Description

Stitching instrument
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a suture instrument for tissue closure of a puncture hole, a fistulization hole and a fibrous ring notch in a minimally invasive spine surgery.
Background
With the development of medical technology, minimally invasive surgery gradually replaces traditional surgery, and wound infection is greatly reduced due to the reduction of a surgical notch, but for wounds with a size of more than 8mm, if an effective closing means is not available, the wound still has the risk of developing a split hernia. The existing abdominal wall suturing apparatus in the market, such as chinese patent 201610569430.4, adopts two wings to open, and the puncture needle is inserted into the two wings silica gel pad with the suture to introduce the suture, which has the disadvantages that the puncture needle is easy to puncture the viscera when penetrating the abdominal wall, and the risk that the suture falls off from the silica gel pad exists, especially the two wings open type suturing apparatus can only be used in a larger space (such as the abdominal cavity), but can not be operated in a narrow space (such as the spinal space), the suture knotting mode is opposite to the traditional knotting mode, and the suturing effect is poor. Other similar staplers, such as the one disclosed in China patent 201510316186.6, mostly adopt the design of unprotected puncture, have the risk of stabbing internal organs during use, and are not easy to lead out the suture from the body. The same problem is faced in the field of intervertebral disc disease treatment, and the traditional treatment method of the intervertebral disc protrusion is to remove the nucleus pulposus and implant the fusion device, but many patients with the intervertebral disc protrusion do not need fusion fixation, and many doctors in hospitals propose to do so for the patients, which has great damage to the body. A small amount of nucleus pulposus is simply removed by a minimally invasive method, the function of the nucleus pulposus is very important, and the recurrence rate can be obviously reduced by suturing the annulus fibrosus after removing part of the nucleus pulposus. The existing ring suture device on the market adopts puncture and then suture is fed, such as Beijing two zero medical science and technology limited company, the disadvantage is that the suture is not easy to draw out. The method of implanting the suture with the needle is also used for pulling the fibrous ring tissues at two sides of the notch to close the notch of the fibrous ring, such as the Zhejiang Guichuang medical product, and the defect is that the implanted metal needle can cause the surrounding tissues to generate inflammatory reaction.
