the front end of the trigger is hinged to the long sleeve, the trigger can swing around the long sleeve, a bulge is formed on one side of the front end of the trigger, after the trigger swings downwards, the bulge extrudes the short sleeve and moves the short sleeve, meanwhile, the sliding seat contracts inwards the sliding groove and compresses the pressure spring, and when the short sleeve slides to the groove on one side of the bulge, the short sleeve can be clamped and fixed, and meanwhile, the fine adjustment seat and the sliding seat are relatively fixed together.
The two pressing plates are arranged at the front end of the sliding seat through square screws.
The end part of the fine tuning screw rod is further provided with a fine tuning screw, and reticulate patterns are formed on the outer surface of the fine tuning screw.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the sand belt adjusting device has a compact structure and a small volume, the distance between the sand belt and the drum surface can be quickly adjusted by swinging the plate handle from one side of the sand belt adjuster, and the distance can be more accurately adjusted by rotating the fine adjusting screw rod, so that the use space is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is enhanced.

referring to fig. 1 to 10, the sand band adjuster of the present invention includes a sand band seat 1, a fine adjustment seat 2, a slide seat 3, a trigger 4, and a fine adjustment screw 5.
The sand belt seat 1 is fixedly connected to the drum cavity through bolts, a fine adjustment chute 11 is formed on the sand belt seat 1, and a connecting block 12 with a threaded hole is further arranged in the middle of the fine adjustment chute 11.
The bottom of the fine adjustment seat 2 is provided with two sliding blocks 21, the two sliding blocks 21 are slidably arranged in the fine adjustment sliding chute 11, the fine adjustment screw 5 can be rotatably arranged between the two sliding blocks 21, the fine adjustment screw 5 is also in threaded connection with the connecting block 12, and the fine adjustment seat 2 can be driven to slide along the fine adjustment sliding chute 11 by rotating the fine adjustment screw 5; the fine adjustment seat 2 is also formed therein with a sliding groove 22 into which the sliding seat 3 is inserted.

The tail end of the sliding seat 3 is inserted into the sliding groove 22, a pressure spring 7 is further arranged between the tail end of the sliding seat 3 and the inner wall of the fine adjustment seat 2, a cavity 31 capable of accommodating the swing of the plate handle 4 is formed in the sliding seat 3, a short sleeve 8 and a long sleeve 9 are arranged in the cavity 31, the short sleeve 8 is fixedly connected on the sliding seat 3 through a short screw, a long round hole 32 is further formed in the upper end of the sliding seat 3, the long sleeve 9 is fixedly connected on the fine adjustment seat 2 through a long screw, the upper end of the long sleeve 9 penetrates through the cavity 31 and extends into the long round hole 32, and the long sleeve 9 can relatively slide in the long round hole 32 so as to avoid interference of the sliding seat 3 during movement.
The front end of the trigger 4 is hinged to the long sleeve 9, the trigger 4 can swing around the long sleeve 9, a protrusion 41 is further formed on one side of the front end of the trigger 4, after the trigger 4 swings downwards, the protrusion 41 extrudes the short sleeve 8 and moves the short sleeve, meanwhile, the sliding seat 3 contracts inwards towards the sliding groove 22 and compresses the pressure spring 7, and when the short sleeve 8 slides to a groove on one side of the protrusion 41, the short sleeve can be clamped and fixed, and meanwhile, the fine adjustment seat 2 and the sliding seat 3 are relatively fixed together. The sand belt adjusting device is compact in structure and small in size, the distance between the sand belt and the drum surface can be quickly adjusted by swinging the plate handle from one side of the sand belt adjuster, the plate handle is arranged on one side of the sand belt adjuster, the using space is reduced, and the market competitiveness of products is enhanced.
The end of the fine adjustment screw 5 is further provided with a fine adjustment screw 10, and reticulation is formed on the outer surface of the fine adjustment screw 10. After the handle 4 is swung down, the fine adjustment seat 2 and the sliding seat 3 are relatively fixed together, and then the distance between the sand belt and the drum surface can be adjusted (fine adjustment) more accurately by rotating the fine adjustment screw 10.
