The invention provides a treatment system for recovering UV paint and a recovery treatment method thereof, wherein the system comprises a primary recovery unit, the UV paint is drained into a UV paint recovery funnel and is separated from cured UV paint through a separation and filtration unit, and the atomized UV paint is treated through the atomized UV paint recovery unit and is sequentially subjected to separation, filtration and condensation; and the solidified UV paint passes through a solidified UV paint recovery unit and sequentially passes through a vibrating screen, spraying and separation. According to the invention, the UV paint in the paint spraying process is recycled, two processing routes of the mist UV paint and the solidified UV paint are respectively arranged, more than 80% of lost UV paint in the paint spraying process can be recycled, and the whole system is recycled in a closed space, so that the recycling quality is ensured, and the requirements of different objects to be painted can be met.

Background
The UV paint is in a foggy state in the spraying process, and a certain part of the paint is cured under the irradiation of an external environment or a fluorescent lamp, so that the lost paint cannot be effectively utilized, waste is caused, and the environment is polluted.

and step 4): the atomized UV paint separated by the first separator enters a second separator to separate small particles in the atomized UV paint, then enters a filter to filter water, and then enters a coagulator to be collected;
step 5): and opening the second electromagnetic valve, filtering the solidified UV paint to the vibrating screen by the filter screen, wetting the solidified UV paint by the spraying device under the vibration of the vibrating screen, separating large particles in the solidified UV paint by the third separator, and finally collecting the large particles to the bottom of the recovery box body.
As a further description of the recycling method of the present invention, preferably, after the primary painting is completed, the first fan is turned off, and the first electromagnetic valve is turned on to perform the primary cleaning on the filter screen.
According to the invention, the UV paint in the paint spraying process is recovered, two treatment routes of the mist UV paint and the solidified UV paint are respectively arranged, more than 80% of lost UV paint in the paint spraying process can be recovered, the whole system is recovered in a closed space, the recovery quality is ensured, and the requirements of different objects to be painted can be met.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a processing system for recovering UV paint according to the present invention, the system includes a primary recovery unit 1, a separation filter unit 2, a mist UV paint recovery unit 3, and a cured UV paint recovery unit 4; the primary recovery unit 1 comprises a UV paint recovery plate 11, a UV paint recovery funnel 12, a flow diverter 13 and a first fan 14; the UV paint recovery plate 11 is arranged on one side of the UV paint recovery funnel 12, and the other side of the UV paint recovery funnel 12 is provided with a flow diverter 13, preferably, the flow diverter 13 is provided with a rotary spray head to adjust the direction of the flow diverter 13; a plurality of circular pipes are arranged on the rotary spray head to strengthen the strength of air injection or water injection; the end of the flow guider 13 is connected with a first fan 14, and the UV paint recovery plate 11 is arranged below an object to be painted through adjusting the angle and is used for recovering UV paint in the painting process.
The separation filter unit 2 includes a first separator 21 and a filter screen 22; the first separator 21 is disposed at a large-diameter end of the UV paint recovery funnel 12, and the filter screen 22 is disposed at a small-diameter end of the UV paint recovery funnel 12 to separate the cured UV paint and the misty UV paint.
The mist UV varnish recovery unit 3 includes a second separator 31, a filter 32, a condenser 33, and a second fan 34; the first separator 21 is connected to the second separator 31 upwardly through a bent pipe, the second separator 31 is connected to the filter 32 through a pipe, the filter 32 is connected to the condenser 33 through a pipe, and the end of the pipe of the filter 32 is connected to the second fan 34 to recover the UV paint in mist form.
The curing UV paint recovery unit 4 comprises a recovery box body 41, a vibrating screen 42, a spraying device 43 and a third separator 44; the large-caliber end of the UV paint recovery funnel 12 is arranged at the opening at the top of the recovery box body 41, the small-caliber end of the UV paint recovery funnel 12 is arranged above the vibration screen 42, a spraying device 43 is annularly arranged below the vibration screen 42, and a third separator 44 is arranged below the spraying device 43 so as to recover and solidify UV paint; preferably, a glass fiber filter layer is arranged in the third separator 44 to remove large particles in the cured UV paint; an active fiber layer is provided in the second separator 31 to remove small particles in the mist of UV paint.
Preferably, the bottom of the filter 32 is connected with the water collecting tank 35 through a pipeline, and the water collecting tank 35 is respectively communicated with the flow diverter 13 and the spraying device 43 through pipelines; the water collecting tank 35 and the flow diverter 13 are controlled by a first electromagnetic valve 101, the flow diverter 13 and the first fan 14 are controlled by a third electromagnetic valve 103, when the third electromagnetic valve 103 is opened, the flow diverter 13 leads UV paint to enter the UV paint recovery funnel 12, and when the third electromagnetic valve 103 and the first electromagnetic valve 101 are opened simultaneously, the flow diverter 13 sprays the filter screen 22 by water flow; the water collecting tank 35 and the spraying device 43 are controlled by a second electromagnetic valve 102.
The invention also provides a recycling method using the processing system, which comprises the following steps: step 1): adjusting the angle of the UV paint recovery plate 11 to enable the UV paint recovery plate 11 to be arranged below an object to be painted and used for recovering UV paint in the paint spraying process; step 2): the third electromagnetic valve 103 is opened firstly, then the first fan 14 is started, and the angle of the flow diverter 13 is adjusted, so that the UV paint is diverted into the UV paint recovery funnel 12; step 3): starting the second fan 34, sucking the mist UV paint into the first separator 21, separating a part of the sucked cured UV paint by the first separator 21, and filtering the cured UV paint to the vibrating screen 42 by the filter screen 22 under the action of gravity; and step 4): the atomized UV paint separated by the first separator 21 enters the second separator 31 to separate small particles in the atomized UV paint, enters the filter 32 to filter water, and then enters the coalescer 33 to be collected; step 5): the second electromagnetic valve 102 is opened, the curing UV paint filtered to the vibrating screen 42 by the filter screen 22 is wetted by the spraying device 43 under the vibration of the vibrating screen 42, and large particles in the curing UV paint are separated by the third separator 44 and finally collected to the bottom of the recovery box 41.
After the primary paint spraying is finished, the first fan 14 is closed, the first electromagnetic valve 101 is opened, and the filter screen 22 is cleaned for the primary time; or, the filter screen 22 is cleaned once at intervals to ensure that the cured UV paint smoothly enters the vibrating screen 42.

the mist UV paint recovery unit (3) comprises a second separator (31), a filter (32), a coalescer (33) and a second fan (34); the first separator (21) is upwards communicated with the second separator (31) through a bent pipe, the second separator (31) is communicated with the filter (32) through a pipeline, the filter (32) is communicated with the condenser (33) through a pipeline, and the tail end of the pipeline of the filter (32) is connected with the second fan (34) to recycle the atomized UV paint;
the curing UV paint recovery unit (4) comprises a recovery box body (41), a vibrating screen mesh (42), a spraying device (43) and a third separator (44); the large-caliber end of the UV paint recovery funnel (12) is arranged at an opening at the top of the recovery box body (41), the small-caliber end of the UV paint recovery funnel (12) is arranged above the vibrating screen (42), a spraying device (43) is annularly arranged below the vibrating screen (42), and a third separator (44) is arranged below the spraying device (43) so as to recover and solidify UV paint;
the bottom of the filter (32) is connected with a water collecting tank (35) through a pipeline, and the water collecting tank (35) is respectively communicated with the flow diverter (13) and the spraying device (43) through pipelines; the drainage device (13) is provided with a rotary spray head so as to adjust the direction of the drainage device (13); the rotary spray head is provided with a plurality of round pipes to strengthen the strength of air injection or water injection.

step 1): adjusting the angle of the UV paint recovery plate (11) so that the UV paint recovery plate (11) is arranged below an object to be painted and used for recovering UV paint in the paint spraying process;
step 2): the third electromagnetic valve (103) is opened, then the first fan (14) is started, and the angle of the flow diverter (13) is adjusted, so that the UV paint is diverted into the UV paint recovery funnel (12);
step 3): starting a second fan (34), sucking the atomized UV paint into a first separator (21), separating a part of the sucked cured UV paint by the first separator (21), and filtering the cured UV paint to a vibrating screen (42) by a filter screen (22) under the action of gravity;
step 4): the atomized UV paint separated by the first separator (21) enters a second separator (31) to separate small particles in the atomized UV paint, then enters a filter (32) to filter water, and then enters a coagulator (33) to be collected;
