Preferably, the first input end of the relay group connected with the output end of the selection switch and the second input end of the relay group connected with the first input end of the selection switch are both normally open points. When the selector switch is communicated with the first input end, the first battery is opened, and the second battery is singly connected into the intermediate voltage detection end and the input end anode of the electronic cigarette PCBA. When the selector switch is communicated with the second input end, the first battery is connected with the second battery in series; the total voltage of the battery pack is input to the positive electrode of the input end, and the intermediate voltage of the two batteries is input to the intermediate voltage detection end. The intermediate voltage detection end of the electronic cigarette PCBA is used for monitoring the charging condition during the double-battery charging test, so that overcharging is avoided.
The method for testing the PCBA of the electronic cigarette utilizes the testing system, and comprises the following steps:
a. connecting a load positive electrode and a load negative electrode of the PCBA in series with a load resistor, connecting an intermediate voltage detection end with two output ends of a relay group, connecting an input end positive electrode with a group one output end, and grounding an input end negative electrode; the voltmeter is connected in parallel with the two ends of the load resistor;
b. the state of the relay is controlled, so that the positive electrode of the direct current power supply and the voltage dividing unit respectively supply power to the PCBA of the electronic cigarette; adjusting the output voltage of the direct current power supply to perform circuit function test, reading the output current/voltage value of the direct current power supply and reading the value of a voltmeter;
c. adjusting the output voltage of the direct-current power supply to perform full-power aging test, and reading the output current/voltage value of the direct-current power supply and the value of a voltmeter;
d. closing the PCBA of the electronic cigarette; according to the model of the PCBA of the electronic cigarette, a selection switch is adjusted to control the access quantity of the battery; if the PCBA is the type of the single cell, the output end of the selection switch is communicated with the first input end; if the PCBA is of a double-battery type, the output end of the selection switch is communicated with the second input end;
e. switching the state of the relay to enable the second battery or the first battery and the second battery which are connected in series to supply power to the electronic cigarette PCBA, and at the moment, the electronic cigarette PCBA is electrified and started again; if the first battery and the second battery which are connected in series are powered, detecting the voltage value of the contact point of the first battery and the second battery by the intermediate voltage detection end of the PCBA; if the second battery is independently powered, the middle voltage detection end of the PCBA and the positive electrode of the input end are in the same point; the PCBA is externally connected with a charging circuit to perform charging test, and the charged object is an accessed second battery or a series battery pack;
f. and opening the normally closed switch, electrifying the ammeter, reading the value of the ammeter, and completing the static current test.
Based on the same conception of the invention, the test system for simultaneously testing two PCBA pieces and more than two PCBA pieces of electronic cigarettes can be extended without creative labor. Although the test system is used for various tests of the PCBA of the electronic cigarette, under the technical teaching of the conception of the invention, the test system and the test method can be applied to PCBA tests of other large current ranges without creative labor by a person skilled in the art, and the test system and the test method belong to the protection scope of the invention.
