Currently, each operator provides an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) service based on a private network, and is isolated from the public Internet. the configuration unit is used for carrying out corresponding configuration by using the configuration parameters so as to respectively reestablish connection with an IPTV private network and the Internet, wherein a first IP address is obtained in a PPPoE mode, a second IP address is obtained in a DHCP mode, the first IP address is used for reestablishing connection with the IPTV private network under the condition that the first IP address is obtained in the PPPoE mode, and the operation of obtaining the second IP address in the DHCP mode is executed under the condition that the first IP address cannot be obtained in the PPPoE mode; under the condition that a second IP address is obtained through a DHCP mode, connection is reestablished with the Internet by using the second IP address, and under the condition that the second IP address cannot be obtained through the DHCP mode, operation of obtaining a first IP address through a PPPoE mode is executed;
and the configuration file management unit is used for writing the current configuration parameters into the configuration file under the condition that the connection with the IPTV private network or the Internet can be reestablished respectively.

the parameter reading unit is further used for repeatedly executing the operation of reading the configuration parameters successfully configured last time from the configuration file after delaying for a preset time under the condition that the connection with the IPTV private network or the Internet is not reestablished respectively.

the method comprises the steps that a starting unit specifically obtains a first IP address in a PPPoE mode and a second IP address in a DHCP mode after an IPTV intelligent terminal is started; and establishing connection with an IPTV special network by using the first IP address, and establishing connection with the Internet by using the second IP address.

the starting unit is also used for executing the operation of acquiring a second IP address in a DHCP mode under the condition that the connection with the IPTV private network cannot be established; and in the case of failing to establish connection with the Internet, executing the operation of acquiring the first IP address in a PPPoE mode.
