Background
At present, a large-scale vertical motor (mainly indicated that the diameter of the outer circle of a stator core is more than 1 m) and a medium-sized heavy-duty vertical motor (indicated that a motor bearing is required to bear a larger axial tension load from a load besides the self gravity of a rotor) can adopt spherical roller thrust bearings with stronger bearing capacity. Typically, a motor manufacturer will set a thrust bearing for load bearing and a spindle guide bearing on top of the motor. The guide bearing is arranged below the thrust bearing and is provided with an independent lubrication and cooling system (generally grease lubrication and natural cooling); the thrust bearing is arranged above and is usually arranged in an oil pool, adopts a thin oil lubrication mode, and directly exchanges heat with the outside by virtue of a heat dissipation rib plate welded on the outer surface of the oil pool. In the bearing assembly structure, the guide bearing is generally positioned in the motor shell, and if the bearing needs to be replaced, the upper thrust bearing part can be removed completely, so that the workload is high.

Preferably, the number of the oil blocking blades is six, and the oil blocking blades are uniformly distributed on the annular plate in an array manner, so that the distribution uniformity of lubricating oil can be improved, and a uniform cooling effect can be maintained.
Preferably, the oil tank body is of a welded cylindrical structure, and the surface of the oil tank body is provided with a plurality of radiating rib plates, so that the radiating effect of lubricating oil can be improved, and meanwhile, the oil tank body can be used as a top end cover of the motor.
Preferably, the thrust bearing seat and the bearing are in interference fit, and are integrally fixed on the end cover at the bottom of the oil pool body after being assembled in place, so that the phenomenon of abrasion acceleration caused by too tight assembly and too large friction can be avoided.
Preferably, the oil sump body and the oil level indicator are communicated through the pipeline, so that the oil level indicator can display the oil level of lubricating oil in the oil sump body, and the operator can check the oil level indicator conveniently.
