as shown in fig. 7, a front door 640 is disposed at one end of the air conditioner cabinet 420, one end of the IT cabinet 310, one end of the combined cabinet 230 and one end of the battery cabinet 110, an extension module 700 is detachably connected to the other end of the air conditioner cabinet 420, the other end of the IT cabinet 310, the other end of the combined cabinet 230 and the other end of the battery cabinet 110, at least two module rear doors 710 are movably disposed on the extension module 700, and module corner holes 720 are disposed at eight corners of the extension module 700, when the air conditioner is installed, people are connected with a rotary lock (not labeled in the figure) of the module corner holes 720 through the air conditioner corner holes 421 according to the requirements of a machine room, and the extension module 700 is installed on the air conditioner cabinet 420, so that the accommodating space inside the air conditioner cabinet 420 is increased, and the rack-mounted air conditioner 410 is convenient to store; the lengthening module 700 is installed on the IT cabinet 310 through the connection of the IT corner hole 311 and a rotary lock (not labeled in the figure) of the module corner hole 720, so that the containing space in the IT cabinet 310 is increased, and the IT server is convenient to store; the lengthened module 700 is installed on the combined cabinet 230 through the connection of the combined corner hole 231 and the rotary lock (not labeled in the figure) of the module corner hole 720, so that the containing space in the combined cabinet 230 is increased, and the UPS and the distribution box 220 are conveniently stored; the extension module 700 is mounted on the battery cabinet 110 by connecting the battery corner hole 111 with a rotary lock (not shown) of the module corner hole 720, thereby increasing the accommodating space inside the battery cabinet 110 and facilitating the storage of batteries.
The following is the installation process of the invention:
the people need to place the battery cabinet 110 on the horizontal plane of the machine room, then place the combined cabinet 230 right above the battery cabinet 110, connect the battery corner hole 111 with the combined corner hole 231 through a rotary lock (not shown in the figure), so that the combined cabinet 230 is installed on the battery cabinet 110, then place the IT cabinet 310 right above the combined cabinet 230, connect the IT corner hole 311 with the combined corner hole 231 through a rotary lock (not shown in the figure), so that the combined cabinet 230 is installed on the combined cabinet 230, select a plurality of or one IT cabinet 310 according to the requirement of the machine room height, sequentially overlap right above the combined cabinet 230, then place the air conditioner cabinet 420 right above the battery cabinet 110, and connect the air conditioner corner hole 421 with the IT cabinet 310 corner hole through a rotary lock (not shown in the figure), so that the air conditioner cabinet 420 is installed on the IT cabinet 310, and the combined data center can adapt to the machine room of the clients.
The following is the working principle of the invention:
the rack-mounted air conditioner 410 generates cold air and transmits the cold air to the IT cabinet 310, the combined cabinet 230 and the battery cabinet 110 in sequence through the channel 630, when the temperature in the air conditioner cabinet 420 reaches the preset temperature of the bimetallic strip 520, the bimetallic strip 520 bends to push the baffle 530, so that the baffle 530 does not block the vent 511 on the vent plate 510 any more, at this moment, the spring 540 is stressed to have elasticity, so that part of the cold air in the air conditioner cabinet 420 can be discharged out of the air conditioner cabinet 420 through the vent 511 and the air outlet 440 and enter the machine room, when the temperature of the air conditioner cabinet 420 rises and is higher than the preset temperature of the bimetallic strip 520, the bimetallic strip 520 is reset, and the baffle 530 is pushed to reset under the elastic force of the spring 540, so that the baffle 530 blocks the vent 511 any more, so that the temperature in the air conditioner cabinet 420 is maintained in a constant range.

Claims (8)

1. A refrigerator-type integrated data center, comprising:
a battery module;
the power distribution modules are detachably connected to the battery modules, each power distribution module is communicated with the battery module, and UPS and a power distribution box are arranged in each power distribution module;
the at least one IT module is detachably connected to the power distribution module, and each IT module is communicated with the power distribution module;
the air conditioner module is detachably connected with the IT modules, each IT module is communicated with the air conditioner module, an air guide mechanism is further arranged in the air conditioner module, and when the air conditioner module works, the air conditioner module produces cold air and transmits the cold air to the IT modules, the power distribution modules and the battery modules one by one, and when the temperature in the air conditioner module is lower than a preset value of the air guide mechanism, the air guide mechanism is started, and part of the cold air in the air conditioner module is discharged into a machine room;
the battery module is placed on the horizontal plane of the machine room, the power distribution module is placed right above the battery module, a plurality of or one IT module is selected according to the height of the machine room, the plurality of or one IT module is sequentially overlapped right above the power distribution module, and the air conditioner module is placed right above the IT module;
the air conditioner module comprises an air conditioner cabinet with a rack-mounted air conditioner, a temperature controller for controlling the rack-mounted air conditioner is arranged in the rack-mounted air conditioner, air outlets corresponding to the air guide mechanisms are formed in two side edges of the air conditioner cabinet, and air conditioner corner holes are formed in eight corners of the air conditioner cabinet;
the air guide mechanism comprises a ventilating plate with ventilating holes, bimetallic strips are arranged at two ends of the ventilating plate, a baffle plate for shielding the ventilating holes is movably arranged on one side surface of the ventilating plate, which is close to the bimetallic strips, and at least two springs are arranged between the baffle plate and the air conditioner cabinet; the cross-sectional area of the ventilation plate is larger than that of the air outlet;
when the temperature in the air conditioner cabinet reaches the preset temperature of the bimetallic strip, the bimetallic strip is bent, so that the baffle is pushed, and the vent holes on the vent plate are not blocked by the baffle; when the temperature of the air conditioner cabinet is increased and is higher than the preset temperature of the bimetallic strip, the bimetallic strip resets, and the baffle at the moment is under the action of the elastic force of the spring to push the baffle to reset, so that the baffle blocks the vent hole again.
2. The refrigerator-type integrated data center according to claim 1, wherein the power distribution module comprises a combined cabinet, and eight corners of the combined cabinet are provided with combined corner holes; the IT module comprises an IT cabinet, and eight corners of the IT cabinet are provided with IT corner holes.

The refrigerator type integrated data center according to claim 1, wherein the battery module comprises a battery cabinet with a battery box, a battery pack is arranged in the battery box, battery corner holes are formed in eight corners of the battery cabinet, a plurality of air inlet sealing holes are formed in one side of the battery box, and a plurality of air outlet meshes are formed in the other side of the battery box.

The refrigerator type integrated data center according to claim 3, wherein the battery box is provided with a parallel socket, an output socket and a switch, a carrier plate for supporting the battery box is arranged in the battery box, a plurality of rollers are arranged on one side, close to the carrier plate, of the battery box, and a water receiving tray for preventing battery leakage is inserted between the battery box and the carrier plate.

A refrigerator type integrated data center according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein at least two L-shaped guide rails are provided in the air conditioning cabinet, the IT cabinet and the combined cabinet; sealing strips are arranged between the air conditioner cabinet and the IT cabinet, between the IT cabinet and the combined cabinet and between the combined cabinet and the battery cabinet.

A refrigerator type integrated data center according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the air conditioning cabinet is provided with channels on one side close to the IT cabinet, on the upper end face and the lower end face of the combined cabinet, and on one side close to the combined cabinet of the battery cabinet.

A refrigerator type integrated data center according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the front doors are respectively arranged at one end of the air conditioner cabinet, one end of the IT cabinet, one end of the combined cabinet and one end of the battery cabinet, and at least two rear doors are respectively arranged at the other end of the air conditioner cabinet, the other end of the IT cabinet, the other end of the combined cabinet and the other end of the battery cabinet.

The refrigerator type integrated data center according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a front door is arranged at one end of the air conditioner cabinet, one end of the IT cabinet, one end of the combined cabinet and one end of the battery cabinet, an extension module is detachably connected to the other end of the air conditioner cabinet, the other end of the IT cabinet, the other end of the combined cabinet and the other end of the battery cabinet, at least two module rear doors are movably arranged on the extension module, and module corner holes are formed in eight corners of the extension module.
