3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易产生细菌和发霉防火绒布面料，其特征在于所述防水层（7）包括防水面料层本体（7.1），所述防水面料层本体（7.1）的中间设置有一层防水膜（7.2），所述防水面料层本体（7.1）的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条（7.3），所述防水膜（7.2）与导流凸条（7.3）之间的防水面料层本体（7.1）内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔（7.4）。
