When the granular impurities settled in the sewage pipe 17 are gradually increased after a long period of use, the granular impurities in the sewage pipe 17 need to be discharged by a user. The user only needs to rotate the hand wheel 23 to drive the valve rod 22 and the movable valve plate 21 to rotate, and the movable valve plate 21 will open the drain hole 20a on the static valve plate 20 after rotating, so that the residual water in the drain pipe 17 will carry the granular impurities to enter the drain sleeve 19 through the connecting hole 18a1 on the drain body 18 and the drain hole 20a on the static valve plate 20. Since the valve rod 22 is provided with the drain passage 22a penetrating in the axial direction, residual water entering the drain sleeve 19 is discharged through the drain passage 22a with granular impurities. After the sewage is discharged, the user only needs to rotate the hand wheel 23 to enable the movable valve plate 21 to close the sewage discharging hole 20a on the static valve plate 20 again.
