Abstract
本发明公开了一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,包括鞋底,所述鞋底上设有复合膜本体,所述复合膜本体上设有第一薄膜层和第二薄膜层,所述第一层薄膜层设置在复合膜本体的最外层,且与复合膜本体粘接,所述第二薄膜层位于复合膜本体和鞋底的之间处,且与复合膜本体和鞋底粘接。本发明设计了一种能与EVA粘合的PU复合膜。该薄膜的结构可分为两层,我们以该薄膜与EVA粘合成形后为例展开叙述。最外层即直接暴露在空气中的一层为为PU树脂层,该层作用为使整个薄膜层更耐高温;第二层为热熔胶层,该层作用为与EVA鞋底粘合更牢固。如此设计的整个薄膜良好的解决了PU与EVA粘合的核心问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,具体为一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底及其制作方法。
背景技术
传统EVA鞋底有着许多缺点。如表面粗糙、耐磨不够,表面无光泽等。在当今追求生活质量的时代,传统EVA鞋底的竞争力将越来越小。因此,找到一种解决EVA鞋底缺点的方法对于EVA鞋底的稳定发展很有必要。PU材料有着耐磨、耐温、密封、加工性能好、可降解等优异性能。并且,PU涂刮成型后表面光滑,外观可调节空间大。PU这些优点可以完美的弥补EVA鞋底上的缺点,但是现在生产工艺无法解决PU与EVA的粘合问题。本发明就该粘合问题提出了一种解决办法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底及其制作方法,能够解决了PU与EVA粘合的核心问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,包括鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底上设有复合膜本体,所述复合膜本体上设有第一薄膜层和第二薄膜层,所述第一层薄膜层设置在复合膜本体的最外层,且与复合膜本体粘接,所述第二薄膜层位于复合膜本体和鞋底的之间处,且与复合膜本体和鞋底粘接。
进一步地,所述第一薄膜层采用PU树脂材质所制,所述第一薄膜层即直接暴露在空气中。
进一步地,所述第二薄膜层采用热熔胶材质所制。
进一步地,所述鞋底采用EVA材质所制。
进一步地,制作方法,其分为以下步骤:
S1.准备待使用的模具,清理干净模具内侧,该模具形状是根据鞋的设计外形定做的。
S2.EVA经过一次发泡制成鞋底大体形状。
S3.在清理好的模具上放入鞋大底橡胶,若技术不能支持实现这一步,则该步骤可省略。鞋大底橡胶放到步骤8后面完成成形。
S4.鞋大底橡胶上垫入本发明所述复合膜。若步骤3省略,则复合膜直接垫入模具。
S5.经过一次发泡过的EVA放入模具中即复合膜上方。
S6.压合模具,模具内抽真空。抽真空步骤可根据鞋底的要求和造价来决定,若对外观的要求不高或者对鞋底的造价有控制则抽真空步骤可省略。
S7.将模具放入恒温箱中硫化。硫化温度为150-190摄氏度,硫化时间为350-500秒,硫化压力大致为50KG/平方厘米。硫化完成后把模具放入低温环境中冷却,冷却时间和硫化时间一样。该过程也称作EVA二次发泡。
S8.取出鞋底,该鞋底制作完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过设有的第一薄膜层,采用PU材质所制,通过直接暴露在空气中,该层作用为使整个薄膜层更耐高温;通过设有的第二层为热熔胶材质所制,该层作用为与EVA鞋底粘合更牢固。如此设计的整个薄膜良好的解决了PU与EVA粘合的核心问题,结构简单,具有很大的利用价值和推广价值。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底及其制作方法,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,包括鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底上设有复合膜本体,所述复合膜本体上设有第一薄膜层和第二薄膜层,所述第一层薄膜层设置在复合膜本体的最外层,且与复合膜本体粘接,所述第二薄膜层位于复合膜本体和鞋底的之间处,且与复合膜本体和鞋底粘接。
进一步地,所述第一薄膜层采用PU树脂材质所制,所述第一薄膜层即直接暴露在空气中。
进一步地,所述第二薄膜层采用热熔胶材质所制。
进一步地,所述鞋底采用EVA材质所制。
进一步地,制作方法,其分为以下步骤:
S1.准备待使用的模具,清理干净模具内侧,该模具形状是根据鞋的设计外形定做的。

本发明在使用时,将准备待使用的模具,必须清理干净,不然无法进行下一步骤,成形完成后需对模具进行清理之后,方可放入鞋大底橡胶,然后才可垫入鞋大底橡胶,EVA再加入时需要进行一次发泡,方可加入模具,压合模具,需要对其模具内抽真空,实现无缝连接,硫化温度达不到150-190摄氏度,使EVA二次发泡无法进行,造成质量不合格,硫化时间达不到350-500秒,使EVA二次发泡不完全,造成质量不合格,硫化压力达不到50KG/平方厘米,使EVA二次发泡不完全,造成质量不合格,冷却时间达不到350-500秒,造成EVA二次发泡未完成,造成质量不合格。
综上所述,本发明通过设有的第一薄膜层,采用PU材质所制,通过直接暴露在空气中,该层作用为使整个薄膜层更耐高温;通过设有的第二层为热熔胶材质所制,该层作用为与EVA鞋底粘合更牢固。如此设计的整个薄膜良好的解决了PU与EVA粘合的核心问题,结构简单,具有很大的利用价值和推广价值。

1.一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,包括鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底上设有复合膜本体,所述复合膜本体上设有第一薄膜层和第二薄膜层,所述第一层薄膜层设置在复合膜本体的最外层,且与复合膜本体粘接,所述第二薄膜层位于复合膜本体和鞋底的之间处,且与复合膜本体和鞋底粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,其特征在于:所述第一薄膜层采用PU树脂材质所制,所述第一薄膜层即直接暴露在空气中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,其特征在于:所述第二薄膜层采用热熔胶材质所制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面覆盖PU复合膜的EVA鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底采用EVA材质所制。
5.根据权利要求1的制作方法,其分为以下步骤:
S1.准备待使用的模具,清理干净模具内侧,该模具形状是根据鞋的设计外形定做的。
S2.EVA经过一次发泡制成鞋底大体形状。
