本发明涉及玻璃技术领域，尤其是一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，包括第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃，所述第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃之间为中空层，所述第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃内侧边缘安装有多根铝条，多根所述铝条首尾相连组成铝材框架，所述铝材框架的内侧填充有干燥剂，所述铝材框架的外侧设有密封胶，所述第一内玻璃的外侧安装有第二外玻璃，所述第二内玻璃的外侧安装有第二外玻璃，所述第二外玻璃与第二内玻璃之间夹设有隔音阻尼胶。该中空玻璃自身具有良好的隔音效果，内玻璃之间中空设置，且填充惰性气体，增加隔音性能，同时在一侧内玻璃与外玻璃之间设置隔音阻尼胶，减少噪音穿透可能性，增强隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域，尤其涉及一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃。
背景技术
玻璃作为重要的建筑材料，随着对建筑物装饰性要求的不断提高，玻璃在当代的生产和生活中扮演着重要角色，其应用十分的广泛，如玻璃窗、玻璃制装饰品、玻璃制器皿、车载玻璃、玻璃幕墙等，并且随着玻璃应用范围的不断扩大，市场需求量也在不断增大，因此玻璃的使用量也不断增大。
在众多玻璃品种中，因为中空玻璃具有良好的保温效果，所以被广泛使用，中空玻璃具有一定的隔音效果，但是隔音效果不够明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在中空玻璃的隔音效果较差的缺点，而提出的一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，包括第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃，所述第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃之间为中空层，所述第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃内侧边缘安装有多根铝条，多根所述铝条首尾相连组成铝材框架，所述铝材框架的内侧填充有干燥剂，所述铝材框架的外侧设有密封胶，所述第一内玻璃的外侧安装有第二外玻璃，所述第二内玻璃的外侧安装有第二外玻璃，所述第二外玻璃与第二内玻璃之间夹设有隔音阻尼胶。
优选的，所述第一外玻璃与第二外玻璃均为钢化玻璃。
优选的，所述第一外玻璃与第二外玻璃外侧镀有防刮保护膜。
优选的，所述第一内玻璃和第二内玻璃之间的中空层内填充有惰性气体。
本发明提出的一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，有益效果在于：该中空玻璃自身具有良好的隔音效果，内玻璃之间中空设置，且填充惰性气体，增加隔音性能，同时在一侧内玻璃与外玻璃之间设置隔音阻尼胶，减少噪音穿透可能性，增强隔音效果。

参照图1-2，一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，包括第一内玻璃1和第二内玻璃5，第一内玻璃1和第二内玻璃5之间为中空层，第一内玻璃1和第二内玻璃5之间的中空层内填充有惰性气体，惰性气体不易受到室内外温度影响，出现体积变化的情况，避免出现中空层漏气的情况发生，同时一定程度上减弱噪音传递。
第一内玻璃1和第二内玻璃5内侧边缘安装有多根铝条7，多根铝条7首尾相连组成铝材框架，铝材框架的内侧填充有干燥剂6，铝材框架的外侧设有密封胶8，第一内玻璃1的外侧安装有第二外玻璃3，第二内玻璃5的外侧安装有第二外玻璃3，第一外玻璃2与第二外玻璃3均为钢化玻璃，第一外玻璃2与第二外玻璃3外侧镀有防刮保护膜，第二外玻璃3与第二内玻璃5之间夹设有隔音阻尼胶4，隔音阻尼胶4具有将声音进行弱化和滤除的作用，减少声音传播，同时钢化的第一外玻璃2与第二外玻璃3有助于保护第一内玻璃1和第二内玻璃5的结构。

1.一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，包括第一内玻璃（1）和第二内玻璃（5），其特征在于，所述第一内玻璃（1）和第二内玻璃（5）之间为中空层，所述第一内玻璃（1）和第二内玻璃（5）内侧边缘安装有多根铝条（7），多根所述铝条（7）首尾相连组成铝材框架，所述铝材框架的内侧填充有干燥剂（6），所述铝材框架的外侧设有密封胶（8），所述第一内玻璃（1）的外侧安装有第二外玻璃（3），所述第二内玻璃（5）的外侧安装有第二外玻璃（3），所述第二外玻璃（3）与第二内玻璃（5）之间夹设有隔音阻尼胶（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述第一外玻璃（2）与第二外玻璃（3）均为钢化玻璃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述第一外玻璃（2）与第二外玻璃（3）外侧镀有防刮保护膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隔音效果的中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述第一内玻璃（1）和第二内玻璃（5）之间的中空层内填充有惰性气体。
