The invention discloses a multifunctional sander, which comprises a shell, a switching mechanism and a bottom plate, wherein the switching mechanism comprises a locking sliding block, and the locking sliding block is movably arranged on the shell to be matched with or separated from the bottom plate. The multifunctional sander can be matched with or separated from the bottom plate through the movement of the locking sliding block relative to the shell, so that free rotation of the bottom plate is limited or allowed, switching between square sand and round sand is realized, the sander is convenient to use, the bottom plate does not need to be taken down, and the problem of losing the bottom plate does not exist.

Background
The sanding machine generally comprises round sand, square sand and the like, wherein a sanding bottom plate of the round sand can freely rotate relative to the axis of an eccentric shaft, the eccentric shaft is eccentrically arranged relative to a motor shaft and rotates along with the motor shaft, and the sanding bottom plate does irregular orbital motion in the working process of the motor and is used for grinding a large amount of materials. The sanding sole plate of square sand cannot rotate freely relative to the axis of the eccentric shaft, so that the sanding sole plate can only perform regular orbital motion, and is suitable for grinding smaller amounts of materials, for example for fine machining or finishing. If a user wishes to have both fine grinding and fine grinding capabilities, two different tools must be provided for both the round and square sanders.
At present, two functions of round sand and square sand are realized on the same sander by replacing the matching of the sanding bottom plate and the connecting device. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or be present therebetween.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a multifunctional sander 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10, a switching mechanism 30, and a base plate 50. The switching mechanism 30 includes a lock slider 302, and the lock slider 302 is movably provided to the casing 10 to be engaged with or disengaged from the bottom plate 50. It will be appreciated that the bottom plate 50 may be square or circular.
The multifunctional sander can be matched with or separated from the bottom plate 50 through the movement of the locking sliding block 302 relative to the machine shell 10, so that free rotation of the bottom plate 50 is limited or allowed, switching between square sand and round sand is realized, the sander is convenient to use, the bottom plate 50 does not need to be taken down, and the problem of losing the bottom plate 50 does not exist.
In this embodiment, the direction of movement of the lock slide 302 is substantially perpendicular to the base plate 50. When the round sand and square sand working modes are switched, only the locking sliding block 302 needs to be shifted in the direction vertical to the bottom plate 50, and the operation is very convenient.
In the present embodiment, the casing 10 includes the mounting portion 101 to which the switching mechanism 30 is mounted, and the lock slider 302 is movably provided to the mounting portion 101. Specifically, the mounting portion 101 is provided with a sliding groove 1012, and the lock slider 302 is at least partially located within the sliding groove 1012. In this embodiment, the sliding groove 1012 is defined by two opposing and spaced apart sidewalls.
In this embodiment, the locking slider 302 includes a main body 3022 and an operating portion 3024 protruding from the main body 3022, and the operating portion 3024 protrudes from the mounting portion 101 of the housing 10 to facilitate the movement of the locking slider 302 with respect to the housing 10. Specifically, the mounting portion 101 is further provided with an opening 1014 communicating with the sliding groove 1012, and the operation portion 3024 is movably provided in the opening 1014 and exposed outside the housing 10 from the opening 1014.
In this embodiment, the switching mechanism 30 further includes a positioning pin 304, where two first engaging portions 3026 are disposed on the locking slider 302 at intervals, and the positioning pin 304 selectively engages with one of the two first engaging portions 3026, so as to define the locking slider 302 in the first position or the second position. In this way, the locking slide 302 can be locked in different positions to prevent the locking slide 302 from moving randomly, ensuring that the locking slide 302 is stably maintained in a mated or disengaged state with the chassis 50. Specifically, the first mating portion 3026 is a groove, and it is understood that the first mating portion 3026 may be a protrusion, and a groove corresponding to the first mating portion may be formed on the positioning pin 304. More specifically, the first mating portion 3026 is a curved groove, and an end of the positioning pin 304 facing the locking slider 302 is curved convex, so that the positioning pin 304 can slide out of or into the first mating portion 3026 more smoothly.
In this embodiment, the switching mechanism 30 further includes an elastic member 306, and the elastic member 306 applies a force for bringing the positioning pin 304 and the locking slider 302 together. Specifically, the elastic member 306 elastically abuts between the casing 10 and the positioning pin 304. Specifically, the elastic member 306 may be a compression spring. By providing the resilient member 306, the detent pin 304 automatically engages the locking slide 302 after the locking slide 302 is moved into place.
In this embodiment, the positioning pin 304 includes a second fitting portion 3042, a sleeve portion 3044, and an abutting portion 3046, the elastic member 306 is sleeved on the sleeve portion 3044, one end of the elastic member abuts against the casing 10, the other end abuts against the abutting portion 3046, and the second fitting portion 3042 is configured to be fitted with the first fitting portion 3026.
In this embodiment, the mounting portion 101 of the housing 10 further includes a receiving cavity 1016 in communication with the sliding groove 1012, the elastic member 306 is disposed in the receiving cavity 1016, the positioning pin 304 is movably disposed in the receiving cavity 1016, and a portion thereof can extend out of the receiving cavity 1016 to be engaged with the locking slider 302.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate 50 is provided with a third mating portion 501, and the locking slider 302 is provided with a fourth mating portion 3028 that mates with or disengages from the third mating portion 501 to limit or allow the rotation of the bottom plate 50. By the sliding of the lock slider 302, it is possible to realize that the fourth engagement portion 3028 can be engaged with or disengaged from the third engagement portion 501. Specifically, the third mating portion 501 is a groove. More specifically, the third fitting portion 501 is a groove surrounded by the U-shaped protrusion 502. The fourth mating portion 3028 is a tongue-like extension provided at one end of the lock slider 302.
In this embodiment, the multifunctional sander further comprises a driving mechanism 70, wherein the driving mechanism 70 comprises a motor 702, an output shaft 704 driven by the motor 702, and an eccentric member 706 eccentrically connected to the output shaft 704, and the base plate 50 is connected to the eccentric member 706.
In this embodiment, the multifunctional sander further includes a brake disc 90, where the brake disc 90 is fixed relative to the housing 10 and disposed toward the bottom plate 50.
When the multifunctional sander of the present embodiment is in the round sand mode, i.e. in the first state, referring to fig. 2, the fourth mating portion 3028 of the locking slider 302 is disengaged from the third mating portion 501 of the bottom plate 50, the operating portion 3024 of the locking slider 302 is located at the upper end of the opening 1014, and the positioning pin 304 is mated with the first mating portion 3026 of the locking slider 302 located below. When the multifunctional sander needs to be switched to the square sand mode, referring to fig. 3, the locking slide block 302 is slid downwards, the positioning pin 304 is separated from the first matching portion 3026 of the locking slide block 302, the elastic member 306 is compressed, after the locking slide block 302 slides to a predetermined position, the fourth matching portion 3028 of the locking slide block 302 is matched with the third matching portion 501 of the bottom plate 50, the operating portion 3024 of the locking slide block 302 is located at the lower end of the opening 1014, at this time, the locking slide block 302 is released, and the elastic force of the elastic member 306 enables the positioning pin 304 to be automatically matched with the first matching portion 3026 of the locking slide block 302, which is located above, so as to achieve positioning.

Claims (9)
1. The multifunctional sander is characterized by comprising a shell, a switching mechanism and a bottom plate, wherein the shell comprises a mounting part for mounting the switching mechanism, the switching mechanism comprises a locking slide block and a positioning pin, the locking slide block is movably arranged on the mounting part to be matched with or separated from the bottom plate, two first matching parts which are arranged at intervals are arranged on the locking slide block, and the positioning pin is selectively matched with one of the two first matching parts, so that the locking slide block is limited to be in a first position or a second position; the locking slide block comprises a main body and an operating part protruding from the main body, and the operating part protrudes out of the mounting part of the machine shell so as to facilitate the locking slide block to be operated to move relative to the machine shell.
2. The machine of claim 1, wherein the direction of movement of the locking slide is substantially perpendicular to the base plate.
3. The machine of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is provided with a sliding slot, and the locking slide is at least partially positioned within the sliding slot.
4. A multifunctional sander as set forth in claim 3, wherein said mounting portion is further provided with an opening communicating with said sliding groove, and said operating portion is movably disposed in said opening.
5. The machine of claim 1, wherein the switching mechanism further comprises an elastic member that applies a force that draws the locating pin and the locking slide together.
6. The machine of claim 5, wherein the positioning pin comprises a second mating portion, a sleeve-joint portion and an abutting portion, the elastic member is sleeved on the sleeve-joint portion, one end of the elastic member abuts against the casing, the other end of the elastic member abuts against the abutting portion, and the second mating portion is used for being mated with the first mating portion.
7. The machine of claim 5, wherein the mounting portion of the housing further comprises a receiving cavity, the resilient member is disposed within the receiving cavity, the locating pin is movably disposed within the receiving cavity, and a portion of the locating pin is extendable out of the receiving cavity to mate with the locking slide.
8. The multifunctional sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein the base plate is provided with a third engaging portion, and the locking slider is provided with a fourth engaging portion engaged with or disengaged from the third engaging portion to restrict or permit rotation of the base plate.
9. The machine of claim 1 further comprising a drive mechanism including a motor, an output shaft driven by the motor, and an eccentric member eccentrically coupled to the output shaft, the base plate being coupled to the eccentric member.
