Abstract
本发明公开了一种具遥控功能的智能开关,其包括:一无线接收模组,其用以接收无线控制信号;一无线发射模组,其用以发射无线控制信号,该无线发射模块可为行动电话装置内的无线发射模块;一控制模组,其与外部按键电性连接,并与无线接收模组电性连接,用以接受按键驱动或接收无线接收模组传送过来的控制信号;一驱动模组,其接收控制模组传送过来的控制信号来驱动外部电子电机装置;以及一供应电源模组,其用来作为提供各模组所需要的电源;由此,可以取代传统的墙壁开关使其具有遥控功能,以及用来取代传统的可同时接受遥控装置控制的墙壁开关,能避免传统的可同时接受遥控装置的墙壁开关于开关关闭时遥控装置同时也失去作用的缺点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关,尤其涉及一种可设置于墙壁上,用以取代传统之墙壁开关使其具有遥控功能,以及用来取代传统的可同时接受遥控装置控制的墙壁开关,能避免传统的可同时接受遥控装置的墙壁开关于开关关闭时遥控装置同时也失去作用的缺点的具遥控功能的智能开关。
背景技术
科技进步,无线技术发达,许多家用、公司或工厂的装置及设备除了固定的控制装置外,大都搭配有遥控装置,以利随时远距操控。
由于遥控装置一般通过红外线,蓝牙或是无线的方式作为固定装置的另一个输入信号,所以其能作用的先决条件是固定的控制装置必须在致能的状态,如果在失能的状态下,遥控装置将无法作用,如此造成非常大的不便。
此外,如应用于照明领域,目前的遥控装置并未作到可以同步调光的功能,仅作为另一简单的开关使用,因而使用上多有不便。
因此,如何提供一个可克服以上缺点的遥控装置,为现有技术中尚待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术中墙壁开关仍存在有不完善处,发明人经长时间不断的研究开发,终于研发出此种用以取代传统的墙壁开关使其具有遥控功能,以及用来取代传统的可同时接受遥控装置控制的墙壁开关,能避免传统的可同时接受遥控装置的墙壁开关于开关关闭时遥控装置同时也失去作用的缺点的具遥控功能的智能开关。
本发明具遥控功能的智能开关,其包括:
一无线发射模组,其用以发射无线控制信号,该无线发射模块为行动电话装置内的无线发射模块;
一无线接收模组,其用以接收所述无线发射模组发射的所述无线控制信号;
一控制模组,其与外部按键电性连接,并与所述无线接收模组电性连接,接收所述外部按键驱动或接收所述无线接收模组传送过来的控制信号;
一驱动模组,其接收所述控制模组传送过来的控制信号来驱动外部电子电机装置;以及
一供应电源模组,其为所述无线接收模组、所述控制模组、所述驱动模组提供电源。
其中,外接一调光模组,所述调光模组与所述控制模组相连接。
其中,所述外部电子电机装置是风扇、灯光、空调、电动窗帘、电动门窗或升降设备。
其中,所述无线控制信号是红外线、蓝芽、无线或声音。
本发明的主要目的在于取代传统的墙壁开关使其具有遥控功能,以及用来取代传统的可同时接受遥控装置控制的墙壁开关,能避免传统的可同时接受遥控装置的墙壁开关于开关关闭时遥控装置同时也失去作用的缺点。

具体实施方式
图一为本发明具遥控功能的智能开关的结构示意图,本发明具遥控功能的智能开关,其包括一无线发射模组10,其用以发射无线控制信号,该无线发射模块可为行动电话装置内的无线发射模块;一无线接收模组20,其用以接收无线发射模组10发射的无线控制信号;一控制模组30,其与外部按键电性连接,并与无线接收模组10组电性连接,用以接受外部按键驱动或接收无线接收模20组传送过来的控制信号;一驱动模组40,其接收控制模组30传送过来的控制信号来驱动外部电子电机装置;以及一供应电源模组50,其用来无线接收模组20、控制模组30以及驱动模组40提供各模组所需要的电源;由此,可以将该具遥控功能的智能开关设置于墙壁上,用以取代传统的墙壁开关使其具有遥控功能,以及用来取代传统的可同时接受遥控装置控制的墙壁开关,能避免传统的可同时接受遥控装置的墙壁开关于开关关闭时遥控装置同时也失去作用的缺点,此外,针对已具备开关调光功能的灯具,同样在使用本遥控开关时,可以进行原本的开关及调光功能,而无需增加任何其它装置。
本发明具遥控功能的智能开关,其中,可以再外接一调光模组,该调光模组可以与控制模组相连接,可以用来对灯光装置进行调光,而能让同样在使用本遥控开关时,可以与原本墙壁开关一样的控制灯光装装置的调光功能。
值的一提的是,本发明具遥控功能的智能开关,其中,该外部电子电机装置可以是风扇、灯光、空调、电动窗帘、电动门窗或升降设备。
本发明具遥控功能的智能开关,其中,无线控制信号可以是红外线、蓝芽、无线或声音(音频或超音波)。
为了能更好地了解本发明具遥控功能的智能开关的可实施性,请参照图2,其为本发明的具遥控功能的智能开关的主体电路图,以315M频率的四控灯具控制电路为例(也可以是控制灯具以外的电子或机械装置)为例,其包括:一无线接收模组,其用以接收无线控制信号(参照附图2的U1晶片及周边电路);一控制模组,其与外部按键电性连接,并与无线接收模组电性连接,用以接受按键驱动或接收无线接收模组传送过来的控制信号(参照附图2的U3晶片、U1晶片及周边电路,其中U1的暂存器晶片,用以储存相关的数位资讯,K1-K4为按压开关,按下K1后U3的脚8-11为输出信号至稍后要叙述的驱动模组);一驱动模组,其上可具有继电器,其接收控制模组传送过来的控制信号来控制继电器的作动,用以驱动灯具(参照附图2的Q2-Q4半导体及周边电路,在此继电器仅为一实施例,并非一定要搭配继电器);以及一供应电源模组,其用来作为提供各模组所需要的电源。(参照附图2的U5晶片及周边电路);
请参阅图3,其为本发明的具遥控功能的智能开关的遥控装置的电路图,以315M频率的四控灯具遥控电路为例(也可以是其他的电子或机械装置)为例,其为一无线发送模组,其用以发送无线控制信号(参照附图3的U1晶片及周边电路),K1-K4为按压开关,经过周边电路后驱动AN1发送无线控制信号。
本申请中U1-U4表示位于不同位置的集成芯片,K1-K4表示位于不同位置的按压开关,Q2-Q4表示位于不同位置的三极管。因此,本申请中字母代表一个器件,由于有多个相同的器件,因此在字母后面用数字进行区分。
以上所述仅是由较佳实施例详细说明本发明,然而对于该实施例所作的任何修改与变化,例如驱动模组的实施电路等等的变化均不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
由以上详细说明可使本领域技术人员明了本发明的确可达成前述的目的,实已符合专利法的规定,爰依法提出发明专利申请。
Claims (4)
1.一种具遥控功能的智能开关,其特征在于,包括:
一无线发射模组,其用以发射无线控制信号,该无线发射模块为行动电话装置内的无线发射模块;
一无线接收模组,其用以接收所述无线发射模组发射的所述无线控制信号;
一控制模组,其与外部按键电性连接,并与所述无线接收模组电性连接,接收所述外部按键驱动或接收所述无线接收模组传送过来的控制信号;
一驱动模组,其接收所述控制模组传送过来的控制信号来驱动外部电子电机装置;以及
一供应电源模组,其为所述无线接收模组、所述控制模组、所述驱动模组提供电源。
2.如权利要求1所述的具遥控功能的智能开关,其特征在于,外接一调光模组,所述调光模组与所述控制模组相连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具遥控功能的智能开关,其特征在于,所述外部电子电机装置是风扇、灯光、空调、电动窗帘、电动门窗或升降设备。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的具遥控功能的智能开关,其特征在于,所述无线控制信号是红外线、蓝芽、无线或声音。
