Television receiver
Technical Field
The invention relates to a television, in particular to a connecting structure of a tuner and a main circuit of the television.
Background
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a conventional television set 10a generally includes a main circuit 1 and a tuner 2 arranged on the same circuit board 9. The main circuit 1 is mainly composed of a chip N1-5 and peripheral circuits thereof. The tuner 2 is mainly composed of a chip U1 and its peripheral circuits. The tuner 2 is directly connected with the main circuit 1 through lines on the circuit board 9, and the lines specifically include: a line IF _ AGC for connecting pin 3 of the chip U1 and pin B14 of the chip N1-5; a line SCL connecting the pin 4 of the chip U1 with the pin E18 of the chip N1-5; a line SDA connecting the pin 5 of the chip U1 and the pin F18 of the chip N1-5; a line DIF1 connecting the 4 pin of the chip U1 and the F38 pin of the chip N1-5; and a line DIF2 connecting the 4 pin of chip U1 with the F37 pin of chip N1-5. The connection structure between the tuner 2 and the main circuit 1 has a problem: with the popularization of networking, many users no longer use the conventional cable tv, and start to watch tv programs through HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) by using a network box, and the tuner 2 loses its original function, in other words, the tuner 2 becomes a redundant part, which constitutes unnecessary cost overhead.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a television set of the present invention. The present invention provides a television 10, for example: liquid crystal television, laser television. The television set 10 includes: a first circuit board 7, a main circuit 1 arranged on the first circuit board 7, and a first connector 3 connected with the main circuit 1; and a second circuit board 8, a tuner 2 arranged on the second circuit board 8, and a second connector 4 connected to the tuner 2. Wherein, the second connector 4 is matched with the first connector 3, and when the two connectors are butted together, the tuner 2 is combined with the main circuit 1; when the two are separated, the tuner 2 is separated from the main circuit 1. It can be understood that the first circuit board 7, the main circuit 1 thereon, and the first connector 3 form a main board 5, the second circuit board 8, the tuner 2 thereon, and the second connector 4 form a high-frequency head card 6, the high-frequency head card 6 and the main board 5 are in a pluggable connection relationship, the high-frequency head card 6 can be configured according to the needs of practical applications, and the high-frequency head card 6 can be designed into various specifications to be flexibly suitable for different application scenarios.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an electrical schematic diagram of a main circuit in the television of the present invention. The main circuit 1 is mainly composed of a chip N1-5 and peripheral circuits thereof.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an electrical schematic diagram of the first connector in the television of the present invention. The first connector 3 is mainly constituted by the connector XS16 and its peripheral circuits.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an electrical schematic diagram of the tuner and the second connector of the television of the present invention. The tuner 2 is mainly composed of a chip U1 and its peripheral circuits. The second connector 4 is mainly constituted by the connector XS17 and its peripheral circuits.
Referring to fig. 5, the MOS transistor V60 and the resistor R1004, the resistor R1005, the resistor R1006, the resistor R1007, the resistor R1008, the resistor R1009, the capacitor C848, and the capacitor C849 around it constitute a high-frequency head card detection circuit for detecting whether the high-frequency head card 6 is inserted into the main board 5. The high-frequency head card detection circuit is capable of converting the Tuner-GND signal to a Tuner-DET signal to be supplied to one port of the chip N1-5 (see fig. 4 in combination), for example: COM0 pin.
The Tuner-GND signal in fig. 5 is floating if the high frequency plug card 6 is not present on the main board 5. The MOS transistor V60 is not turned on and the tuner-DET signal remains high. In the process of starting up, the COM0 pin of the chip N1-5 receives a high level, the default tuner 2 has no response, and the tuner 2 cannot be searched. While the tuner-related information of the OSD (on-screen display) menu portion of the television 10 is no longer displayed.
If the high frequency head card 6 is inserted into the motherboard 5, the pin 7 of the connector XS16 inserted into the motherboard 5 (i.e., the Tuner-GND signal) and the pin 7 of the connector XS17 of the high frequency head card 6 are grounded, the D/S of the MOS transistor V60 is turned on, and the Tuner _ DET signal is at a low level. During the power-on process, the COM0 pin of the chip N1-5 receives a low level, which is regarded as a response of the tuner 2, and normal communication can be established with the tuner 2 by confirming that the tuner 2 is connected, and the OSD menu can display relevant parts of ATV (analog television)/DTV (digital television).
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the connectors XS16 and XS17 are VGA standard connectors, and in other embodiments, the connectors XS16 and XS17 may be connectors of other specifications.
In addition, the capacitor C849 has a low impedance at high frequencies, which reduces EMI (electromagnetic interference) and a return path. Meanwhile, the MOS transistor V60 can well isolate the influence of static electricity. That is, the tuner card detection circuit has the function of electrostatic protection.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a diagram showing a communication relationship between a main circuit and a tuner in a television according to the present invention. The communication process between the main circuit 1 and the tuner 2 roughly includes: in the process of starting up, firstly, the main circuit 1 initiates a communication start signal (through an SCL line of a serial port bus), and the high-frequency head 2 responds (the low level is effective); then, the main circuit 1 re-transmits the Start signal again, and transmits date (data, through the SDA line of the serial bus), and the communication is normal. If the high-frequency head 2 has no response (high level) in the starting process, the main circuit 1 sends a stop signal (through an SCL (serial bus) line), and the main circuit 1 and the high-frequency head 2 are connected and stopped; after the tuner is turned on, the module function of the tuner 2 cannot be realized, and the user menu does not display related ATV/DTV content at the same time.
According to the television 10, the first circuit board 7 is skillfully adopted to combine the main circuit 1 and the first connector 3 to form the main board 5, and the second circuit board 8 is adopted to combine the tuner 2 and the second connector 3 to form the tuner card 6, so that the tuner 2 can be selectively configured according to the requirements of practical application, and the cost is effectively reduced.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred examples of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can easily make various changes and modifications according to the main concept and spirit of the present invention, so that the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
