本发明涉及电缆领域,提供一种抗腐蚀电力电缆,包括多个缆芯及设置在缆芯外的电缆外壳,所述缆芯内含有导体及依次包覆导体的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层及铜带屏蔽层,多个缆芯的中央位置处设置有光纤套管,所述光纤套管内设置有测温光纤,所述缆芯与光纤套管之间的空隙处为填充固定层,所述填充固定层和电缆外壳之间由内而外依次设置有阻燃耐火层,电磁屏蔽层,第一耐腐蚀层,标识层,第二耐腐蚀层,所述第二耐腐蚀层为透明结构。本发明的有益效果是将测温光纤与电力电缆终端的监测设备相连,就可以随时监测电力电缆的温升情况,而且该电力电缆具有耐腐蚀,阻燃和电缆标识清晰可见等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其是涉及一种抗腐蚀电力电缆。
背景技术
电力电缆是用于传输和分配电能的电缆。常用于城市地下电网、发电站的引出线路、工况企业的内部供电及过江、过海的水下输电线,在电力线路中,电缆所占的比重正逐渐增加。电力电缆在使用过程中会产生一定的热量,长期使用过程中所产生的热量积聚使电力电缆的温度升高,不仅会对其本身造成很大的伤害,而且会使其传输能力下降,造成故障;此外,很多电缆的使用环境恶劣,电缆表面容易腐蚀和磨损,从而对电缆造成损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗腐蚀电力电缆,可以在线测得电力电缆的温升情况并且耐腐蚀耐磨损。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗腐蚀电力电缆,包括多个缆芯及设置在缆芯外的电缆外壳,所述缆芯内含有导体及依次包覆导体的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层及铜带屏蔽层,多个缆芯的中央位置处设置有光纤套管,所述光纤套管内设置有测温光纤,所述缆芯与光纤套管之间的空隙处为填充固定层,所述填充固定层和电缆外壳之间由内而外依次设置有阻燃耐火层,电磁屏蔽层,第一耐腐蚀层,标识层,第二耐腐蚀层,所述第二耐腐蚀层为透明结构。
进一步地,所述电磁屏蔽层为金属网,且所述金属网形成一个整体环状。
更进一步地,所述标识层上设置有标识文字,所述标识文字由反光防水材料构成。
更进一步地,所述阻燃耐火层为阻燃耐火乙丙橡胶绝缘层。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、多个缆芯的中央位置处设置有光纤套管,所述光纤套管内设置有测温光纤,将测温光纤与电力电缆终端的监测设备相连,就可以随时监测电力电缆的温升情况,当温度过高时及时采取降温措施;
2、所述填充固定层和电缆外壳之间设置有阻燃耐火层,使得该电力电缆具备良好的阻燃耐火特性;
3、填充固定层和电缆外壳之间还设置有第一耐腐蚀层和第二耐腐蚀层,大大增强了电力电缆的耐腐蚀性能;
4、第一耐腐蚀层和第二耐腐蚀层之间设置有标识层,第二耐腐蚀层为透明结构,标识层上设置有标识文字,所述标识文字由反光防水材料构成,标识文字清晰可见而且能长久保留,标识文字上记载的一些电缆的基本参数,可以供施工人员参考。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种抗腐蚀电力电缆,包括多个缆芯1及设置在缆芯1外的电缆外壳2,所述缆芯1内含有导体3及依次包覆导体3的导体屏蔽层4、绝缘层5、绝缘屏蔽层6及铜带屏蔽层7,多个缆芯1的中央位置处设置有光纤套管8,所述光纤套管8内设置有测温光纤9,所述缆芯1与光纤套管8之间的空隙处为填充固定层10,所述填充固定层10和电缆外壳2之间依次设置有阻燃耐火层11,电磁屏蔽层12,第一耐腐蚀层13,标识层14,第二耐腐蚀层15,所述第二耐腐蚀层15为透明结构,所述电磁屏蔽层12为金属网,且所述金属网形成一个整体环状,所述标识层14上设置有标识文字,标识文字由反光防水材料构成,所述阻燃耐火层11为阻燃耐火乙丙橡胶绝缘层。
多个缆芯1的中央位置处设置有光纤套管8,所述光纤套管8内设置有测温光纤9,将测温光纤9与电力电缆终端的监测设备相连,就可以随时监测电力电缆的温升情况;此外,第一耐腐蚀层13和第二耐腐蚀层15之间通过蒸镀方式设置标识层14,第二耐腐蚀层15为透明结构,标识层14上设置有标识文字,所述标识文字由反光防水材料构成,标识文字清晰可见而且能长久保留,标识文字上记载的一些电缆的基本参数,可以供施工人员参考。

1.一种抗腐蚀电力电缆,包括多个缆芯及设置在缆芯外的电缆外壳,其特征在于:所述缆芯内含有导体及依次包覆导体的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层及铜带屏蔽层,多个缆芯的中央位置处设置有光纤套管,所述光纤套管内设置有测温光纤,所述缆芯与光纤套管之间的空隙处为填充固定层,所述填充固定层和电缆外壳之间由内而外依次设置有阻燃耐火层,电磁屏蔽层,第一耐腐蚀层,标识层,第二耐腐蚀层,所述第二耐腐蚀层为透明结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于:所述电磁屏蔽层为金属网,且所述金属网形成一个整体环状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于:所述标识层上设置有标识文字,标识文字由反光防水材料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃耐火层为阻燃耐火乙丙橡胶绝缘层。
