Abstract

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a fixed scroll of an automotive air conditioning compressor comprises a fixed scroll body 1, a boss 2 arranged on the upper surface of the fixed scroll body 1 and a scroll wrap 3 arranged on the lower surface of the fixed scroll body 1; the fixed scroll body 1 comprises a circular end surface 11 and a side wall 12 positioned at the bottom of the end surface 11; and a plurality of oil storage holes are formed in the side wall of the vortex tooth 3.
The boss 2 comprises a sealing groove 21 arranged at the periphery of the boss 2, and a pressing sheet 23 and a limiting sheet 24 arranged in the middle of the boss 2; the sealing groove 21 is formed into a ring by connecting the head and the tail, and three through holes 22 and a return air hole 25 are arranged in the boss 2; a rigid limiting sheet 24 and an elastic pressing sheet 23 are arranged above the three through holes 22; the pressing sheet 23 is of an E-shaped structure comprising three forks, and the three forks respectively cover the three through holes 22; the limiting sheet 24 is an E-shaped structure including three forks, and the limiting sheet 24 is correspondingly laminated on the pressing sheet 23 with a gap therebetween.

In the compression process, the movable scroll plate rocks in the fixed scroll plate, and the scroll teeth collide with each other, so that oil in the oil storage hole is reserved, and the lubricating and buffering effects are achieved.
