Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention in its various embodiments. However, the technical solution claimed in the present invention can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
Referring to the drawings, the present invention provides an image pickup optical lens. Fig. 1 shows an image pickup optical lens 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and the image pickup optical lens 10 includes five lenses. Specifically, the imaging optical lens 10, in order from an object side to an image side, includes: the stop St, the first lens element L1 with positive refractive power, the second lens element L2 with negative refractive power, the third lens element L3 with negative refractive power, the fourth lens element L4 with positive refractive power, and the fifth lens element L5 with negative refractive power. An optical element such as an optical filter (filter) GF may be disposed between the fifth lens L5 and the image plane Si.
The first lens element L1 with positive refractive power can effectively reduce the system length, and has a convex object-side surface, and the stop St is disposed between the object and the first lens element L1. The second lens element L2 with negative refractive power has a concave image-side surface in the present embodiment of the second lens element L2. The third lens element L3 with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface in the present embodiment of the third lens element L3. The fourth lens element L4 with positive refractive power can distribute the positive refractive power of the first lens element L1, so as to reduce the system sensitivity. The fifth lens element L5 with negative refractive power has a concave object-side surface in the embodiment of the present invention, i.e., the fifth lens element L5.
Here, it is defined that the focal length of the entire imaging optical lens 10 is f, the focal length of the first lens L1 is f1, the focal length of the second lens L2 is f2, the focal length of the third lens L3 is f3, the focal length of the fourth lens L4 is f4, the focal length of the fifth lens L5 is f5, the abbe number of the third lens is v3, the refractive index of the second lens is n2, the refractive index of the third lens is n3, the thickness of the first lens is d1, the thickness of the third lens is d5, and the thickness of the fourth lens is d7, and the following relational expressions are satisfied:
0.85<f1/f<0.87,-3.0<f2/f<-2.8,-8.4<f3/f<-7.3,0.58<f4/f<0.62,-0.55<f5/f<-0.50;
9.5<v3/n3<11.5,40<V2+V3<42,0.25<d5<0.26,4.4<(d1+d7)/d5<4.8。
when the focal length of the image pickup optical lens 10, the focal length, the abbe number, the refractive index, the lens thickness and the curvature radius of each lens satisfy the above relations, the refractive power configuration of each lens can be controlled/adjusted, so that the aberration can be corrected to ensure the imaging quality, and the design requirement of low TTL can be satisfied, thereby being more suitable for a high-pixel portable image pickup device.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the focal length f1 of the first lens, the focal length f2 of the second lens, the focal length f3 of the third lens, the focal length f4 of the fourth lens, and the focal length f5 of the fifth lens may be designed to satisfy the following relations: 2.85< f1<2.95, -10< f2< -9, -29< f3< -24,1.9< f4<2.1, -1.8< f5< -1.7, units: millimeters (mm). With such a design, the total optical length TTL of the entire imaging optical lens 10 can be made as short as possible, and the characteristic of miniaturization can be maintained.
Preferably, the optical total length TTL of the image pickup optical lens 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is less than or equal to 4.0 mm. With such a design, it is more advantageous to realize a compact design of the imaging optical lens 10. Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, an F value of an aperture of the imaging optical lens is less than or equal to 1.8, and the imaging optical lens 10 is a large relative aperture optical system, which can improve imaging performance in a low illumination environment and realize an ultra-large aperture of the system. Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the second lens is d3, and the thickness of the third lens is d5, which satisfy the following relation: 1.2 < d5/d 3< 1.3, the design is such that the second lens and the third lens have optimal thicknesses, which is beneficial to the structural stability of the optical system.
In the image pickup optical lens 10 of the present invention, the material of each lens element may be glass or plastic, and if the material of the lens element is glass, the degree of freedom of the refractive power configuration of the optical system of the present invention can be increased, and if the material of the lens element is plastic, the production cost can be effectively reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the third lens is made of glass, so that the optical performance of the shooting optical lens can be effectively improved, and the first lens, the second lens, the fourth lens and the fifth lens are made of plastics, so that the production cost can be effectively reduced.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the refractive index n1 of the first lens, the refractive index n2 of the second lens, the refractive index n3 of the third lens, the refractive index n4 of the fourth lens, and the refractive index n5 of the fifth lens satisfy the following relations: 1.5< n1<1.6,1.6< n2<1.7,1.9< n3<2.1,1.5< n4<1.6, 1.52< n5< 1.55. Such a design is beneficial to obtaining a proper matching of the lens on the optical material, so that the optical camera lens 10 can obtain a better imaging quality.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the abbe number v1 of the first lens, the abbe number v2 of the second lens, the abbe number v3 of the third lens, the abbe number v4 of the fourth lens, and the abbe number v5 of the fifth lens may be designed to satisfy the following relations: 55< v1<57,22< v2<25,19.5< v3<21.5,55< v4<57, 55< v5< 57. By such design, the optical chromatic aberration phenomenon during imaging of the imaging optical lens 10 can be effectively inhibited.
It can be understood that the refractive index design and abbe number design of the above lenses can be combined to be applied to the design of the image pickup optical lens 10, so that the second lens L2 and the third lens L3 are made of optical materials with high refractive index and low abbe number, which can effectively reduce chromatic aberration of the lens and greatly improve the imaging quality of the image pickup optical lens 10.
In addition, the surface of the lens can be set to be an aspheric surface, the aspheric surface can be easily made into shapes other than spherical surfaces, more control variables are obtained to reduce the aberration, and the number of the used lenses is further reduced, so that the total length of the image pickup optical lens can be effectively reduced. In the embodiment of the invention, the object side surface and the image side surface of each lens are both aspheric surfaces.
Preferably, the object side surface and/or the image side surface of the lens may be further provided with an inflection point and/or a stagnation point to meet the requirement of high-quality imaging.
