In this embodiment, since the prescription audit is overtime, the doctor does not receive the audit result, and cannot know whether the prescription information conforms to the rule, so that the prescription information which is not qualified for audit is marked as being non-violation when the audit is overtime, reference is provided for post audit, and misjudgment is avoided. By re-auditing the prescription information which does not receive the first auditing result, the embodiment can realize the supplementary auditing of the prescription information which does not receive the first auditing result after overtime response, can ensure that all the prescription information is audited, avoids the audit omission, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the prescription audit.
Referring to fig. 5, a medical prescription auditing apparatus 500 includes:
the audit request detecting module 502 is configured to detect whether the doctor prescription system sends a first prescription audit request to the audit platform, and record time for sending the first prescription audit request when it is detected that the doctor prescription system sends the first prescription audit request to the audit platform.
The audit result detecting module 504 is configured to detect whether a first audit result returned by the audit platform is received within a preset time.
The audit result displaying module 506 is configured to display an audit window when the first audit result is received within the preset time, and display the first audit result in the audit window.
And the review timeout processing module 508 is configured to cancel the task of receiving the review result, generate a skip waiting instruction, and send the skip waiting instruction to the doctor prescription system when the first review result is not received within the preset time.
In one embodiment, the review result presentation module 506 is further configured to analyze whether the first review result is qualified for the review; when the first audit result is qualified, displaying the first audit result in the audit window, and storing the first audit result; and when the first auditing result is that the auditing is not qualified, displaying prescription modification prompt information and the first auditing result in an auditing window.
In one embodiment, the prescription modification prompting information includes modification prescription prompting information and non-modification prescription prompting information, and as shown in fig. 6, the medical prescription auditing apparatus 500 further includes:
a selected instruction detection module 510 for detecting a selected instruction for modifying the prescription information or not modifying the prescription hint information.
The prescription modification module 512 is configured to send a prescription modification instruction to the doctor prescription system and send a detection instruction to the audit request detection module when a selected instruction for modifying the prescription information is obtained.
And the violation marking module 514 is configured to store the first review result and mark a rule violation when the selected instruction for not modifying the prescription information is obtained.
In one embodiment, the medical prescription auditing apparatus 500 further includes:
and the audit request generating module 516 is configured to obtain the prescription information for which the first audit result is not received, and generate a second prescription audit request according to the prescription information.
An audit request sending module 518, configured to send a second prescription audit request to the audit platform.
And the audit result analysis module 520 is configured to receive the second audit result returned by the audit platform, and analyze whether the second audit result is qualified.
The review result storage module 522 is configured to store the second review result when the second review result is that the review is qualified.
And an audit timeout marking module 524, configured to store the second audit result and mark that the prescription audit is timeout when the second audit result is that the audit is not qualified.
In one embodiment, the audit request generation module 516 periodically searches the prescription audit table at preset time intervals to obtain the prescription information that does not receive the first audit result; alternatively, the audit request generation module 516 searches the prescription audit table when the doctor prescription system is idle, and obtains the prescription information that the first audit result is not received.
The medical prescription auditing device can be a medical prescription auditing plug-in deployed in a terminal, and can also be a medical prescription auditing module integrated in a doctor prescription system, and the medical prescription auditing device can greatly save doctor diagnosis time, improve doctor diagnosis efficiency and effectively improve network processing efficiency.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A medical prescription auditing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting whether a doctor prescription system sends a first prescription auditing request to an auditing platform or not, and recording the time for sending the first prescription auditing request when detecting that the doctor prescription system sends the first prescription auditing request to the auditing platform;
detecting whether a first audit result returned by the audit platform is received within preset time;
when the first audit result is received within the preset time, displaying an audit window, and displaying the first audit result in the audit window;
and when the first audit result is not received within the preset time, canceling the task of receiving the audit result, generating a skipping waiting instruction and sending the skipping waiting instruction to the doctor prescription system.
2. The medical prescription auditing method of claim 1, wherein the step of presenting a first review result within the audit window is preceded by:
analyzing whether the first examination result is qualified;
the step of displaying the first audit result in the audit window comprises the following steps:
when the first auditing result is qualified, displaying the first auditing result in the auditing window, and storing the first auditing result;
and when the first auditing result is that the auditing is not qualified, displaying prescription modification prompt information and the first auditing result in the auditing window.
3. The medical prescription auditing method according to claim 2, where the prescription modification prompting information includes modified prescription prompting information and unmodified prescription prompting information, the medical prescription auditing method further comprising the steps of:
detecting a selected instruction for the prescription prompt message to be modified or the prescription prompt message not to be modified;
when a selected instruction for the prescription modification prompt information is acquired, sending a prescription modification instruction to the doctor prescription system, detecting whether the doctor prescription system sends a first prescription auditing request to an auditing platform, and recording the time for sending the first prescription auditing request when detecting that the doctor prescription system sends the first prescription auditing request to the auditing platform;
and when a selected instruction for the prescription prompt information not to be modified is acquired, storing the first examination result and marking the rule violation.
4. A medical prescription auditing method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring prescription information which does not receive the first review result, and generating a second prescription review request according to the prescription information;
sending the second prescription auditing request to the auditing platform;
receiving a second auditing result returned by the auditing platform, and analyzing whether the second auditing result is qualified;
when the second auditing result is qualified, storing the second auditing result;
and when the second auditing result is that the auditing is unqualified, storing the second auditing result and marking the prescription auditing overtime.
5. The medical prescription auditing method of claim 4, where the step of obtaining prescription information for which an audit result is not received comprises:
periodically searching a prescription checking table at preset time intervals, and acquiring the prescription information which does not receive a first checking result; or,
and searching the prescription checking table when the doctor prescription system is idle, and acquiring the prescription information which does not receive the first checking result.
6. A medical prescription auditing apparatus, comprising:
the checking request detection module is used for detecting whether a doctor prescription system sends a first prescription checking request to a checking platform or not, and recording the time for sending the first prescription checking request when the doctor prescription system sends the first prescription checking request to the checking platform;
the auditing result detection module is used for detecting whether a first auditing result returned by the auditing platform is received within preset time;
the audit result display module is used for displaying an audit window when the first audit result is received within preset time, and displaying the first audit result in the audit window;
and the review timeout processing module is used for canceling the task of receiving the review result when the first review result is not received within the preset time, generating a skip waiting instruction and sending the skip waiting instruction to the doctor prescription system.
7. Medical prescription auditing device according to claim 6,
the audit result display module is also used for analyzing whether the first audit result is qualified; when the first auditing result is qualified, displaying the first auditing result in the auditing window, and storing the first auditing result; and when the first auditing result is that the auditing is not qualified, displaying prescription modification prompt information and the first auditing result in the auditing window.
8. The medical prescription auditing apparatus according to claim 7, where the prescription modification prompting information includes modified prescription prompting information and unmodified prescription prompting information, the medical prescription auditing apparatus further comprising:
the selected instruction detection module is used for detecting a selected instruction for the prescription modification prompt information or the prescription non-modification prompt information;
the prescription modification module is used for sending a prescription modification instruction to the doctor prescription system and sending a detection instruction to the examination request detection module when a selection instruction for the prescription modification prompt information is acquired;
and the violation marking module is used for storing the first examination result and marking the rule violation when the selected instruction of the prompt information of the unmodified prescription is acquired.
9. The medical prescription auditing device of claim 6, further comprising:
the checking request generating module is used for acquiring the prescription information which does not receive the first checking result and generating a second prescription checking request according to the prescription information;
an audit request sending module, configured to send the second prescription audit request to the audit platform;
the audit result analysis module is used for receiving a second audit result returned by the audit platform and analyzing whether the second audit result is qualified;
the audit result storage module is used for storing the second audit result when the second audit result is qualified;
and the review overtime marking module is used for storing the second review result and marking the prescription review overtime when the second review result is that the review is unqualified.
10. Medical prescription auditing device according to claim 9,
the checking request generating module periodically searches a prescription checking table at preset time intervals to acquire the prescription information which does not receive the first checking result; or,
and the auditing request generating module searches the prescription auditing table when the doctor prescription system is idle, and acquires the prescription information which does not receive the first auditing result.
