Hereinafter, a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be a drum washing machine, will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a machine body (not shown), an outer tub 1, a main shaft 2 and an oil seal 4,
specifically, outer bucket 1 installs in the organism, and main shaft 2 is established in the organism and is passed outer bucket 1, and shaft sleeve 3 cover is established on main shaft 2, and oil blanket 4 cover is established on shaft sleeve 3, and the outer lane of oil blanket 4 links to each other with outer bucket 1, and the inner circle of oil blanket 4 is equipped with a plurality of water sealing parts that follow the axial interval arrangement of main shaft 2, and water sealing part stops the outer wall surface of shaft sleeve 3, is equipped with self-lubricating coating on the surface of at least one water sealing part, and it has lubricating oil to fill between the inner circle of oil blanket 4 and the shaft sleeve 3.
In other words, the oil seal 4 is sleeved on the shaft sleeve 3 and can wrap the shaft sleeve 3, the outer ring of the oil seal 4 is connected with the outer barrel 1, the inner ring of the oil seal 4 is stopped against the shaft sleeve 3, and the oil seal 4 is positioned between the shaft sleeve 3 and the outer barrel 1, so that when the main shaft 2 and the shaft sleeve 3 rotate, the gap between the main shaft 2 and the shaft sleeve 3 and the outer barrel 1 can be sealed through the oil seal 4, and therefore the water of the outer barrel 1 can be prevented from flowing to the inner ring of the oil seal 4 when the main shaft 2 rotates, and damage to the bearing can be avoided. Lubricating oil is filled between the inner ring of the oil seal 4 and the shaft sleeve 3, so that the lubricating oil can be used for lubricating when the oil seal 4 and the shaft sleeve 3 are assembled initially, and friction between the shaft sleeve 3 and the oil seal 4 can be reduced when the main shaft 2 rotates at a high speed, so that abrasion of the oil seal 4 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner ring of the oil seal 4 may be provided with a plurality of water sealing portions, which are disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the main shaft 2, and the plurality of water sealing portions respectively stop against the outer wall surface of the shaft sleeve 3, so that a certain space can be provided between the plurality of water sealing portions, which is favorable for tightly fitting between the water sealing portions and the shaft sleeve 3, and ensuring the sealing connection between the shaft sleeve 3 and the oil seal 4, so as to further ensure that the water in the outer barrel 1 cannot leak to cause water inflow of the bearing.
The outer surface of at least one of the plurality of water-sealing parts is provided with a self-lubricating coating, that is, the outer surface of at least one water-sealing part contacting the sleeve 3 may be provided with a self-lubricating coating. Specifically, after the washing machine is operated for a long time, the lubricating oil may volatilize or be washed away by water, resulting in dry friction between the sleeve 3 and the oil seal 4, and even resulting in water leakage after the friction transition of the oil seal 4. After the lubricating oil is consumed, as the self-lubricating coating is arranged on the surface of one side of the water sealing part of the oil seal 4, which is matched with the shaft sleeve 3, the self-lubricating coating has good lubricating effect through the friction between the self-lubricating coating and the shaft sleeve 3, thereby avoiding dry friction between the shaft sleeve 3 and the oil seal 4, reducing the abrasion of the shaft sleeve 3 to the oil seal 4 and prolonging the service life of the oil seal 4.
Thus, according to the washing machine of the embodiment of the present invention, the lubricating oil is filled between the inner ring of the oil seal 4 and the sleeve 3, and the outer surface of at least one of the plurality of water seal parts is provided with the self-lubricating coating. Therefore, the oil seal 4 and the shaft sleeve 3 are lubricated by lubricating oil during initial assembly, so that the abrasion of the oil seal 4 during high-speed rotation of the shaft sleeve 3 along with the main shaft 2 can be reduced; after the washing machine runs for a long time, the lubricating oil can volatilize or wash away, and the self-lubricating coating is arranged on the water sealing part of the oil seal 4 and has good lubricating effect, so that the abrasion of the shaft sleeve 3 to the oil seal 4 can be reduced, and the service life of the oil seal 4 is prolonged.
Specifically, the self-lubricating coating may be formed on the water seal portion from a self-lubricating coating material by a spray process. That is, the self-lubricating coating may be integrally formed on the upper water seal. Or the self-lubricating coating may be provided on the water sealing portion by other processes, and the oil seal 4 is in contact with the sleeve 3 by being in contact with the self-lubricating coating. As for the self-lubricating coating material, the self-lubricating coating material can be sprayed on the water sealing part on the oil seal 4 and has good lubricating effect and wear resistance, so that the self-lubricating coating and the shaft sleeve 3 have good lubricating effect to reduce the abrasion of the oil seal 4.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water seal may be formed as an annular lip extending in the circumferential direction of the oil seal 4. As shown in fig. 2, the water seal portion is provided inside the oil seal 4 and extends along the inner periphery of the oil seal 4, and the plurality of water seals are respectively formed into annular lips extending along the circumferential direction of the oil seal 4, each of which may be formed by extending the inner wall surface of the oil seal 4 toward the inside, and the outer surfaces of the plurality of annular lips may be sealingly connected with the sleeve 3, so that the sealing effect between the oil seal 4 and the sleeve 3 may be ensured, and further water inflow in the sleeve 3 may be prevented.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the water seal may extend obliquely upward or downward with respect to the horizontal direction. In other words, the water sealing portion may have a certain inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction, for example, the water sealing portion may extend toward the inner side and extend obliquely upward or downward, so that when the water sealing portion is in interference fit with the shaft sleeve 3, the water sealing portion presses against the shaft sleeve 3, and the water sealing portion is inclined and is attached to the outer side surface of the shaft sleeve 3, so that the contact area between the water sealing portion and the shaft sleeve 3 is increased, and the sealing effect between the shaft sleeve 3 and the water sealing portion can be improved.

Thus, when the oil seal 4 is in interference fit with the sleeve 3, the first water sealing part 41, the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 are respectively stopped against the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 3, the first water sealing part 41 is inclined upwards and is clung to the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 3, and the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 are inclined downwards and are clung to the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 3. So that the fitting areas of the first, second and third water blocking portions 41, 42 and 43 with the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 3 can be increased to further improve the sealing effect between the plurality of water blocking portions and the sleeve 3.
Preferably, the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 may be disposed in parallel. That is, the second water blocking portion 42 and the third water blocking portion 43 are inclined downward at the same angle with respect to the horizontal direction. Therefore, when the oil seal 4 is in interference fit with the shaft sleeve 3, the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 can both stop against the shaft sleeve 3 and can be clung to the outer wall surface of the shaft sleeve 3 to wrap the shaft sleeve 3, so that the sealing effect of the oil seal 4 and the shaft sleeve 3 is further improved, and water inflow of the shaft sleeve 3 is prevented.
Preferably, an included angle may be defined between the first water sealing portion 41 and the second water sealing portion 42, and the second water sealing portion 42 and the third water sealing portion 43 are in smooth transition. As shown in fig. 2, the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 extend obliquely downward relative to the horizontal direction, the first water sealing part 41 extends obliquely downward relative to the horizontal direction, the first water sealing part 41 and the second water sealing part 42 are spaced apart and define an included angle, the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 extend obliquely downward relative to the horizontal direction, and smooth transition between the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 is facilitated, so that the first water sealing part 41, the second water sealing part 42 and the third water sealing part 43 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction.
Alternatively, the water seal portion may be integrally formed with the oil seal 4. That is, the seal portion and the oil seal 4 may be an integrally formed piece, so that the process of the oil seal 4 and the seal portion may be simplified, and the structure of the oil seal 4 and the seal portion may be simple and convenient to install.
Advantageously, the outer lane of oil blanket 4 and outer bucket 1 interference fit to can strengthen the sealed effect of oil blanket 4 and outer bucket 1, make things convenient for the installation of oil blanket 4 to fix, also can further prevent that the rivers of outer bucket 1 from leading to the bearing damage to the oil blanket 4 inside when main shaft 2 rotates.
Preferably, each water sealing part is provided with a self-lubricating coating. That is, the plurality of water seal portions may be provided with self-lubricating coatings, and the oil seal 4 is in contact with the sleeve 3 through the plurality of self-lubricating coatings. Thereby further reducing the friction between the oil seal 4 and the shaft sleeve 3, reducing the abrasion of the shaft sleeve 3 to the oil seal 4, and improving the service life of the oil seal 4.
