Abstract
本发明公开了一种园林废弃物粉碎烘干装置,包括箱本体,箱本体上方设有进料口;进料口与箱本体之间设有初级粉碎腔室;箱本体内部设有隔板一和隔板二;隔板一位于初级粉碎腔室下方,右端与箱本体固定连接,左端向下倾斜形成坡度;隔板一左端设有二级粉碎腔室;所述隔板一左端与二级粉碎腔室平滑连接;隔板二位于二级粉碎腔室下方;隔板二左端与箱本体左侧面固定连接,右端向下倾斜形成坡度;隔板二内部设有中空层;中空层内设有加热带。本发明设置有初级粉碎腔室和二级粉碎腔室,减轻了在粉碎过程中运行的阻力,增强了粉碎效果,同时可对粉碎后的废弃物进行烘干处理,避免废弃物因潮湿腐烂。

技术领域
本发明涉及废弃物粉碎装置,特别是一种用于对园林废弃物的粉碎烘干装置。
背景技术
园林废弃物一般指的是在植物养护过程中所产生的修剪物、枝条、废弃花草及在自然生长过程中所产生的落叶及果实等。此类废弃物如果不进行有效处理,腐烂后影响环境卫生。一般都是将此类废弃物统一搜集,再粉碎后进行堆肥处理。由于园林废弃物种类多,属性不同,现有的设备并不能很好的保证粉碎的效果,粉碎后如果不及时清理容易受潮腐烂。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种设备运行阻力小,粉碎效果佳的园林废弃物粉碎装置,同时可对粉碎后的废弃物进行烘干处理。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种园林废弃物粉碎烘干装置,包括箱本体;所述箱本体上方设有进料口;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有初级粉碎腔室;所述初级粉碎腔室内设有滚刀一;所述滚刀一沿水平方向左右布置,两端分别与初级粉碎腔室转动连接;所述箱本体内部设有隔板一和隔板二;所述隔板一位于初级粉碎腔室下方,右端与箱本体固定连接,左端向下倾斜形成坡度;所述隔板一上设有过滤通孔;所述隔板一左端设有二级粉碎腔室;所述二级粉碎腔室设有上端的入口和下端的出口;所述隔板一左端与二级粉碎腔室入口平滑连接;所述二级粉碎腔室内设置有滚刀二;所述滚刀二为两组,相互啮合,在水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀二与二级粉碎腔室间隙配合,两端分别通过轴承固定在箱本体上;所述隔板二位于二级粉碎腔室下方;所述隔板二左端与箱本体左侧面固定连接,右端向下倾斜形成坡度;所述隔板二右端与箱本体右侧面固定连接;所述隔板二内部设有中空层;所述中空层内设有加热带;所述隔板一和隔板二将箱本体自上而下分隔成粗渣箱和细渣箱。
进一步的:在箱本体上设有出渣口;所述出渣口下端与隔板二左端平齐。
进一步的:所述进料口顶部铰接设置有防水盖板。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明设置有初级粉碎腔室和二级粉碎腔室,减轻了在粉碎过程中运行的阻力,增强了粉碎效果,同时可对粉碎后的废弃物进行烘干处理,避免废弃物因潮湿腐烂。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种园林废弃物粉碎烘干装置,包括箱本体1;箱本体1上方的进料口2与箱本体1之间安装有初级粉碎腔室3;初级粉碎腔室3内固定有滚刀一31;滚刀一31沿水平方向左右布置,两端分别与初级粉碎腔室3通过轴承转动连接;驱动电机一32驱动滚刀一31的转动;箱本体1内部安装有隔板一4和隔板二6;隔板一4位于初级粉碎腔室3下方,右端与箱本体1固定连接,左端向下倾斜形成坡度;隔板一4上设有过滤通孔,用以过滤从初级粉碎腔室3粉碎的细渣;隔板一4左端安装有二级粉碎腔室5;隔板一4左端与二级粉碎腔室平5滑连接;二级粉碎腔室5内设置有滚刀二51;滚刀二51为两组,相互啮合,在水平方向前后布置;滚刀二51与二级粉碎腔室5间隙配合,两端分别通过轴承固定在箱本体1上;驱动电机二52驱动滚刀二51的转动;隔板一4左端与二级粉碎腔室5平滑连接;隔板二6位于二级粉碎腔室5下方,左端与箱本体1固定连接,右端向下倾斜形成坡度;隔板二6右端与箱本体1左侧固定连接;隔板二6内部设有中空层;中空层内设有加热带61;隔板一4和隔板二6将箱本体自上而下分隔成粗渣箱11和细渣箱12。出渣口7下端与隔板二6左端平齐,方便粉碎后的细渣清理出来;为了便于室外作业在进料口2上铰接有防水盖板8,防止雨水进入装置内。
使用时,园林废弃物从进料口2进入,在初级粉碎腔室3内进行初步的粉碎,落下来的废弃物较细的可以通过隔板一4上的孔落到细渣箱12中;较粗的渣通过带有坡度的隔板一4滑入二级粉碎腔室5中进一步粉碎变细;然后通过带有坡度的隔板二6滑到出渣口7附近;由于园林废弃为含水量通常较少,在整个粉碎过程中,水分会通过在隔板二6中加热带61的烘干作用下去除,使得粉碎后的细渣干燥不含水分,不容易腐烂。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明设置有初级粉碎腔室和二级粉碎腔室,减轻了在粉碎过程中运行的阻力,增强了粉碎效果,同时可对粉碎后的废弃物进行烘干处理,避免废弃物因潮湿腐烂。

1.一种园林废弃物粉碎烘干装置,包括箱本体,其特征在于:所述箱本体上方设有进料口;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有初级粉碎腔室;所述初级粉碎腔室内设有滚刀一;所述滚刀一沿水平方向左右布置,两端分别与初级粉碎腔室转动连接;所述箱本体内部设有隔板一和隔板二;所述隔板一位于初级粉碎腔室下方,右端与箱本体固定连接,左端向下倾斜形成坡度;所述隔板一上设有过滤通孔;所述隔板一左端设有二级粉碎腔室;所述二级粉碎腔室设有上端的入口和下端的出口;所述隔板一左端与二级粉碎腔室入口平滑连接;所述二级粉碎腔室内设置有滚刀二;所述滚刀二为两组,相互啮合,在水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀二与二级粉碎腔室间隙配合,两端分别通过轴承固定在箱本体上;所述隔板二位于二级粉碎腔室下方;所述隔板二左端与箱本体左侧面固定连接,右端向下倾斜形成坡度;所述隔板二右端与箱本体右侧面固定连接;所述隔板二内部设有中空层;所述中空层内设有加热带;所述隔板一和隔板二将箱本体自上而下分隔成粗渣箱和细渣箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种园林废弃物粉碎烘干装置,其特征在于:在箱本体上设有出渣口;所述出渣口下端与隔板二左端平齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种园林废弃物粉碎烘干装置,其特征在于:所述进料口顶部铰接设置有防水盖板。
