Abstract
The switching switch device for the converter transformer temperature rise test comprises an open-type knife switch device, an insulating bracket, a power device, a movable base and a transmission mechanism; the open-type knife switch device comprises three wiring terminal blocks and three blade switches which are respectively used for switching on and off each wiring terminal block; the insulation support and the power device are both arranged on the movable base, the opening type knife switch device is arranged at the top end of the insulation support, and the power device drives the opening and closing of the blade type switch in the opening type knife switch device through the transmission mechanism. The voltage testing device has the advantages that the voltage testing device can be suitable for various voltage testing voltage grades through the height of the insulating support, and is wide in adaptability. The disconnecting link is realized by adopting an electric drive insulating pull rod, so that the measurement time of the thermal state resistance can be effectively reduced, and the disconnecting link is operated by only one person, is safe and reliable and saves manpower.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of converter transformer detection experimental equipment, in particular to a change-over switch device for a converter transformer temperature rise test.
Background
The temperature rise test of the converter transformer is one of the important test items for the manufacturer to identify the quality of the product in the type test. The temperature rise test aims at determining whether the temperature rise of each component of the converter transformer meets the requirements of relevant standard regulations, so that a reliable basis is provided for the long-term safe operation of the converter transformer, and meanwhile, overheat defect components of the converter transformer can be judged and rated capacity of the converter transformer can be identified. When the winding temperature is measured, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy, besides a certain requirement on the charging current of the direct current resistance tester, the wire-connection changing work can be rapidly completed, and the preparation time of measurement is shortened. For oil-immersed insulated tested transformers, the test requires less than 1 minute from power outage to measurement of the dc resistance.
At present, the method of suspending a manual change-over switch by using an insulating rope is adopted in the work of changing the wire in the temperature rise test of each large transformer factory. The method is that after the test temperature is stable and the power supply is cut off, an operator takes a high-altitude vehicle or climbs a double ladder and goes to a change-over switch to carry out manual breaking loop. First, when performing a field handover test or a preventive test, the manual diverter switch cannot be suspended due to the limitation of the field environment. If the high-voltage isolating switch is directly adopted, the weight is large, the transportation load of test equipment is increased, foundation laying is needed in site installation, and the test preparation time is long. Secondly, the manner of suspending the manual change-over switch requires two testers to be responsible for operation and monitoring respectively. When the personnel are in tension, the safety of the operators cannot be ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the temperature rise test switching switch device which is convenient to move, convenient to operate, reliable and safe.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the switching switch device for the converter transformer temperature rise test comprises an open-type knife switch device, an insulating bracket, a power device, a movable base and a transmission mechanism; the open-type knife switch device comprises three wiring terminal blocks and three blade switches which are respectively used for switching on and off each wiring terminal block; the insulation support and the power device are both arranged on the movable base, the opening type knife switch device is arranged at the top end of the insulation support, and the power device drives the opening and closing of the blade type switch in the opening type knife switch device through the transmission mechanism.
As an improvement of the scheme, the transmission mechanism comprises an insulating connecting rod, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod and a rotating shaft; the second connecting rod is an L-shaped piece; the power device comprises a driving motor, a control electric box and a driving turntable connected with an output shaft of the driving motor; one end of the insulating connecting rod is hinged with the driving turntable, the other end of the insulating connecting rod is hinged with one end of the first connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod is pivoted and fixed on a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged below the opening type knife switch device and at the top of the insulating bracket; one end of the second connecting rod is pivoted and fixed on the rotating shaft, the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with one end of the third connecting rod, the other end of the third connecting rod is hinged with one end of the fourth connecting rod, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod is fixed on a switch blade of the blade switch.
As an improvement of the scheme, the insulating support and the insulating connecting rod are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic profiles.
As an improvement of the scheme, one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the insulating bracket and is provided with a rocking handle.
As an improvement of the scheme, the insulating bracket comprises a vertical frame and triangular lacing wires; the two ends of the triangular lacing wire are respectively connected to the outer side of the vertical frame and the movable base.
As an improvement of the scheme, four universal wheels are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the movable base.
As an improvement of the scheme, the driving motor and the control electric box are externally sleeved with an aluminum shielding cover, and the aluminum shielding cover is connected with a grounding port arranged on the movable base.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the insulating support can be used for various voltage testing voltage levels through the height of the insulating support, and the adaptability is wide.
2. The disconnecting link is realized by adopting an electric drive insulating pull rod, so that the measurement time of the thermal state resistance can be effectively reduced, and the disconnecting link is operated by only one person, is safe and reliable and saves manpower.
3. The whole device is movable, the equipment is light in weight and not fragile, and the transfer and the transportation are convenient.
4. A standby operation method is provided to diversify the operation means.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the switching device for the temperature rise test of the converter transformer comprises an opening type knife switch device 1, an insulating bracket 2, a power device 3, a movable base 4 and a transmission mechanism 5; the open-type knife switch device 1 comprises three wiring terminal blocks 6 and three blade switches 7 which are respectively used for switching on and off each wiring terminal block 6; the insulation support 2 and the power device 3 are both arranged on the movable base 4, the opening type knife switch device 1 is arranged at the top end of the insulation support 2, and the power device 3 drives the opening and closing of the blade switch 7 in the opening type knife switch device 1 through the transmission mechanism 5. The transmission mechanism 5 comprises an insulating connecting rod 8, a first connecting rod 9, a second connecting rod 10, a third connecting rod 11, a fourth connecting rod 12 and a rotating shaft 13; the second connecting rod 10 is an L-shaped piece; the power device 3 comprises a driving motor 14, a control electric box 15 and a driving turntable 16 connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 14; one end of the insulating connecting rod 8 is hinged with the driving turntable 16, the other end of the insulating connecting rod is hinged with one end of the first connecting rod 9, the other end of the first connecting rod 9 is pivoted and fixed on the rotating shaft 13, and the rotating shaft 13 is rotatably arranged below the opening knife switch device 1 and at the top of the insulating bracket 2; one end of the second connecting rod 10 is pivoted and fixed on the rotating shaft 13, the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with one end of the third connecting rod 11, the other end of the third connecting rod 11 is hinged with one end of the fourth connecting rod 12, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod 12 is fixed on the switch blade 23 of the blade switch 7. The insulating support 2 and the insulating connecting rod 8 are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic profiles. One end of the rotating shaft 13 extends out of the insulating bracket 2 and is provided with a rocking handle 17. The insulating bracket 2 comprises a vertical frame 18 and triangular lacing wires 19; the two ends of the triangular lacing wire 19 are respectively connected with the outer side of the vertical frame 18 and the movable base 4. Four universal wheels 20 are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the movable base 4. The driving motor 14 and the control electric box 15 are externally sleeved with an aluminum shielding cover 21, and the aluminum shielding cover 21 is connected with a grounding port 22 arranged on the movable base 4.
Working principle: the driving motor 14 drives the insulating connecting rod 8 to rotate the rotating shaft 13, so that the first connecting rod 9, the second connecting rod 10 and the third connecting rod 11 act, and finally, the opening or closing operation of the blade switch 7 is realized, and the operation of the terminal row 6 is performed; the crank 17 can manually control the rotation shaft 13 in an emergency.

The switching device for the converter transformer temperature rise test is characterized by comprising an open-type knife switch device, an insulating bracket, a power device, a movable base and a transmission mechanism; the open-type knife switch device comprises three wiring terminal blocks and three blade switches which are respectively used for switching on and off each wiring terminal block; the insulation support and the power device are both arranged on the movable base, the opening type knife switch device is arranged at the top end of the insulation support, and the power device drives the opening and closing of the blade type switch in the opening type knife switch device through the transmission mechanism;
the transmission mechanism comprises an insulating connecting rod, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod and a rotating shaft; the second connecting rod is an L-shaped piece; the power device comprises a driving motor, a control electric box and a driving turntable connected with an output shaft of the driving motor;
one end of the insulating connecting rod is hinged with the driving turntable, the other end of the insulating connecting rod is hinged with one end of the first connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod is pivoted and fixed on a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged below the opening type knife switch device and at the top of the insulating bracket; one end of the second connecting rod is pivoted and fixed on the rotating shaft, the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with one end of the third connecting rod, the other end of the third connecting rod is hinged with one end of the fourth connecting rod, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod is fixed on a switch blade of the blade switch;
the insulating bracket comprises a vertical frame and triangular lacing wires; the two ends of the triangular lacing wire are respectively connected to the outer side of the vertical frame and the movable base.
