本发明原料重量份配比为：
大黄10-50 黄柏10-50 黄芩10-50 栀子10-50 紫荆皮10-50
丹皮10-50 五灵脂10-50 天花粉10-50 苍术10-50 防己10-50
姜黄10-50 乳香10-50 没药10-50 冰片5-20 细辛5-20。

细辛15。加工方法为：
一、A组药制备：大黄 、黄柏 、黄芩、栀子、 紫荆皮、丹皮、天花粉、五灵脂、苍术、防己、姜黄浸泡12小时后，水煎两次制成浸膏，然后将其干燥并打成细粉，过80目筛，制成A组药备用。
二、B组药制备：将乳香、没药、冰片、细辛打成细粉，过80目筛，制成B组药备用。
三、将A组药与B组药混匀，制成药粉。
四、制备基质：取麻油入铁锅中，熬炼至滴水成珠，加入松香，蜂蜡至完全融化：搅拌均匀，去火毒，备用。
五、将基质置于铁锅中融化，然后将上述药粉徐徐加入，至完全混匀，略加熬制即成药膏。
六、将制好的药膏摊入备好的膏药纸即成。

具体实施方式

治疗效果：贴膏药1.5小时后疼痛开始减轻，肿瘀逐渐消散。
疗效评定：疼痛消失或显著减轻为显效；疼痛和肿瘀大为减轻为有效；疼痛和肿瘀减轻不多或无明显改善为无效。
疗效观察：经100例临床观察：显效76例，占76﹪；有效21例，占21﹪；无效3例，占3﹪.

病例1：刘某，男，42岁，荆门市东宝区人。于2009年5月12日来诊，患者4小时前打篮球扭伤右脚，右脚踝周围及脚背肿胀疼，色红，略有淤青，因疼痛右脚不敢着地。贴膏药2张，右外踝处一张，右脚背一张，次日来诊，疼痛基本消失，肿胀大减。
病例2：吴某，女，36岁，荆门市掇刀区人。于2011年8月5日来诊。患者于昨晚下夜班不慎扭伤左脚，扭伤时脚呈外翻，左脚外踝周围红肿疼痛，拍片无骨折，贴膏药1张，次日来诊，疼痛消失。
病例3：贾某，男，38岁，荆门市东宝区人。于2012年9月20日来诊。患者诉昨晚打网球时不小心扭伤右膝，当时闻听“吱”的一声，即右膝疼痛，难以行走，观察局部轻微肿胀，拍片显示里面有少量积液，他人介绍前来，贴膏药一张，带膏药一张以便更换。三日后来电告知膝痛已愈。
病例4：赵某，男，45岁，荆门市掇刀区人。于2013年10月9日来诊。昨天下午他人打架，前去拉架，不幸被打伤左前臂，自行到药店买止痛膏贴上，并吃三七片，夜晚疼痛以致难以入眠，今左前臂有约5㎝长范围肿痛剧烈，贴膏药1张，次日前来告知痛大减，又买2张膏药。
病例5：梅某，男，32岁，荆门市东宝区人。于2010年8月11日以背痛来诊。诉昨天打羽毛球是没活动开，导致右肩胛处拉伤，昨夜疼痛影响睡眠，今晨起疼痛更甚。触诊检查，右肩胛内上角处压痛剧，贴膏药1张，因工作忙带膏药1张。半年后该患者带他人来就诊，告之上次背痛贴了2张膏药就好了。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗急性软组织损伤的膏药，其特征在于其原料重量份配比为：
大黄10-50 黄柏10-50 黄芩10-50 栀子10-50 紫荆皮10-50
丹皮10-50 五灵脂10-50 天花粉10-50 苍术10-50 防己10-50
姜黄10-50 乳香10-50 没药10-50 冰片5-20 细辛5-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗急性软组织损伤的膏药，其特征在于其原料重量份配比为：
大黄30 黄柏30 黄芩30 栀子30 紫荆皮30 丹皮30 五灵脂30
天花粉30 苍术30 防己30 姜黄30 乳香30 没药30 冰片15
细辛15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗急性软组织损伤的膏药，其特征在于加工方法为：
一、A组药制备：大黄 、黄柏 、黄芩、栀子、 紫荆皮、丹皮、天花粉、五灵脂、苍术、防己、姜黄浸泡12小时后，水煎两次制成浸膏，然后将其干燥并打成细粉，过80目筛，制成A组药备用；
二、B组药制备：将乳香、没药、冰片、细辛打成细粉，过80目筛，制成B组药备用；
三、将A组药与B组药混匀，制成药粉；
四、制备基质：取麻油入铁锅中，熬炼至滴水成珠，加入松香，蜂蜡至完全融化：搅拌均匀，去火毒，备用；
五、将基质置于铁锅中融化，然后将上述药粉徐徐加入，至完全混匀，略加熬制即成药膏；
六、将制好的药膏摊入备好的膏药纸即成。
