The first pressing members 112 are buckles, and are distributed on three inner wall surfaces of the first bracket 1, and the bottom surfaces of all the buckles are flush and are used for pressing against the top surface of the display panel 3.
The mounting process of the display panel 3 is specifically: one end of the display panel 3 is inserted into a gap between the first supporting member 111 and the clip at one side of the installation space of the display panel 3 (for example, the clip at the front end in fig. 7), the other end is snapped onto the first guiding surface 1121 of the clip at the other side of the installation space of the display panel 3 (for example, the clips at the left and right ends in fig. 7), and then the display panel 3 is pressed down along the first guiding surface 1121, the clip at this position is deformed, the other end of the display panel 3 slides onto the bottom surface of the clip along the first guiding surface 1121, and the bottom is snapped onto the first supporting member 111, thereby installing the display panel 3 on the first bracket 1. As shown in fig. 7, after the display panel 3 is mounted in place, the bottom of the display panel 3 is abutted against the plurality of first supporting members 111, and the top of the display panel is pressed against the bottom surfaces of the plurality of buckles, so that in the whole mounting process of the display panel 3, the existing plurality of screws or bolts are not required, the parts required for mounting the display panel 3 are reduced, and the mounting process of the display panel 3 is simplified, thereby improving the mounting efficiency of the display panel 3.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 8, a sleeve 14 is arranged on the bottom surface of the first bracket 1 facing the second bracket 2, and is used for extending the light-emitting elements on the surface of the display panel 3 facing away from the second bracket 2 into the sleeve 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner when the display panel 3 is mounted on the first bracket 1, and the display panel 3 is lapped on the sleeve. That is, when the display panel 3 is mounted in place, the bottom of the display panel 3 is not only overlapped on the plurality of first supporting members 111, but also overlapped on the plurality of sleeves 14, thereby further increasing the supporting force to the display panel 3, and even if the display panel 3 is artificially plugged with wires, the display panel 3 is not strained when the stress is generated to the display panel 3, thereby protecting the display panel 3 and eliminating the potential electrical safety hazard.
As shown in fig. 1, a second supporting member 121 is provided on one side of the first bracket 1, and a positioning structure is provided on the other side; the second bracket 2 is detachably mounted on the first bracket 1 by being overlapped at one end thereof on the second supporting member 121 and being combined with the positioning structure at the other end thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, the second support 121 is a boss or a step; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the positioning structure includes a first through groove 1221 formed on the first bracket 1, and a positioning protrusion 1222 provided on the second bracket 2 and adapted to be inserted into the first through groove 1221. When the second bracket 2 is mounted on the first bracket 1, the positioning protrusion 1222 on the second bracket 2 is inserted into the first through groove 1221 to position the mounting position of the second bracket 2, and then the second bracket 2 is lapped on the plurality of second supporting members 121, so as to realize the mounting of the second bracket 2 on the first bracket 1.
Similar to the display panel 3 fixing structure, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 5 and 6, the power panel 4 fixing structure includes second pressing members 13 provided on both sides on the inner wall surface of the first bracket 1, a plurality of third supporting members 21 provided on the second bracket 2, and the third supporting members 21 are each located below the second pressing members 13. The limiting space of the power panel 4 is defined among the second pressing piece 13, the third supporting piece 21, the second bracket 2 and the inner wall surface of the side wall of the first bracket 1. All the second pressing members 13 are made of elastic materials, the inner wall surfaces of the second pressing members 13 are second guide surfaces 131 which are inclined downwards from the second pressing members 13 towards the second bracket 2, and the second guide surfaces 131 are suitable for sliding one end of the power panel 4 into the installation space of the power panel 4.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the third supporting members 21 are a plurality of bosses or steps, and the top surfaces of all the third supporting members 21 are flush and distributed on the entire bottom surface of the second bracket 2, so as to support the bottom surface of the power panel 4, and the third supporting members 21 may also be disposed on the side wall of the first bracket (such as the bosses disposed on the left side of the first bracket in fig. 5); the second pressing members 13 are snap-fit, and the bottom surfaces of all the second pressing members 13 are flush for pressing against the top surface of the piezoelectric source plate 4.
The mounting process of the power panel 4 is similar to the mounting process of the display panel 3, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, one end of the power panel 4 is first lapped on the third supporting member 21 (for example, on the third supporting member 21 at the front end in fig. 5), the other end is lapped on the second guiding surface 131 of the buckle (for example, two buckles in the left-right direction in fig. 5), the power panel 4 is pressed down along the second guiding surface 131, and the other end of the power panel 4 slides into the bottom surface of the buckle, so that the power panel 4 is mounted in the mounting space of the power panel 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second bracket 2 is an L-shaped plate, and when the second bracket 2 is mounted on the first bracket 1, a void area is formed between the second bracket 2 and the inner wall surface of the side wall of the first bracket 1, and the void area just leaks out a part of the sleeve on the bottom surface of the first bracket 1. The second bracket 2 with the shape reduces the weight of the second bracket 2 and reduces the manufacturing cost; on the other hand, a hollow area is formed between the first bracket 1, and the hollow area is convenient for forming an operation area when other structures are installed.
In order to fasten the first bracket 1, the second bracket 2, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 into a whole after installation, the connection stability of the four components is enhanced. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the display panel 3 is provided with a display panel 3 via hole, the corresponding position of the power panel 4 is provided with a power panel 4 via hole 41, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are respectively provided with a second via hole 15, and the first bracket 1, the display panel 3, the second bracket 2 and the power panel 4 are fastened by two second via holes 15, the display panel 3 via hole and the power panel 4 via hole 41. For example, screws or bolts, ensure the connection firmness among the first bracket 1, the second bracket 2, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 through the fastening effect of the screws or bolts, so that the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 are conveniently mounted on the bracket main body in advance, and then the whole bracket structure is mounted on the shell 8 of the electrical equipment.
As shown in fig. 1, the first bracket 1 includes a bottom surface, and a side plate provided on a side wall of the bottom surface, the side plate and the bottom surface enclosing a first installation cavity of a top opening as the above-mentioned insertion port. Side plates are arranged on the peripheral edges of the bottom surface of the first bracket 1, and three side plates are arranged next to each other; as shown in fig. 3, when the second bracket 2 is mounted on the first bracket 1, the bottom surface of the first bracket 1 extends out of the bottom surface of the second bracket 2, and the fourth side plate on the first bracket 1 is arranged on the edge of the first bracket 1 extending out of the bottom surface of the second bracket 2, so that two openings are formed on the side wall of the first mounting cavity, and the display panel 3 is convenient to take and place.
The buckle is preferably arranged on the inner wall surface of the side plate, and the boss or the step is arranged on the bottom surface; the first through groove 1221 is also formed in the side plate. The specific shape of the buckle is shown in fig. 1, the buckle is a boss provided with a concave area, the inner wall surfaces of two side walls of the boss are inclined surfaces, and a first guide surface is formed.
Preferably, the first bracket 1, the first supporting member 111, the first pressing member 112, the second pressing member 13, the sleeve, and the first through groove 1221 in the present embodiment are all integrally injection molded; the second bracket 2 and the second supporting piece 121 are integrally injection molded, so that the bracket structure is convenient to process and prepare. Adopt the fastener to fasten first support 1, second support 2, power strip 3 and display panel 4 and be integrative effect, can also prevent to adopt integrative injection moulding time, first support and second support have the deviation of moulding plastics, can appear rocking the condition after avoiding display panel and power strip to install in place, still further ensure the fastness of four part installations.
The support structure in this embodiment is to install display panel 3 and power panel 4 respectively in respective installation space, and is spacing in respective installation space through respective fixed knot structure, all need not current screw or screw and installs fixedly, but realizes spacing function through support piece and the cooperation relation of buckle. Only after the display panel 3, the second bracket 2 and the power panel 4 are all arranged on the first bracket 1, the display panel 3, the second bracket 2, the power panel 4 and the first bracket 1 are fastened by adopting one screw or screw, so that the four components are fastened into a whole, the number of screws or screws adopted when the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 are arranged in the prior art is greatly reduced, and parts required in the assembly process are reduced; the display panel 3 or the power panel 4 can be mounted in the respective mounting space only by performing the action of inserting one end of the display panel 3 or the power panel 4 into the respective mounting space and then pressing the display panel 3 or the power panel 4, so that the mounting process of the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 is greatly simplified, and the assembly efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 are installed in a layered manner on the first bracket 1, so that the power panel 4 and the display panel 3 can be installed on the first bracket 1 in advance, and finally the bracket structure provided with the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 is integrally installed in the shell 8 of the electrical equipment, so that the assembly process is further simplified and the assembly efficiency is improved.
As a first alternative embodiment, after the display panel 3 is installed in place, the display panel may not be put on the sleeve, and the strain phenomenon caused by the manual wire plugging on the display panel 3 can be avoided only when the number of the first supporting pieces 111 is large. As a further alternative, the sleeve 14 structure described above may not be provided on the first bracket 1.
As a second alternative embodiment, in the fixing structure of the display panel 3, all the first pressing members 112 are not required to be made of an elastic material, and only the first pressing members 112 on one side of the installation space of the display panel 3 are required to be made of an elastic material, and the materials of the other first pressing members 112 are not limited. However, when the display panel 3 is mounted, one end of the display panel 3 must be inserted into the bottom of the first pressing member 112 made of an undefined material, and the other end of the display panel 3 is overlapped with the first pressing member 112 made of an elastic material, and when the display panel 3 is mounted, the one end of the display panel 3 must be pressed down into the mounting space of the display panel 3, so that the first pressing member 112 needs to have elasticity to achieve this function.
As a further modification, the first pressing member 112 may be a boss or a protrusion, instead of having a snap-fit shape, and only needs to have the first guiding surface 1121, so that the display panel 3 slides into the installation space of the display panel 3 along the first guiding surface 1121, and the specific shape is not limited, and depends on the requirements of each electrical apparatus. Similarly, as a modification of the first support 111, the first support 111 may have a structure of other shapes besides a boss or a step, and only needs to have a supporting function. The number of the first pressing members and the first supporting members is not particularly limited, and according to practical requirements, only the first pressing members 112 are arranged on two sides of the installation space of the display panel 3, and at least one first supporting member is arranged below the first pressing members.
Similar to the second alternative embodiment described above, as the third alternative embodiment, the second pressing member 13 in the fixing structure of the power board 4 is formed by only the second pressing member 13 on the side of the installation space of the power board 4 being formed by elasticity, and when the power board 4 is installed, the second pressing member 13 slides into the installation space of the power board 4 by the elasticity; similarly, the second pressing member 13 may be a boss, or other structures with the second guiding surface 131, and the third supporting member 21 may be other structures, which only need to play a supporting role.
As a fourth alternative embodiment, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 may be provided with no via hole, and only the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 may be provided with the second via hole 15, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 may be fastened together by a fastener, and the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 may be limited in their respective installation spaces by the first pressing member 112 and the second pressing member 13. As a further modification, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 may not be provided with the second through holes 15, and when the machining precision of each component is qualified in the preparation process, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 can be limited in the respective installation spaces only by means of the respective fixing structures, so that the first bracket 1, the second bracket 2, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 are assembled into a whole.
As a fifth alternative embodiment, the power panel 3 installation space may be provided below the display panel 4 installation space.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a bracket structure of an electrical component, which is different from the bracket structure provided in embodiment 1 in that:
the display panel 3 fixing structure is different, in this embodiment, the display panel 3 fixing structure only needs to include the first pressing member 112, and the first supporting member 111 is not required to be disposed. When the display panel 3 is installed, the bottom of the display panel 3 directly abuts against the bottom surface of the first bracket 1, and the top surface of the display panel 3 is limited by the first abutting piece 112, so that the display panel 3 can be limited in the installation space of the display panel 3.
As a further modification of the fixing structure of the display panel 3, the fixing structure of the display panel 3 may be other structures, for example, a limiting pin or a screw provided on the first bracket 1, and the assembling method of the display panel 3 is different from the assembling process of the display panel 3 in embodiment 1, in which the display panel 3 is first installed in the space of the display panel 3, and then the display panel 3 is fixed on the first bracket 1 by using the limiting pin or the screw; or a limiting pin is arranged on the first bracket 1, and the display panel 3 is limited in the installation space of the display panel 3 through the limiting pin.
Similar to the above-described modified embodiment of the display panel 3 fixing structure, as a modified embodiment of the power panel 4 fixing structure, the power panel 4 fixing structure may not include the third supporting piece 21, but may include only the second pressing piece 13; or as a further modification, the fixing structure of the power panel 4 is a screw or a screw, or a limiting pin; in the power panel 4 installation process, the power panel 4 is firstly installed in the power panel 4 installation space, and the power panel 4 is limited on the second bracket 2 or the first bracket 1 by adopting screws or bolts or limiting pins.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a bracket structure of an electrical component, which is different from the bracket structure provided in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 in that:
the first through slot 1221 in the positioning structure may be replaced with a first through hole and the positioning tab 1222 may be replaced with a positioning pin. As a modification, the positioning structure may be other structures, for example, a protrusion provided on a side wall of the first bracket 1, a through hole provided on the second bracket 2, and the protrusion inserted into the through hole to perform positioning. Or other structures, only one end of the second bracket 2 is overlapped on the second supporting piece 121, and the other end is detachably arranged on the first bracket 1 in a mode of combining with the positioning structure.
As a further variant, the second bracket 2 may also be mounted on the first bracket 1 in other existing removable ways, for example by means of a bolt assembly, or a fastener such as a screw, for mounting the second bracket 2 on the first bracket 1.
Example 4
The present embodiment provides a bracket structure of an electrical component, which is different from any one of the bracket structures provided in embodiments 1 to 3 in that:
the stent body is different in structure and does not include the first stent 1 and the second stent 2 described above. For example, the bracket body is a box body with openings at the top and the side walls, and a partition board is arranged in the box body, and the box body is divided into a display panel 3 installation space and a power panel 4 installation space by taking the partition board as a boundary; alternatively, the bracket body may be designed to have a drawer-like structure, so that the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 may be installed in separate installation spaces in a layered manner.
The fixing structure may be other structures, and only after the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 are installed in the respective installation spaces, the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 may be limited in the respective installation spaces, for example, screws or bolts, limiting plates or limiting pins.
Example 5
The present embodiment provides an electrical component comprising any one of the stand structures provided in any one of embodiments 1 to 4, and a power panel 4 and a display panel 3 mounted on the stand structures in layers.
The electrical component with the structure has compact structure due to the adoption of the bracket structure of any one of the implementation of the embodiment 1 to the embodiment 4, and the assembly efficiency of the power panel 4 and the display panel 3 is high; meanwhile, the power panel 4 and the display panel 3 can be mounted on the support structure in advance, and assembly efficiency is further improved.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a device with an electrical component, comprising a shell 8 and the electrical component arranged in the shell 8; the electrical component was the electrical component in example 5.
In the following, the manner of fitting the electrical component to the housing 8 will be described by taking the bracket structure in embodiment 1 as an example. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the housing 8 is provided with a first mounting portion, and the outer side wall surface of the bracket main body is provided with a first connecting portion that mates with the first mounting portion.
The first installation part comprises two third pressing pieces 51, two blocking ribs 52 and a plurality of fourth supporting pieces 53, and the third pressing pieces 51 and the blocking ribs 52 are arranged on two sides; the fourth supporting piece 53 is located below the third pressing piece 51 and the blocking rib 52, and encloses a plugboard space with the third pressing piece 51 and the blocking rib 52. As shown in fig. 3, the first connecting portion includes a rib 61 provided on one side of the holder body and adapted to abut against the lower surface of the rib 52, a catching groove 62 provided on the other side of the holder body and adapted to slide from the surface of the third abutting piece 51 into the card space, and the third abutting piece 51 is inserted into the catching groove 62 after the holder structure is mounted in place in the housing 8.
The third pressing member 51 is made of an elastic material, and is in the form of a snap or boss, similar to the first pressing member 112 in embodiment 1. The inner wall surface of the third pressing piece 51 forms an inclined guide surface from the third pressing piece 51 to the plugboard space, when the electric appliance component is installed, the convex rib 61 of the electric appliance component is only required to be inserted into the gap between the blocking rib 52 and the fourth supporting piece 53, the clamping groove 62 of the electric appliance component is lapped on the guide surface of the third pressing piece 51 and the piezoelectric component is downwards pressed, so that the clamping groove 62 downwards slides into the plugboard space below the bottom surface of the third pressing piece 51 along the guide surface of the third pressing piece 51, and the electric appliance component can be integrally installed in the shell 8, thereby being convenient for the assembly process of the electric appliance component.
As an alternative embodiment, the number of the third pressing members 51 may be one, three, four, etc., and similarly, the number of the ribs 52, the fourth supporting members 53, the ribs 61, and the clamping grooves 62 may be one, three, four, five, etc., and the number of the clamping grooves 62 and the number of the third pressing members 51 may be one-to-one, and the number of other structures may be determined according to the needs.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the inner wall surface of the housing 8 is provided with a connecting post 71, and the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are provided with connecting holes 72 corresponding to the connecting post 71, and locking members for fastening the connecting post 71 and the connecting holes 72. For example, the locking member is a screw or a screw. The connection of the locking piece is adopted, so that the electrical component and the shell 8 are further firmly connected, and the device can meet the test of a drop test.
As a modification, the connection manner between the electrical component and the housing 8 may be other structures, for example, a snap connection or a screw connection may be directly adopted, and only the electrical component is required to be integrally mounted in the housing 8, so as to improve the assembly efficiency of the device having the electrical component.
The device with the electric component in this embodiment is preferably a tower fan, but may be other electric devices, such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, an electric cooker, a fan, etc., and the above-described electric component may be used as long as the display panel 3 and the power panel 4 are provided therein.

1. A support structure of an electrical component is characterized by comprising
A bracket main body having a display panel (3) installation space and a power panel (4) installation space for installing the display panel (3) and the power panel (4) in layers, the bracket main body including a first bracket (1) and a second bracket (2), the first bracket (1) having a first installation cavity having an insertion port, a top opening of the first bracket (1) being the insertion port; the second bracket (2) is detachably arranged between the bottom of the first mounting cavity and the insertion port, and separates the first mounting cavity into a mounting space of the display panel (3) and a mounting space of the power panel (4); one side of the first bracket (1) is provided with a second supporting piece (121), and the other side is provided with a positioning structure; the second bracket (2) is detachably arranged on the first bracket (1) in a mode that one end of the second bracket is lapped on the second supporting piece (121) and the other end of the second bracket is combined with the positioning structure, a display panel (3) installation space is formed between the bottom of the first installation cavity and the second bracket (2), and a power panel (4) installation space is formed between the second bracket (2) and the insertion port; side plates are arranged on the peripheral edges of the bottom surface of the first bracket (1), and three side plates are arranged next to each other; when the second bracket (2) is installed on the first bracket (1), the bottom surface of the first bracket (1) extends out of the bottom surface of the second bracket (2), and the fourth side plate on the first bracket (1) is arranged on the edge of the bottom surface of the first bracket (1) extending out of the second bracket (2), so that two openings are formed in the side wall of the first installation cavity; and the fixing structure is used for limiting the display panel (3) and the power panel (4) in the respective installation spaces after the display panel (3) and the power panel (4) are installed in the respective corresponding installation spaces.

The bracket structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the display panel (3) fixing structure includes first pressing pieces (112) provided at both sides of the display panel (3) mounting space, at least one side of the first pressing pieces (112) being made of an elastic material; the inner side wall surface of the first pressing piece (112) made of at least elastic materials is a first guide surface (1121) which is inclined downwards from the first pressing piece (112) towards the bottom of the first mounting cavity, and the first guide surface (1121) is suitable for enabling one end of the display panel (3) to slide into the mounting space of the display panel (3) from the first guide surface.

The bracket structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning structure comprises a first through slot (1221) or a first through hole provided in the first bracket (1), and a positioning protrusion (1222) provided on the second bracket (2) and adapted to be inserted into the first through slot (1221) or the first through hole.
5. A support structure according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the display panel (3) is provided with a display panel (3) via hole, and the corresponding position of the power panel (4) is provided with a power panel (4) via hole;
the support structure further comprises second through holes (15) which are respectively formed in the first support (1) and the second support (2), and fastening pieces which penetrate through the two second through holes (15), the display board (3) through holes and the power board (4) through holes to fasten the first support (1), the display board (3) and the second support (2) to the power board (4) into a whole.

A mounting structure according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the power board (4) fixing structure comprises second pressing members (13) provided on both sides of the mounting space of the power board (4), at least one side of the second pressing members (13) is made of an elastic material, at least the inner wall surface of the second pressing member (13) made of the elastic material is provided with a second guiding surface (131) inclined downward from the second pressing member (13) toward the second mounting (2), and the second guiding surface (131) is adapted to slide into the mounting space of the power board (4) from the one end of the power board (4).

A support structure according to claim 1 or 3, wherein a sleeve (14) is arranged on the bottom surface of the first support (1) opposite to the second support (2), and is used for enabling luminous elements on the surface of the display panel (3) facing away from one side of the second support (2) to extend into the sleeve (14) in a one-to-one correspondence when the display panel (3) is mounted on the first support (1), and the display panel (3) is lapped on the sleeve (14).
8. An electrical component is characterized by comprising a bracket structure, and a power panel (4) and a display panel (3) which are installed on the bracket structure in a layered manner;
the scaffold structure is the scaffold structure of any one of claims 1-7.

characterized in that the electrical component is the electrical component of claim 8.
