Abstract
本发明公开了具有杀菌功能的冰箱,包括用于存放食物的冰箱主体冰箱主体内设有多个支架用于架设隔板,冰箱主体内的侧壁上沿竖直方向设有多个紫外线灯,每一紫外线灯的光线照射方向均指向临近的隔板的中心位置,控制器控制每一紫外线灯的开、闭;冰箱主体内顶部和底部的中心位置分别设有进气风口和排气风口,进气风口和排气风口分别与风扇的出风口和进风口连接,控制器控制风扇的开、闭;冰箱主体的门框上设有感应装置,感应装置连接控制器;当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,感应装置向控制器发出消毒指令。本发明籍由在现有的冰箱中增加紫外线灯和内部空气循环系统的方式,对因外部空气或食物进行消毒灭菌,消除因为冰箱频繁开启而带来的不良影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,特别涉及具有杀菌功能的冰箱。
背景技术
现有用于食物保鲜的方式通常都是采用冰箱冷冻的方式,但是在如酒店,饭店等场合,不但需要大量储藏食物,同时,无法预测食物储藏时间,又需要频繁取用开启冰箱,单纯依靠低温保鲜方式无法完善的对食物进行存储。
而如果要对食物进行灭菌处理则可能对食物的色泽和口感造成较大的影响。
因此需要对现有的制冷设备进行改进,克服现有技术的缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供具有杀菌功能的冰箱,实现的目的之一是在冰箱外部的空气或食物进入后,对冰箱内的进行短时间的灭菌处理,能够杀死大部分外来的细菌,同时不会使食物发生影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了具有杀菌功能的冰箱,包括用于存放食物的冰箱主体,所述冰箱主体内设有多个支架用于架设隔板。
其中,所述冰箱主体内的侧壁上沿竖直方向设有多个紫外线灯,每一所述紫外线灯的光线照射方向均指向临近的所述隔板的中心位置,每一所述紫外线灯均与控制器连接,所述控制器控制每一所述紫外线灯的开、闭。
所述冰箱主体内顶部和底部的中心位置分别设有进气风口和排气风口,所述进气风口和所述排气风口分别与风扇的出风口和进风口连接,所述风扇与所述控制器连接,所述控制器控制所述风扇的开、闭,当所述风扇开启后,使所述冰箱主体内的空气形成流动循环。
所述冰箱主体的门框上设有感应装置,所述感应装置连接控制器;当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,所述感应装置向所述控制器发出消毒指令,所述控制器控制所述风扇和/或所述紫外线灯开、闭,对所述冰箱主体内的所述食物进行消毒。
优选的,所述紫外线灯释放波长在240-280纳米之间的紫外线。
优选的,所述感应装置是红外线传感器或者接近开关的,每当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,向所述控制器发送信号。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明籍由在现有的冰箱中增加紫外线灯和内部空气循环系统的方式,对因外部空气或食物进行消毒灭菌,消除因为冰箱频繁开启而带来的不良影响。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

实施例
如图1所示,有杀菌功能的冰箱,包括用于存放食物的冰箱主体1,冰箱主体1内设有多个支架2用于架设隔板。
其中,冰箱主体1内的侧壁上沿竖直方向设有多个紫外线灯4,每一紫外线灯4的光线照射方向均指向临近的隔板的中心位置,每一紫外线灯4均与控制器连接,控制器控制每一紫外线灯的开、闭。
冰箱主体1内顶部和底部的中心位置分别设有进气风口3和排气风口4,进气风口3和排气风口4分别与风扇的出风口和进风口连接,风扇与控制器连接,控制器控制风扇的开、闭,当风扇开启后,使冰箱主体1内的空气形成流动循环。
冰箱主体1的门框上设有感应装置5,感应装置连接控制器;当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,感应装置向控制器发出消毒指令,控制器控制风扇和/或紫外线灯4开、闭,对冰箱主体1内的食物进行消毒。
本发明的原理在于,在现有的冰箱中增加紫外线灯和内部空气循环系统,当冰箱门被开启过之后,控制器打开紫外线灯和冰箱的内部空气循环,冰箱内的空气随着空气循环系统不断流动,流动的空气携带着因低温冷凝的水份以及食物表面的细菌不断穿过紫外线灯射出的光线,以此对冰箱内的空气进行消毒,能够有效的抑制冰箱内细菌的繁殖,同时不会因为长时间照射紫外线导致食物变质。
在某些实施例中,紫外线灯4释放波长在240-280纳米之间的紫外线。
在某些实施例中,感应装置5是红外线传感器或者接近开关的,每当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,向控制器发送信号。

1.具有杀菌功能的冰箱,包括用于存放食物的冰箱主体(1),所述冰箱主体(1)内设有多个支架(2)用于架设隔板,其特征在于,所述冰箱主体(1)内的侧壁上沿竖直方向设有多个紫外线灯(4),每一所述紫外线灯(4)的光线照射方向均指向临近的所述隔板的中心位置,每一所述紫外线灯(4)均与控制器连接,所述控制器控制每一所述紫外线灯的开、闭;
所述冰箱主体(1)内顶部和底部的中心位置分别设有进气风口(3)和排气风口(4),所述进气风口(3)和所述排气风口(4)分别与风扇的出风口和进风口连接,所述风扇与所述控制器连接,所述控制器控制所述风扇的开、闭,当所述风扇开启后,使所述冰箱主体(1)内的空气形成流动循环;
所述冰箱主体(1)的门框上设有感应装置(5),所述感应装置连接控制器;当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,所述感应装置向所述控制器发出消毒指令,所述控制器控制所述风扇和/或所述紫外线灯(4)开、闭,对所述冰箱主体(1)内的所述食物进行消毒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有杀菌功能的冰箱,其特征在于,所述紫外线灯(4)释放波长在240-280纳米之间的紫外线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有杀菌功能的冰箱,其特征在于,所述感应装置(5)是红外线传感器或者接近开关的,每当冰箱门被开启并关闭后,向所述控制器发送信号。
