Abstract
The invention provides a card holder and a mobile terminal, wherein the card holder comprises: the card holder comprises a card holder body, a first terminal group and a second terminal group, wherein the card holder body is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are separated through a first cross beam, the first terminal group is arranged in the first clamping groove to form a first card holder, and the second terminal group is arranged in the second clamping groove to form a second card holder. Therefore, the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat share the first cross beam, and the distance between the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat can be effectively reduced relative to the situation that the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat are arranged on the circuit board in an adjacent and separated mode, and therefore the occupied space of the clamping seats in the mobile terminal is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a card holder and a mobile terminal.
Background
With the continuous development of the technology, the degree of intellectualization of the mobile terminal is continuously increased, and a T Card (Flash Card) and a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) Card have become standard configurations of most mobile terminals.
At present, for a mobile terminal equipped with a T card and a SIM card, generally, a T card socket and a SIM card socket are adjacently and separately arranged on a circuit board of the mobile terminal, and a card holder loaded with the T card and the SIM card is butted with the T card socket and the SIM card socket to realize functions of the T card and the SIM card. However, as the functions of the mobile terminal are increasing, the spatial layout of the internal structure of the mobile terminal is also more compact, so that the installation space of the T card socket and the SIM card socket is limited. Therefore, the existing T card holder and the SIM card holder have the problem of large occupied space.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a card holder and a mobile terminal, aiming at solving the problem that the existing T card holder and SIM card holder occupy large space.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a card socket, including: the card holder comprises a card holder body, a first terminal group and a second terminal group, wherein the card holder body is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are separated through a first cross beam, the first terminal group is arranged in the first clamping groove to form a first card holder, and the second terminal group is arranged in the second clamping groove to form a second card holder.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobile terminal, including: the circuit board and the card holder are welded with the circuit board through the welding disc of the card holder, and the card holder is attached to the circuit board.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the card socket includes: the card holder comprises a card holder body, a first terminal group and a second terminal group, wherein the card holder body is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are separated through a first cross beam, the first terminal group is arranged in the first clamping groove to form a first card holder, and the second terminal group is arranged in the second clamping groove to form a second card holder. Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is one of schematic structural diagrams of a card socket provided in an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a second schematic structural diagram of a card socket provided in the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a third schematic structural diagram of the card socket according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a card socket 100, including: the card holder comprises a card holder body 10, a first terminal group 20 and a second terminal group 30, wherein the card holder body 10 is provided with a first card slot 11 and a second card slot 12, the first card slot 11 and the second card slot 12 are separated by a first cross beam 13, the first terminal group 20 is arranged in the first card slot 11 to form a first card holder 40, and the second terminal group 30 is arranged in the second card slot 12 to form a second card holder 50.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the card socket body 10 is made of an insulating material, and since the card socket body 10 needs to be inserted into and pulled out from the card holder to be butted, the card socket body 10 should have certain structural strength and wear resistance. The card seat body 10 is provided with a first card slot 11 and a second card slot 12, and the first card slot 11 and the second card slot 12 are separated by a first beam 13, that is, the first card slot 11 and the second card slot 12 share the first beam 13. The card holder body 10 with the first card slot 11 and the second card slot 12 can be produced through an injection molding and integral forming process; the card socket body 10 with the first card slot 11 and the second card slot 12 can also be produced by a stamping forming mode.
By assembling the first terminal set 20 within the first card slot 11, the first card socket 40 may be formed; the second card socket 50 may be formed by assembling the second terminal set 30 in the second card slot 12. In the present embodiment, the first card socket 40 is a T-card socket, that is, the first terminal set 20 is a T-card terminal set; the second card socket 50 is a SIM card socket, that is, the second terminal set 30 is a SIM card terminal set. The T card socket and the SIM card socket of the card socket 100 may be butted with a T card and a SIM card loaded on a card holder to implement functions of the T card and the SIM card. When the card holder 100 is disposed on the circuit board, one end of the card holder 100, on which the T-card is disposed, faces the insertion/extraction opening for the card holder on the mobile terminal.
Through the structural improvement, namely, the first clamping seat 40 and the second clamping seat 50 share the first beam 13, compared with the prior art, the T-shaped clamping seat is adjacent to the SIM card seat and arranged on the circuit board in a spaced mode, the distance between the first clamping seat 40 and the second clamping seat 50 can be effectively reduced, the mounting space required by the clamping seat 100 is further reduced, and the development trend that the functions of the mobile terminal are more and more rich is met.
Moreover, through the T card cassette and the SIM card cassette which are separately arranged in the prior art, the cassette 100 comprising the T card cassette and the SIM card cassette is adopted for setting, the force for sticking the cards of the cassette 100 and the circuit board can be improved, and the risk of displacement of the cassette 100 on the circuit board in the working process is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the internal structure of the mobile terminal, the positions of the T card and the SIM card are determined by the positions of the T card socket and the SIM card socket, so the distance between the T card socket and the SIM card socket determines the distance between the T card and the SIM card. At present, the safety clearance distance between the T card holder and the SIM card holder which are mainstream in the market is 0.30 mm, and the distance reaches the limit of the processing and placing precision of the paster. In the embodiment of the present invention, the patch safety gap between the split T-card socket and the SIM card socket, and the respective beam and the patch pad can be integrated into the first beam 13, so as to reduce the distance between the first card socket 40 (T-card socket) and the second card socket 50(SIM card socket), further reduce the installation space required by the card socket 100, and meet the development trend of more and more rich functions of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, at least one pad 14 is disposed on the socket body 10.
In this embodiment, the card socket body 10 can be attached to the circuit board by soldering the pads 14 provided on the card socket body 10 to the circuit board. Wherein, the pads 14 are located at two sides of the cassette body 10 and are arranged at two ends of the first beam 13 in the length direction; because the first clamping seat 40 and the second clamping seat 50 share the first beam 13, the welding pads 14 are arranged on two sides of the clamping seat body 10 and two end parts of the first beam 13 in the length direction, so that the clamping seat 100 can be better attached to a circuit board when the waist part of the clamping seat 100 is welded and fixed with the circuit board.
Furthermore, a pad 14 may be disposed in a middle portion of the first beam 13 in the length direction, the pad 14 is disposed toward one side of the second card socket 50, and is partially located in the second card slot 12, where the second card socket is a SIM card socket, which is equivalent to disposing the pad 14 in a central position of the card socket body 10. Through the layout mode, the pad 14 is arranged on the card seat body 10, namely, the pad 14 is arranged in the middle of the card seat body 10, so that the stability of the whole card seat 100 in the process of being connected with a circuit board can be improved. Thus, the mounting fixation with the circuit board is realized through the plurality of bonding pads 14, the mounting strength of the card holder 100 and the circuit board can be improved, and the risk of displacement of the card holder 100 on the circuit board in the working process can be reduced.
It should be noted that, by disposing the pads 14 on both sides of the card socket body 10 and at both ends of the first beam 13 in the length direction, the size of the card socket 100 in the length direction can be further reduced compared to disposing the pads 14 in the length direction of the card socket body 10, and the occupied space of the card socket 100 in the mobile terminal can be reduced. Wherein, the length direction of the card seat body 10 is the plugging direction of the card support. And a preset distance is reserved between the edge of the first card holder 40 and the edge of the second card holder 50, and the edge of the pad 14 does not exceed the edge of the first card holder 40 or the edge of the second card holder 50, so that no additional space is occupied.
It should be added that the pad 14 is made of a metal material, and can be fixed on the card socket body 10 by an integral molding method.
Through the structural improvement, the first beam 13 is shared by the first card holder 40 and the second card holder 50 to form the card holder 100, so that the number of parts to be pasted on a circuit board can be reduced and the pasting efficiency can be improved compared with the case that the T card holder and the SIM card holder are needed to be pasted on the circuit board.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a card socket 100, including: the card holder comprises a card holder body 10, a first terminal group 20 and a second terminal group 30, wherein the card holder body 10 is provided with a first card slot 11 and a second card slot 12, the first card slot 11 and the second card slot 12 are separated by a first cross beam 13, the first terminal group 20 is arranged in the first card slot 11 to form a first card holder 40, and the second terminal group 30 is arranged in the second card slot 12 to form a second card holder 50;
the card holder 100 further includes a third terminal group 60, the card holder body 10 is further provided with a third card slot 15, the third terminal group 60 is disposed in the third card slot 15 to form a third card holder 70, and the first card holder 40, the second card holder 50 and the third card holder 70 are disposed in parallel on the card holder body 10.
In the present embodiment, the first socket 40 is a T-card socket, and the second socket 50 and the third socket 70 are SIM card sockets.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, on the basis of fig. 1, a third card holder 70 is further added, and the third card holder 70 is also a SIM card holder, wherein the second card holder 50 is located between the first card holder 40 and the third card holder 70, and the second card slot 12 and the third card slot 15 are separated by a second beam 16, that is, the second card slot 12 and the third card slot 15 share the second beam 16.
As shown in fig. 3, on the basis of fig. 1, a third card holder 70 is further added, and the third card holder 70 is also a SIM card holder, wherein the first card holder 40 is located between the second card holder 50 and the third card holder 70, and the first card slot 11 and the third card slot 15 are separated by a third beam 17, that is, the first card slot 11 and the third card slot 15 share the third beam 17.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of pads 14 may be disposed on the second beam 16 and the third beam 17 to improve the mounting strength of the entire card socket 100 and the circuit board. Moreover, through the structure arrangement, the problem of tolerance accumulation among the clamping seats when a plurality of clamping seats exist in the existing clamping seat structure can be effectively solved.
The embodiment of the invention also relates to a mobile terminal, which comprises: the circuit board and the card socket 100 are welded with the circuit board through the welding plate 14 of the card socket 100, and the card socket 100 is attached on the circuit board.
The mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a laptop portable computer, a vehicle-mounted computer, a desktop computer, a smart television, a wearable device, and the like.
It should be noted that the implementation manner of the embodiment of the card socket 100 is also applicable to the embodiment of the mobile terminal, and can achieve the same technical effect, and details are not described herein again.

the clamping seat body is provided with at least one welding pad, the at least one welding pad comprises first welding pads, and the first welding pads are positioned on two sides of the clamping seat body and are arranged at two end parts of the first cross beam in the length direction;
the at least one welding pad further comprises a second welding pad, the second welding pad is located in the middle of the first beam in the length direction and is arranged towards one side of the second clamping seat, and part of the second welding pad is located in the second clamping groove, wherein the second clamping seat is an SIM (subscriber identity module) card seat.
2. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the at least one pad is integrally formed with the cartridge body.

The cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the cartridge further comprises a third terminal set, the cartridge body further comprises a third slot, the third terminal set is disposed in the third slot to form a third cartridge, and the first cartridge, the second cartridge and the third cartridge are disposed in parallel on the cartridge body.
