The seamless water stop face dam as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 comprises a coplanar concrete supporting surface formed by extruding side walls 1 and toe boards 2 and an integral water stop layer 3 arranged on the concrete supporting surface, wherein a surface layer protective concrete face plate 4 is arranged on the integral water stop layer 3, and a toe board 2 cover plate is arranged at the toe board 2.
The split water stopping scheme which is always used in the prior art is abandoned, and the sandwich structure of integral water stopping is arranged between the concrete panel and the extrusion side wall 1, so that the advantages of different materials are fully exerted, the vertical seams among the panels and the peripheral seams among the panels and the toe boards 2 are eliminated, the integrity of a water stopping system is improved, the construction process is simplified, and the increment of engineering in the aspects of safety, reliability and economy is realized. The seamless water-stopping panel dam has the advantages that the panel mainly plays roles of protecting water stopping and resisting water ageing, so that the panel does not need to adopt an anti-cracking design, only certain strength and durability are required to be met, and the parting between the panels is not limited by the parting water stopping any more, so that the construction is more convenient, the deformation is facilitated, and the design difficulty and the construction maintenance requirement of the panel are greatly reduced. The integral water-stop layer 3 is made of a material which can meet the characteristics of strength, flexibility, seepage prevention and durability under the condition of being wrapped by concrete, and is beneficial to integral construction. The integral water stop is seamless due to strong deformation adaptability, good seepage prevention effect, and can meet the seepage prevention requirement of the dam body only by being reliably connected with the toe board 2. The extrusion sidewall 1 at the lower part of the water stop not only improves the rolling quality of the cushion material, but also provides a reliable supporting surface for water. The water stopping material clamped between the panel and the extrusion side wall 1 is comprehensively protected, the water stopping material has better deformability, the structure exerts the advantages of good pressure resistance and durability of concrete, good water stopping layer 3, good water stopping and permeability resistance, strong adaptation deformation, light and oxygen prevention and long service life, and has the advantages of easy construction, good reliability, strong adaptation deformation, economy and safety.
The integral water-stop layer 3 is fixed with the toe board 2, and the mode of pouring the bolt pressing sheet into the concrete is adopted, so that the integral water-stop layer 3 and the toe board 2 can be reliably fixed.
The surface layer protection concrete panel 4 is provided with parting lines, so that the strength and durability of the surface layer protection concrete panel 4 can be improved.
And the surface protective concrete panel 4 is provided with a crack-developing reinforcing steel bar.
The whole water stop at the lower part of the panel can be made of rubber or a composite whole water stop formed by rubber and a high polymer plate, and the rubber water stop or the rubber high polymer composite water stop is good in impermeability, strong in adaptation deformation, long in light-shading and oxygen-avoiding life, and has the advantages of easiness in construction, good reliability, strong in adaptation deformation, economy and safety.
The construction process steps of the seamless water stop face plate dam are as follows:
1. firstly, constructing a face plate dam toe board 2 and filling a face plate dam body, wherein an extrusion side wall 1 scheme is adopted when the dam body is filled, so that an extrusion side wall 1 and the toe board 2 form a coplanar concrete supporting surface;
2. carrying out proper surface treatment on the supporting surface and paving an integral water stopping material, wherein the water stopping material can be one or more layers of rubber or a composite material consisting of the rubber and a high polymer plate as required, and the water stopping material layer is required to meet the requirements of strength, deformation and extension, water blocking performance, durability under the condition of being wrapped by concrete and seamless integrity;

In conclusion, the invention reasonably utilizes the characteristics of good pressure resistance and durability of the concrete material, good water blocking performance of the high polymer plate water blocking material such as rubber, integral seamless construction, good ductility, high deformation adaptability and long durability after being wrapped by the concrete, and can exert the advantages of different materials through the sandwich structure formed by the concrete panel, water blocking and extrusion of the side wall 1, thereby forming a seamless integral water blocking panel, avoiding the double guarantee that the traditional concrete panel dam leakage prevention depends on the complex water blocking structure of the panel seam effectively and simultaneously ensuring that the concrete panel is not cracked and damaged, and reducing the risk of panel leakage. The application of the extruded sidewall 1 provides a reliable support surface for the water, and the covering of the concrete panels both protects the water from damage and provides a durable environment for the water. After the requirements of the panel on crack resistance and deflection are reduced, the difficulties of design, parting, construction and maintenance of the panel are reduced.
