一种环网柜转接头。提供了一种方便电缆拆卸、缩短环网柜检修停电时间的环网柜转接头。包括通用接口和可变接口,所述通用接口和可变接口通过连接板连接,所述通用接口包括绝缘层一和设在所述绝缘层一中的导电管一,所述连接板中间设有通孔,所述可变接口包括绝缘层二和设在绝缘层二中的由两片圆弧形的铜片构成的导电管二。将本发明接在两个T型接头或者T型接头与基板之间,可方便的实现T型接头、T型接头与基板的拆、接,节省工作时间;将本发明的两头设成通用接口和可变接口,通用接口接在标准件上,可变接口接在其他件上,不管可变接口接到的导电杆的直径大或小,都可以通过调节可变接口导电管两铜片间的间距来紧密连接,实现可靠的导电性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力领域,具体涉及一种电缆环网柜转接头。
背景技术
环网柜是一组高压开关设备装在钢板金属柜体内或做成拼装间隔式环网供电单元的电气设备,其核心部分采用负荷开关和熔断器,具有结构简单、体积小、价格低、可提高供电参数和性能以及供电安全等优点。以往环网柜检修的时候都需要停电1-2天,严重影响人们的生活、生产。故如果检修环网柜时将用户电缆临时接到备用环网柜上,将大大缩短停电时间。但目前用户电缆一般都是通过T型接头固定在环网柜中,拆卸非常麻烦。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种方便电缆拆卸、缩短环网柜检修停电时间的环网柜转接头。
本发明的技术方案是:包括通用接口和可变接口,所述通用接口和可变接口通过连接板连接,所述通用接口包括绝缘层一和设在所述绝缘层一中的导电管一,所述连接板中间设有通孔,所述可变接口包括绝缘层二和设在绝缘层二中的由两片圆弧形的铜片构成的导电管二。
所述导电管二由铜片一和铜片二构成,所述铜片一和铜片二分别通过连接杆一和连接杆二连接在连接板的一侧,所述连接杆一和连接杆二滑动连接在连接板上,所述连接杆一的上部设有承口,所述连接杆二的上部设有与所述承口适配的插口;
所述连接板上还设有一个偏心轮和两个滑轮,所述偏心轮的底部与连接杆一的上部接触;所述偏心轮上设有操作杆,所述连接板上设有所述操作杆通过的开口;
所述两个滑轮对称设在铜片一和铜片二的两侧并与之接触;
所述连接杆一和连接杆二的中部通过压缩弹簧连接。
本发明的有益效果是:将本发明接在两个T型接头或者T型接头与基板之间,可方便的实现T型接头、T型接头与基板的拆、接,节省工作时间;将本发明的两头设成通用接口和可变接口,通用接口接在标准件上,可变接口接在其他件上,不管可变接口接到的导电杆的直径大或小,都可以通过调节可变接口导电管两铜片间的间距来紧密连接,实现可靠的导电性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作具体说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括通用接口和可变接口1,所述通用接口和可变接口1通过连接板2连接,所述通用接口包括绝缘层一和设在所述绝缘层一中的导电管一,所述连接板2中间设有通孔,允许导电杆通过,所述可变接口1包括绝缘层二11和设在绝缘层二11中的由两片圆弧形的铜片构成的导电管二12。
如图2(为了使内部结构更加清晰,图2未根据图1比例来设)所示,所述导电管二12由铜片一121和铜片二122构成,所述铜片一121和铜片二122分别通过连接杆一13和连接杆二14连接在连接板2的一侧,所述连接杆一13和连接杆二14滑动连接在连接板2上,所述连接杆一13的上部设有承口131,所述连接杆二14的上部设有与所述承口131适配的插口141;
所述连接板2上还设有一个偏心轮21和两个滑轮22,所述偏心轮21的底部与连接杆一12的上部接触;所述偏心轮21上设有操作杆211,所述连接板2上设有所述操作杆211通过的开口23;
所述两个滑轮22对称设在铜片一121和铜片二122的两侧并与之接触,增加铜片运动的稳定性;
所述连接杆一13和连接杆二14的中部通过压缩弹簧15连接,便于回位。
使用本发明连接T型接头或基板时,先将可变接口1连接上:将可变接口1插入到T型接头头上,压下操作杆211,偏心轮21转动,将连接杆一13向下压,当连接杆一13的承口131接触到连接杆二14的插口141时,带动连接杆二14一起向下向内运动,进而带动铜片一121和铜片二122向下向内运动,直至夹住导电杆,然后将通用接口连接上;拆卸时,将操作杆211推上,拔出转接头即可。
使用本发明可快速将用户电缆从待检环网柜转接到备用环网柜上,节约时间,将停电影响降到最低。

Claims (2)

1.一种环网柜转接头,包括通用接口和可变接口,所述通用接口和可变接口通过连接板连接,所述通用接口包括绝缘层一和设在所述绝缘层一中的导电管一,所述连接板中间设有通孔,其特征在于,所述可变接口包括绝缘层二和设在绝缘层二中的由两片圆弧形的铜片构成的导电管二。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环网柜转接头,其特征在于,所述导电管二由铜片一和铜片二构成,所述铜片一和铜片二分别通过连接杆一和连接杆二连接在连接板的一侧,所述连接杆一和连接杆二滑动连接在连接板上,所述连接杆一的上部设有承口,所述连接杆二的上部设有与所述承口适配的插口;
所述连接板上还设有一个偏心轮和两个滑轮,所述偏心轮的底部与连接杆一的上部接触;所述偏心轮上设有操作杆,所述连接板上设有所述操作杆通过的开口;
所述两个滑轮对称设在铜片一和铜片二的两侧并与之接触;
所述连接杆一和连接杆二的中部通过压缩弹簧连接。
