本发明提供一种节能环保管道,其特征是:包括管道本体,在管道本体的内部设有过滤芯,所述过滤芯分为外芯和内芯;在所述管道本体和外芯的两端的接头处都设有密封凹槽,在密封凹槽的底部都设有弹力圈;在所述外芯的侧壁上设有大滤孔,在外芯两端接头处设有大外翻边,所述大外翻边与管道本体上的密封凹槽相匹配;在所述内芯的侧壁上设有小滤孔,在内芯两端接头处设有小外翻边,所述小外翻边与的外芯上的密封凹槽相匹配。本发明结构简单、使用方便,可通过滤芯阻隔杂物,其中的过滤芯可抽出清理。

本发明涉及一种管道,尤其涉及一种节能环保管道。
【背景技术】
现有的管道分类很多,有铁质、钢质和塑料质,不管什么材质,在使用时,时间长了或着在排放水的同时会带有很多杂质,导致管道堵塞。所以如果能设计一种可过滤杂质的管道,可避免此问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的是解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种节能环保管道。
本发明的技术方案是:一种节能环保管道,其特征是:包括管道本体,在管道本体的内部设有过滤芯,所述过滤芯分为外芯和内芯;在所述管道本体和外芯的两端的接头处都设有密封凹槽,在密封凹槽的底部都设有弹力圈;在所述外芯的侧壁上设有大滤孔,在外芯两端接头处设有大外翻边,所述大外翻边与管道本体上的密封凹槽相匹配;在所述内芯的侧壁上设有小滤孔,在内芯两端接头处设有小外翻边,所述小外翻边与的外芯上的密封凹槽相匹配。
进一步,所述管道本体上的密封凹槽比外芯上的密封凹槽的直径大。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:结构简单、使用方便,可通过滤芯阻隔杂物,其中的过滤芯可抽出清理。

如图1所示,一种节能环保管道,其特征是:包括管道本体1,在管道本体1的内部设有过滤芯2,所述过滤芯分为外芯21和内芯22;在所述管道本体1和外芯21的两端的接头处都设有密封凹槽3,在密封凹槽3的底部都设有弹力圈;在所述外芯21的侧壁上设有大滤孔21a,在外芯21两端接头处设有大外翻边21b,所述大外翻边21b与管道本体1上的密封凹槽相匹配;在所述内芯22的侧壁上设有小滤孔22a,在内芯22两端接头处设有小外翻边22b,所述小外翻边22b与的外芯21上的密封凹槽相匹配。
进一步,所述管道本体1上的密封凹槽比外芯21上的密封凹槽的直径大。在使用时,外芯上的大外翻边正好可插入到管道本体的密封凹槽中;内芯和外芯也如此。
