The microwave physiotherapy device further comprises an application unit 4 arranged in the upper cavity 102, and the application unit 4 comprises:
a medicine storage box 401 fixed on the partition plate 104;
one end of the medicine guide tube 402 is connected with the outlet end of the medicine storage box 401, the medicine guide tube 402 extends from the middle of the central upright post 303 to the central cover plate 304, and the medicine outlet 310 is formed in the position, corresponding to the medicine guide tube 402, on the central cover plate 304.
The outlet end of the medicine storage box 401 is provided with a medicine pump controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller.
The microwave physiotherapy device further comprises four supporting legs 5 arranged at four corners of the lower end of the lower cavity 103 of the box body 1, and one ends of the supporting legs 5 are rotatably connected with the lower end of the lower cavity 103.
The support legs 5 are telescopic support legs 5.
The four edges of the shell 101 are provided with inward grooves which are matched with the supporting legs 5, and when the shell is not in use, the supporting legs 5 are retracted; it is also possible to turn over the case 1 with the applying and massaging unit 3 positioned below and the legs 5 also serving as a support when applying the application or massaging.
The microwave physiotherapy device further comprises a handle belt 6, and two ends of the handle belt 6 are respectively connected with the middle positions of two opposite side surfaces of the shell 101.
Claims (8)
1. Novel portable microwave physiotherapy device, its characterized in that includes:
the box body (1), the box body (1) comprises a shell (101), and the shell (101) is divided into an upper cavity (102) and a lower cavity (103) through a partition board (104) arranged in the middle;
the physiotherapy unit (2) is arranged in the lower cavity (103) of the box body (1);
the massage unit (3) is arranged in the upper cavity (102) of the box body (1), the massage unit (3) comprises an annular air bag (302) fixed at the opening position of the upper end of the upper cavity (102) through an air bag cover plate (301), and the annular air bag (302) is extruded and deformed through a pressing structure;
the physiotherapy unit (2) comprises:
a light-gathering cover (202) arranged in the lower cavity (103);
the microwave generator (201) is arranged at the upper end part of the local light condensation cover (202) in the lower cavity (103), and the microwave generator (201) is opened towards the lower end of the lower cavity (103);
and an outer cover (203) arranged at the opening of the lower end of the lower cavity (103);
the microwave physiotherapy device further comprises four supporting legs (5) arranged at four corners of the lower end of the lower cavity (103) of the box body (1), and one ends of the supporting legs (5) are rotationally connected with the lower end of the lower cavity (103).
2. The portable novel microwave physiotherapy device of claim 1, wherein the pressing structure comprises:
a central upright post (303) with one end vertically fixed on the partition board (104);
the central cover plate (304) is fixed at the other end of the central upright post (303), and the outer annular surface of the central cover plate (304) is attached to the inner annular surface of the annular air bag (302);
a drive motor (305) fixed to the central upright (303);
a drive gear (306) connected to the motor output shaft;
a driven gear (307) meshed with the driving gear (306), wherein the driven gear (307) is sleeved on the central upright post (303) and is rotationally connected with the central upright post (303);
a rotating shaft (308) which is fixed with the driven gear (307) at the middle position and is arranged opposite to the annular air bag (302), wherein the axis of the rotating shaft (308) is vertical to the axis of the driven gear (307);
pinch rollers (309) are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft (308) and are opposite to the annular air bag (302), the pinch rollers (309) are rotationally connected with the rotating shaft (308), and in a natural state, the pinch rollers (309) squeeze the annular air bag (302) to deform towards the inner side of the annular air bag (302);
and a controller fixed on the partition plate (104), the controller controlling the driving motor (305) to rotate.
3. The portable novel microwave physiotherapy device according to claim 2, characterized in that each end of the rotating shaft (308) is provided with two pinch rollers (309).
4. The portable novel microwave physiotherapy device according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises an applicator unit (4) arranged in the upper cavity (102), the applicator unit (4) comprising:
a medicine storage box (401) fixed on the partition board (104);
one end of the medicine guide pipe (402) is connected with the outlet end of the medicine storage box (401), the medicine guide pipe (402) extends from the middle of the central upright post (303) to the central cover plate (304), and a medicine outlet (310) is formed in the central cover plate (304) and in a position corresponding to the medicine guide pipe (402).
5. The portable novel microwave physiotherapy device according to claim 4, characterized in that the outlet end of the medicine storage box (401) is provided with a medicine pump controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller.
6. A portable novel microwave physiotherapy device according to claim 1 in which the leg (5) is a telescopic leg (5).
7. The portable novel microwave physiotherapy device according to claim 1, characterized in that the four edges of the housing (101) are provided with inward grooves, which cooperate with the legs (5).
8. The portable novel microwave physiotherapy device according to claim 1, further comprising a handle strap (6), wherein two ends of the handle strap (6) are respectively connected with two side intermediate positions opposite to the housing (101).
