Abstract
The invention discloses a bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and leveling device which comprises a left device and a right device, wherein the structures of the left device and the right device are identical and are symmetrically arranged; the self-locking mechanism comprises a lock hook, a connecting rod B and an oil cylinder A, wherein the lock hook is hinged with the connecting rod B, the hinged joint of the lock hook and the connecting rod B is fixedly arranged at the middle section of the supporting leg A, the connecting rod B is hinged with the oil cylinder A at the same time, the other end of the oil cylinder A is hinged with the vehicle-mounted platform, and the hydraulic system provides power through the oil cylinder A. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: convenient adjustment, stable self-locking and wide application range.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device.
Background
The ground high-mobility radar antenna vehicle is usually transported by a single vehicle or a semi-trailer, and meets the requirements of highway and railway transportation. The bionic unfolding and folding leveling device is 300mm in length, 2500mm in width and 1480mm in height, and is integrally connected to the platform through high-strength bolts.
The traditional vehicle-mounted unfolding and leveling device is generally provided with a straight stretching type, a transverse stretching type, an inclined stretching type and a swinging leg type, wherein the effective span of the straight stretching type and the inclined stretching type supporting legs is small, the anti-overturning capacity is poor, the transverse stretching type and the swinging leg type supporting legs occupy precious space below a platform, the transformation requirement on a vehicle is high, and the four modes are difficult to provide a perfect solution and cannot meet the requirement of a novel vehicle-mounted system.
The invention provides a bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device, which solves the defects of the traditional leveling device that the space below a platform is occupied, the span of supporting legs is small, the transportation is ultra-wide and the like, and is suitable for more novel vehicle-mounted systems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and leveling device which is convenient to adjust, stable in self-locking and wide in application range.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and leveling device comprises a left device and a right device, wherein the structures of the left device and the right device are identical and are symmetrically arranged; the self-locking mechanism comprises a lock hook, a connecting rod B and an oil cylinder A, wherein the lock hook is hinged with the connecting rod B, the hinged point of the lock hook and the connecting rod B is fixedly arranged at the middle section of the supporting leg A, the connecting rod B is simultaneously hinged with the oil cylinder A, and the oil cylinder A is connected with a hydraulic system of the vehicle-mounted platform.
Further, the vehicle-mounted platform comprises a platform main body, a control system, a hydraulic system and detection signals, wherein the hydraulic system comprises an oil cylinder, a pump and a reversing valve, and the oil cylinder A outputs thrust through the reversing valve to realize movement and unfolding of the supporting leg A and the connecting rod B.
Further, a self-locking part is arranged on the vehicle-mounted platform.
Further, when the bionic unfolding and folding leveling device is leveled, the lock hook is hooked at the self-locking part.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device has the characteristics of convenient adjustment and stable self-locking, and is simple in integral structure, low in manufacturing cost, and capable of realizing large-tonnage and long-time mechanical self-locking, and the defects of small span of supporting legs, ultra-wide transportation and the like, which are occupied by a platform in the traditional leveling device, are overcome by adopting a new structural design.
2. The bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device also has the characteristic of wide application range, and can be suitable for more novel vehicle-mounted systems by utilizing the superiority of the self structural design of the bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device and has the characteristic of wide application range.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the bionic vehicle-mounted folding and unfolding leveling device comprises a left device and a right device, the structures of the left device and the right device are identical and are symmetrically arranged, the left device comprises a supporting leg A1, a supporting leg B2, a supporting leg 3, a vehicle-mounted platform 4 and a self-locking mechanism, the lower end of the supporting leg A1 is hinged with the vehicle-mounted platform 4, the upper end of the supporting leg A1 is hinged with the upper end of the supporting leg B2, the lower end of the supporting leg B2 is hinged with the supporting leg 3, the supporting leg B2 is hinged with a connecting rod A5, and the connecting rod A5 is connected with a supporting lug of the vehicle-mounted platform 4; the self-locking mechanism comprises a lock hook 6, a connecting rod B7 and an oil cylinder A8, wherein the lock hook 6 is hinged with the connecting rod B7, the hinged point of the lock hook 6 and the connecting rod B7 is fixedly arranged at the middle section of the supporting leg A1, the connecting rod B7 is simultaneously hinged with the oil cylinder A8, and the oil cylinder A8 is connected with a hydraulic system of the vehicle-mounted platform 4.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted platform 4 includes a platform main body, a control system, a hydraulic system and a detection signal, the hydraulic system includes an oil cylinder, a pump and a reversing valve, and the oil cylinder A8 outputs thrust through the reversing valve to realize movement and deployment of the support leg A1 and the connecting rod B7; the vehicle-mounted platform 4 is provided with a self-locking part 9; when the bionic unfolding and folding leveling device is leveled, the lock hook 6 is hooked at the self-locking part 9.
The installation process and the working process of the invention are as follows: the components of the invention are installed according to the connection relation and the position relation shown in the figures 1-3, and the invention can be started to be used after the installation is completed. The basic principle of the bionic leveling device is that the plane motion of a parallelogram mechanism and a crank clearance mechanism utilizes the extension and contraction of an oil cylinder to enable a supporting leg A1 to rotate around a hinge point of the supporting leg A1 and a vehicle-mounted platform 4, namely, the supporting leg A1 is leveled and obliquely stretched in place, when the supporting leg A1 moves to a limit position, the oil cylinder continues to stretch out, and a connecting rod B7 drives a lock hook 6 to be locked on the vehicle-mounted platform 4.

A bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device is characterized in that: the device comprises a left device and a right device, wherein the structures of the left device and the right device are identical and are symmetrically arranged, the left device comprises a supporting leg A (1), a supporting leg B (2), a supporting leg (3), a vehicle-mounted platform (4) and a self-locking mechanism, the lower end of the supporting leg A (1) is hinged with the vehicle-mounted platform (4), the upper end of the supporting leg A (1) is hinged with the upper end of the supporting leg B (2), the lower end of the supporting leg B (2) is hinged with the supporting leg (3), the supporting leg B (2) is hinged with a connecting rod A (5), and the connecting rod A (5) is connected with a supporting lug of the vehicle-mounted platform (4); the self-locking mechanism comprises a lock hook (6), a connecting rod B (7) and an oil cylinder A (8), wherein the lock hook (6) is hinged with the connecting rod B (7), the hinge joint of the lock hook (6) and the connecting rod B (7) is fixedly arranged at the middle section of the supporting leg A (1), the connecting rod B (7) is simultaneously hinged with the oil cylinder A (8), and the oil cylinder A (8) is connected with a hydraulic system of the vehicle-mounted platform (4);
the vehicle-mounted platform (4) comprises a platform main body, a control system, a hydraulic system and detection signals, wherein the hydraulic system comprises an oil cylinder, a pump and a reversing valve, and the oil cylinder A (8) outputs thrust through the reversing valve to realize movement and unfolding of the supporting leg A (1) and the connecting rod B (7);
the vehicle-mounted platform (4) is provided with a self-locking part (9);
when the bionic vehicle-mounted unfolding and folding leveling device is leveled, the lock hook (6) is hooked at the self-locking part (9).
