Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a slide fastener generally applied to a vacant site of a braid for controlling opening or closing of the vacant site. The invention relates to a zipper with a light sliding effect.
Background
Slide fasteners are common in everyday life and generally comprise an axially extending left zipper strip, a right zipper strip and an axially sliding slider by means of which sliding the elements on the left and right zipper strips can be mutually engaged or disengaged. The existing fastener elements are generally integrally formed rigid structures, such as cold extrusion formed metal fastener elements or injection molded resin fastener elements, and the left fastener elements of the left fastener tape and the right fastener elements of the right fastener tape are all extruded by the pull head to be matched with each other in a concave-convex manner to be meshed together in the process of pulling and combining the left fastener tape and the right fastener tape. The left element and the right element require relatively large pressing forces to be able to mesh together due to the influence of the associated dimensional accuracy of fit. And the pull head can generate certain friction force with the zipper teeth or the cloth belt in the sliding process. The existence of the factors can influence the closing smoothness of the zipper, and the quality and effect of the product are influenced to a certain extent. In order to improve the light sliding property of the slide fastener, there are proposed some solutions, such as an elastic engagement slide fastener in chinese patent No. CN201410348920.2 improved in terms of element structure, a hook-shaped dislocation tooth injection slide fastener in chinese patent No. CN200410030762.2, or a slider for reducing friction with the element in chinese patent No. CN201620244875.0 improved in terms of slider structure. However, in many of the above solutions, the problem that the sliding property is affected by the resistance generated by the mutual extrusion between the fastener element and the slider cannot be solved well. The inventor found that a safety slide chain capable of solving the above problems well is provided in chinese patent No. CN201410658506.1, which includes a top chain body and a bottom chain body. The upper chain body comprises a plurality of clamping rings arranged on the base cloth, the clamping rings comprise two arc-shaped clamping arms which are connected into a whole, and the end parts of the clamping arms are spherical. The lower chain body comprises a strip-shaped chute and a base cloth connecting seat arranged at the lower end of the chute, the chute is an inverted trapezoid chute, protruding ribs are arranged on four edges of the chute, protruding ribs at the top end of the chute extend out of the outer end of the chute and are provided with limiting tables, the protruding height of each protruding rib at the top end of the chute is larger than that of protruding ribs at the other three edges, the base cloth connecting seat is connected with the base cloth, and the upper chain body is clamped on the protruding ribs of the chute through clamping rings so as to be connected with the lower chain body. The scheme omits the setting of the pull head completely, so that the extrusion friction of the pull head to the sprocket can be avoided completely. The safety slide chain is not suitable for controlling the opening or closing of the vacant part of the braid, and does not substantially have the function of a conventional slide fastener.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the zipper with a brand new structure, which not only has light hand feeling in the opening and closing process, but also is suitable for being used for controlling the opening or closing of the vacant part of the braided fabric. In view of this, the present invention proposes a light-rail type slide fastener characterized by comprising a first fastener tape, a second fastener tape, and an intermediate connecting tape arranged between the first and second fastener tapes; the first female teeth are arranged at the inner side edge of the first chain belt at intervals along the axial direction of the inner side edge of the first chain belt, and the head of the first female teeth is in an open ring shape so as to be provided with first female teeth grooves and first female teeth notches with upward openings; the first female teeth and the second female teeth are arranged in a dislocation manner so that the first female teeth and the second female teeth can be aligned and arranged axially front and back, and the first female teeth and the second female teeth which are arranged front and back are combined to form an axially extending storage groove channel and an axially extending avoidance channel;

The first female teeth and the second female teeth are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the first female teeth and the second female teeth can be axially aligned front and back, the first female teeth can enter a spacing space between a pair of second female teeth, and the second female teeth can also enter a pair of spacing spaces between the first female teeth, so that the first female teeth and the second female teeth of two rows are arranged into a row of tooth rows.

The male teeth and the female teeth are buckled together by adopting a sliding sleeve structure, and the buckling is completed without the extrusion of a pull head, so that the arrangement of the pull head can be omitted, and the influence of the resistance of the pull head on the light sliding degree of the zipper in the sliding process can be avoided. The matching relationship between the intermediate engagement belt and the first and second female teeth in the form of a thin rod is similar to that between the male teeth and the first and second female teeth, and will not be repeated here.
The operation handle is used for pulling the middle connecting belt to move, and the operation handle can be a braiding part respectively extending from two axial ends of the middle connecting belt, or a plastic handle piece directly injection-molded on the middle connecting belt, or pull rings sleeved on two axial ends of the middle connecting belt.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the first chain belt and the middle connecting belt and the second chain belt and the middle connecting belt adopt a sliding sleeve penetrating structure, so that the middle connecting belt is extremely light in the sliding process, the light sliding feeling is very good, and the opening or closing of the vacant part on the product can be controlled. Therefore, the sliding zipper provided by the invention completely overturns the structure and the buckling mode of the traditional zipper, and better application experience is given to users.
Further technical scheme may be that one of the end positions of the intermediate joint belt is provided with a bullet-shaped guide head, and the operating handle is arranged on the guide head. In this way, the intermediate engagement strip can be inserted into the first and second female teeth more easily under the guidance of the guide head.
In addition, the invention also provides a product applying the light rail type smooth zipper, which comprises a product surface layer for forming the surface, and is characterized in that a gap part is arranged on the surface layer, and a first chain belt and a second chain belt of the smooth zipper are respectively arranged at two sides of the gap part.

Detailed Description
The structure of the slide fastener 100 and the clothing article for use in the slide fastener 100 to which the present invention is applied will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1,2,3 and 4, the present invention proposes a light rail type slide fastener comprising a first fastener tape 1, a second fastener tape 2, and an intermediate connecting tape 3 arranged between the first and second fastener tapes 1 and 2; a first female fastener element 10 is arranged at the inner side position of the first chain belt 1, the first female fastener elements 10 are arranged at the inner side position of the first chain belt 1 and are axially arranged at intervals along the inner side position of the first chain belt 1, and the head of the first female fastener element 10 is in an open ring shape so as to be provided with a first female fastener element groove 100 and a first female fastener element notch 101 with an upward opening; the second female fastener elements 20 are arranged at the inner side edge of the second chain belt 2, the second female fastener elements 20 are axially arranged at intervals along the inner side edge of the second chain belt 2, the head of the second female fastener element 20 is in an open ring shape and is provided with a second female fastener element slot 200 and a second female fastener element slot 201 with an upward opening, the first female fastener element 10 and the second female fastener element 20 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the first female fastener element 10 and the second female fastener element 20 can be axially aligned front and back, and further the first female fastener element slot 100 and the second female fastener element slot 200 which are arranged front and back are combined into an axially extending storage slot channel and the first female fastener element slot 101 and the second female fastener element slot 201 which are arranged front and back are combined into an axially extending avoidance channel.

In this way, a certain clearance is formed between the male element head 30 and the first and second female element grooves 100 and 200 to reduce friction between the male element head 30 and the first and second female element grooves 100 and 200, and the male element head 30 can slide easily from one female element groove into the other female element groove adjacent to the other female element groove so as to slide easily in the receiving groove passage. The male teeth 30 are respectively buckled with the first female teeth and the second female teeth by adopting a sliding sleeve penetrating structure, and the buckling is completed without the extrusion of a pull head, so that the setting of the pull head can be omitted, and the influence of the resistance of the pull head on the light sliding degree of the zipper in the sliding process can be avoided. In addition, the radial height D1 of the male element head 30 is larger than the widths L of the first and second female element notches 101 and 201, so that the male element head 30 cannot move radially through the first and second female element notches 101 and 201 to be separated from the first and second female elements 10 and 20.
The right end part of the middle connecting belt 3 is provided with a bullet-shaped guide head 3. In this way, the intermediate coupling band 3 can be more easily inserted into the first female socket 100 and the second female socket 200 under the guide of the guide head 31. An operating lever 32 is provided on the guide head 31, and the operating lever 32 is slidable in the escape passage. The lever 32 is provided to protrude upward and is formed on the intermediate engagement belt 3 by being thermoplastic-molded together with the guide head 3. In other embodiments, the handle 32 may take other forms and be disposed at other locations on the intermediate engagement strip 3, such as a metal tab that is threaded onto an end portion of the intermediate engagement strip 3.
In order to simplify the structure of the intermediate connecting strip 3, the following modifications can be used, and the relevant views are omitted because of the simplicity of the modifications. The intermediate engagement strip 3 is in the form of a thin rod and has a radial height greater than the width L of the first and second female fastener notches 101 and 201 and less than the radial height D2 of the first and second female fastener grooves 100 and 200 so that the intermediate engagement strip 3 can easily slide in the receiving groove passage. In this case, the setting of the male element 30 is omitted.
According to the above technical scheme, it can be found that the first chain belt 1 and the intermediate connecting belt 3, and the second chain belt 2 and the intermediate connecting belt 3 adopt a sliding sleeve penetrating structure, so that the intermediate connecting belt 3 is very easy in the sliding process, has very good light sliding feeling, and can also control the opening or closing of the vacant part on the product. Therefore, the sliding zipper provided by the invention completely overturns the structure and the buckling mode of the traditional zipper, and better application experience is given to users.
In addition, the invention also provides a product (simple structure, omitted related view) applying the light rail type slide fastener, comprising a product surface layer for forming the surface, wherein a gap part is arranged on the surface layer, and a first chain belt 1 and a second chain belt 2 of the slide fastener are respectively arranged at two sides of the gap part.
