技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆。
背景技术
面对全球日益严重的环境危机及能源枯竭,特别是目前国内能源分布不均且日益枯竭、雾霾天气日益严重,大力发展新能源已提升至全球各国战略位置。根据美国能源信息署EIA发布的国际能源展望,世界能源市场消耗量2005年到2030年预计增加50%。
随着能源消耗的逐年增加,电动汽车的大范围推广及产业化应用,电动汽车充电桩电缆需求量也随之倍增。由于充电桩用电缆负荷电流值较大(最大约达400A),电缆通电运行中导体易发热,以及在使用过程中频繁拖拽移动,长期暴露于室外环境,易受汽车碾压、日光照射、空气氧化、湿水环境以及酸碱化合物等因数的破坏腐蚀,因此,需对充电桩用电缆的耐氧化、耐候性、耐磨性以及抗机械外力等性能指标提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术问题而提供的一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆。
一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,包括电缆本体和外护套,所述电缆本体由控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯组成;所述电缆本体内部从左到右依次设置有控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯;所述控制线芯内部设置有单根控制线芯导体;所述控制线芯导体外挤包隔热层;所述隔热层外挤包屏蔽层;所述动力线芯由三组缆芯以及设置在三组缆芯外的屏蔽层组成;所述缆芯内部设置有动力线芯导体;所述动力线芯导体外挤包着绝缘层;所述绝缘层外挤包着包带层;所述地线芯内部设置有单根地线芯导体;所述地线芯导体外挤包有内护套;所述地线芯导体与内护套之间的空隙填充有石棉绳;所述内护套外挤包屏蔽层;所述电缆本体外部挤包有外护套。
上述的一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,所述控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯之间通过设置加强筋分隔。
上述的一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,所述控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯内设置的屏蔽层均采用金属纤维材料编织而成。
上述的一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,所述电缆本体剖视图为梯形结构。
本发明的有益效果:电缆在弯曲和拖拉时,由于电缆的柔软性和延展性好,整个电缆弯曲半径小导体受力很小也有效地避免了动力线芯导体被拉断和弯断,所述外护套是以高强度、阻燃、耐油、耐高温、耐磨 、防水以三元乙丙胶为基料的低烟无卤橡皮为材质,电缆在燃烧时微烟无有毒气体释放,提高了电缆在新能源汽车内的使用寿命,电缆本体内部各线芯通过加强筋分隔开,既保证了电缆本体的强度,又避免各线芯之间的互相干扰。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,包括电缆本体1和外护套2,所述电缆本体1由控制线芯3、动力线芯4和地线芯5组成;所述电缆本体1内部从左到右依次设置有控制线芯3、动力线芯4和地线芯5;所述控制线芯3内部设置有单根控制线芯导体6;所述控制线芯导体6外挤包隔热层7;所述隔热层7外挤包屏蔽层8;所述动力线芯4由三组缆芯9以及设置在三组缆芯9外的屏蔽层8组成;所述缆芯9内部设置有动力线芯导体10;所述动力线芯导体10外挤包着绝缘层11;所述绝缘层11外挤包着包带层12;所述地线芯5内部设置有单根地线芯导体13;所述地线芯导体13外挤包有内护套14;所述地线芯导体13与内护套14之间的空隙填充有石棉绳15;所述内护套14外挤包屏蔽层8;所述电缆本体1外部挤包有外护套2,所述外护套2是以高强度、阻燃、耐油、耐高温、耐磨 、防水以三元乙丙胶为基料的低烟无卤橡皮为材质,电缆在燃烧时微烟无有毒气体释放,提高了电缆在新能源汽车内的使用寿命。
所述控制线芯3、动力线芯4和地线芯5之间通过设置加强筋16分隔,电缆本体1内部各线芯通过加强筋16分隔开,既保证了电缆本体1的强度,又避免各线芯之间的互相干扰。
所述控制线芯3、动力线芯4和地线芯5内设置的屏蔽层8均采用金属纤维材料编织而成。
所述电缆本体1剖视图为梯形结构,一方面其本身具有一定的抗拉作用,另一方面在电缆本体1的弯曲半径减小,在工作时电缆导体不会被弯断。
电缆在弯曲和拖拉时,由于电缆的柔软性和延展性好,整个电缆弯曲半径小导体受力很小也有效地避免了动力线芯导体被拉断和弯断。
本发明电缆结构能有效防止电缆内外部相互之间的电磁信号干扰,并具有高弹性、高强度、抗疲劳性和耐高低温等特性,外护套避免水分进入电缆内部导致的短路事故,更适合频繁移动和拖拽条件下使用,电缆电气绝缘性能优异,无毒安全环保、工艺加工性能好、无须硫化,可以循环使用降低成本。

1.一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,其特征在于:包括电缆本体和外护套,所述电缆本体由控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯组成;所述电缆本体内部从左到右依次设置有控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯;所述控制线芯内部设置有单根控制线芯导体;所述控制线芯导体外挤包隔热层;所述隔热层外挤包屏蔽层;所述动力线芯由三组缆芯以及设置在三组缆芯外的屏蔽层组成;所述缆芯内部设置有动力线芯导体;所述动力线芯导体外挤包着绝缘层;所述绝缘层外挤包着包带层;所述地线芯内部设置有单根地线芯导体;所述地线芯导体外挤包有内护套;所述地线芯导体与内护套之间的空隙填充有石棉绳;所述内护套外挤包屏蔽层;所述电缆本体外部挤包有外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车专用屏蔽电缆,其特征在于:所述控制线芯、动力线芯和地线芯之间通过设置加强筋分隔。
