The household paper storing and taking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a one-way gear ring (27) is arranged at the bottom of the concave ring groove (21), the elastic strip (28) which rotates in one direction on the one-way gear ring (27) is uniformly arranged on the inner side edge of the bottom plate (31), and the direction in which the elastic strip (28) is allowed to rotate by the one-way gear ring (27) is the direction from the lower end of the unwinding block (7) to the upper end of the unwinding block (7).

3. The household paper storing and taking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer surfaces of the inner cylinder (2) at two sides of the paper outlet (22) are respectively provided with the unreeling blocks (7) which are symmetrical about the paper outlet (22).

The household paper storing and taking device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a limiting sleeve (29) is fixed at a position of the inner cylinder (2) where the pre-tightening spring (8) is installed, the length of the limiting sleeve (29) is consistent with the length of the pre-tightening spring (8) when the pre-tightening spring (8) is compressed to the shortest length, and the pre-tightening spring (8) is located in the limiting sleeve (29).
