)通电,减少耗电量。
2.由于LED灯粒易发热,因此,通过散热器(3)对其散热,具体的,当LED灯粒发光发热时,内部空气膨胀,空气从通气孔(61)进入,通过LED灯板(5)进入到散热器(3)内,进而对LED灯粒散热,提高了LED灯粒的使用周期。
3.由于充电电池(2)与散热器(3)设置有隔热垫(21),通过隔热垫的作用,有效的阻止了散热器的温度向充电电池传递,防止电池过热损坏。
4.由于通气孔(61)位于聚光瓦(6)与LED灯板(5)连接处,一方面这样的设置不影响聚光瓦的聚光作用,另一方面提供了空气通道,方便空气流动。
5.由于设置有信息收发器、喇叭(81),当发生应急情况时,应急控制中心向信息收发器发送逃生信息,逃生信息包括逃生线路以及注意事项,单片机(1)根据信息收发器接收的信息控制喇叭(81)播报。提高了应急情况下的生存能力。

实施例
一种带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,如图1所示,包括由上到下依次设置的单片机1、充电电池2、散热器3、LED灯板5以及聚光瓦6;所述LED灯板5上设置有两个以上的LED灯粒51,且所述LED灯板5上设置有贯通孔52;所述LED灯板5以及聚光瓦6设置于外壳8内,且所述外壳8与散热器3相连接;还包括信息收发器、喇叭81,所述喇叭81设置于聚光瓦6与外壳8之间;所述单片机1分别与充电电池2、LED灯粒51、信息收发器以及喇叭81连接。
所述充电电池2与散热器3设置有隔热垫21。
所述隔热垫21为石棉垫或空心垫。
所述LED灯板5通过灯架座4固定安装在散热器3上。
所述聚光瓦6上设置有通气孔61。
所述通气孔61位于聚光瓦6与LED灯板5连接处。
所述聚光瓦6的底部设置有透明板7。
所述喇叭81为环形喇叭。

1.一种带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,其特征在于:包括由上到下依次设置的单片机(1)、充电电池(2)、散热器(3)、LED灯板(5)以及聚光瓦(6);所述LED灯板(5)上设置有两个以上的LED灯粒(51),且所述LED灯板(5)上设置有贯通孔(52);所述LED灯板(5)以及聚光瓦(6)设置于外壳(8)内,且所述外壳(8)与散热器(3)相连接;还包括信息收发器、喇叭(81),所述喇叭(81)设置于聚光瓦(6)与外壳(8)之间;所述单片机(1)分别与充电电池(2)、LED灯粒(51)、信息收发器以及喇叭(81)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,其特征在于:所述充电电池(2)与散热器(3)设置有隔热垫(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,其特征在于:所述隔热垫(21)为石棉垫或空心垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯板(5)通过灯架座(4)固定安装在散热器(3)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有语音提醒功能的应急照明LED灯,其特征在于:所述聚光瓦(6)上设置有通气孔(61)。
