However, this method usually sacrifices the light intensity, so that the light purity is poor, and secondly, bright spots at the light source cannot be avoided, and the light is not uniformly distributed, so that the visual effect is rough. The combination structure of the point light source and the light guide piece is complex, and the assembly requirement is high. In addition, the light guide member or the diffusion plate generally uses a translucent member which is transparent or has diffusion powder, and is expensive.

The light-emitting module adopting the structure is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble. Because the transparent light guide part or the light diffusion plate is not used, the price is low. By using the principle of diffuse reflection and shielding, the emitted light has high purity, the light attenuation is reduced, the color of the light-emitting area is uniform, the light does not directly irradiate the eyes, and the light is softer without bright and dark areas and bright points.
Wherein the household appliance may be a washing machine, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kitchen appliance, etc.
The housing assembly may be a combination of parts disposed around the interior parts and forming the appearance of the household appliance, for example, including a housing main body, a door body/cover body, a control panel, and the like.
The light-transmitting area is formed on at least one of the base and the light shield, namely, the light-transmitting hollow part or the transparent part is arranged on at least one of the base and the light shield.
Wherein "exterior" is with respect to the interior space enclosed by the housing assembly.
Preferably, the light emitting module covers the at least partially transparent protective cover. In particular embodiments, the protective cover may be entirely transparent, entirely translucent, or at least a portion covering the light-transmissive region may be transparent or translucent, thereby allowing light to escape.
The light shield includes a light-shielding region made of an opaque material, which shields the entire light source from the outside to prevent light emitted from the light source from being directly emitted to the outside of the light shield. Therefore, the light received by the user is softer and not dazzling.
The light source is a belt-shaped structure, and the light-transmitting area is a belt-shaped structure which is matched with the shape of the light source and extends along with the light source at equal intervals. The light transmissive region is in such a structural relationship with the light source that light passing through the light transmissive region is uniform.
The light source is an LED lamp strip. Therefore, the wiring harness, the PCB and the control panel are integrated, the number of parts is reduced, the installation is simple, and the damage is not easy.
Wherein the diffuse reflection area may be implemented as a curved surface structure. The diffuse reflection area of the curved surface structure can receive more light rays, the emitted light rays are relatively more concentrated, and a clearer and brighter visual effect can be obtained.
Preferably, the housing assembly comprises a door body, the light emitting module is positioned on the door body, and the light transmission area is close to the edge of the door body to form a closed loop structure.
Preferably, the light emitting module is ring-shaped and forms a part of the door body.
Preferably, the household appliance of the present invention comprises a control device connected to the light source, the control device being configured to control at least one of a lighting color, a switching frequency, a brightness variation, and the like of the light source.
The invention will be further described below by taking a washing machine as an example and referring to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the present invention may also be used on other household appliances. When the light emitting module is used in other household appliances except washing machines, the construction principle is consistent. Therefore, the present invention will be fully explained below by taking only a washing machine as an example.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
In one embodiment, the door 100 of the washing machine is provided with the light emitting module 10. The light emitting module is shown in fig. 1 and includes a base 2, a light source 4 and a light shield 6. The light source 4 is located between the base 2 and the light shield 6.
As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, a ring of positioning walls 22 and a plurality of positioning pillars 24 disposed near the positioning walls 22 are disposed on the base 2. Positioning column 24 and positioning wall 22 have a gap therebetween, so that light source 4 is clamped therebetween for fixing.
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the light shield 6 covers the base 2 and the light source 4, and abuts against the positioning wall 22. The base 2 has a diffusely reflective region 26 that receives illumination from the light source 4. The diffuse reflection area 26 is a curved structure curved toward the light source 4 and the light shield 6. A space is provided between the base 2 and the light shield 6, and a light-transmitting region 8 is formed in the space. The light-transmitting area 8 is located outside opposite to the diffuse reflection area 26. The light shield 6 comprises a light-shielding area 62 made of an opaque material. The light-shielding region 62 shields the entire light source 4 from the outside to prevent the light emitted from the light source 4 from being directly radiated to the outside of the light-shielding cover 6. Therefore, the light emitted from the light source 4 can only pass through the light-transmitting area 8 after being reflected by the diffuse reflection area 26, and thus can be observed from the outside of the door body 100 by human eyes.
The light emitting module 10 is covered by a light-permeable protective cover 12. The protective cover 12 also closes the gap between the base 2 and the light shield 6, so that a closed light-emitting chamber 40 is formed between the base 2, the light shield 6 and the protective cover 12. The light source 4 is housed in the light emitting chamber 40 and protected from water and dust.
In this embodiment, the light source 4 is a LED strip closed into a ring. The light-transmitting region 8 is a band-like structure extending at an equal distance from the light source 4. As can be seen from fig. 2A, in the present embodiment, the light-transmitting region 8 also forms a closed annular belt-like structure. And the light-transmitting region 8 is close to the door body edge.
As shown in fig. 1, the light emitting module 10 is annular as a whole and forms a part of the door body.
In addition, the washing machine comprises a control device (not shown in the figures) connected to the light source 4. The control device is provided to control the light emission color, switching frequency, brightness, and brightness variation of the light source 4. Thus, under the action of the control means, the light source 4 can emit light in various forms and be presented to the user through the light-transmitting area 8. The various forms of light may include color variations, light and shade variations, flickering and the like.
Claims (9)
1. A household appliance comprising a light emitting module, comprising a housing assembly (100), wherein the light emitting module (10) is located on the housing assembly, characterized in that the light emitting module comprises a base (2), a light source (4) and a light shield (6), the light source is located between the base and the light shield, the base has a diffuse reflection area (26) for receiving light from the light source, an outer portion opposite to the diffuse reflection area has a light transmission area (8), light emitted from the light source passes through the light transmission area after being reflected by the diffuse reflection area, wherein the light transmission area is formed on at least one of the base and the light shield and/or a gap formed between the base and the light shield.
2. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein: the light emitting module is covered by an at least partially transparent protective cover (12).
3. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein: the light shield includes a light-shielding area (62) made of an opaque material that shields the entire light source from the outside to prevent light emitted by the light source from being directed outside the light shield.
4. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein: the light source is a belt-shaped structure, and the light-transmitting area is a belt-shaped structure which is matched with the shape of the light source and extends along with the light source at equal intervals.
5. The household appliance according to claim 4, wherein: the light source is an LED lamp strip.
6. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein: the diffuse reflection area is of a curved surface structure.
7. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein: the shell assembly comprises a door body (100), the light-emitting module is positioned on the door body, and the light-transmitting area is close to the edge of the door body and is of a closed-loop structure.
8. The household appliance of claim 7, wherein: the light-emitting module is annular and forms a part of the door body.
9. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein: the control device is connected with the light source and is configured to control at least one of the light-emitting color, the switching frequency, the brightness change and the like of the light source.
