本发明涉及一种导轨拼装式灯模组。
背景技术
照明用的透光灯组一般整齐的安装于支架上,支架又悬挂于天花板上,当其中一个透光灯组损坏后,需要将整个支架卸下,然后对已经损坏的透光灯组进行维修,这种操作方式不仅工作量大,而且给维修带来了极为不便。此外,要增加或减小灯组数量时,又需要重新布电线,不利于调节光照强度。因此采用支架安装数个灯组是不太合理的,给后期的维护带来了不便,运营成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、快速更换和维修灯组、光照强度可调、制造简单的导轨拼装式灯模组。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种导轨拼装式灯模组,它包括左导轨和右导轨,所述左导轨与右导轨相互平行设置,所述左导轨上套有多个滑套A,相邻滑套A之间的间距相等,右导轨上套有多个滑套B,相邻滑套B之间的间距相等,滑套为凹形件,滑套扣合在导轨顶部,滑套的顶部设置有锁紧螺钉,锁紧螺钉穿过滑套且抵压于导轨上,滑套A与滑套B之间固设有安装板,安装板的底部设置有灯组。
所述的锁紧螺钉固定于滑套的顶部。
所述的安装板上设置有安装孔。
所述的灯组通过安装孔固定于安装板上。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、快速更换和维修灯组、光照强度可调、制造简单。

如图1~2所示,一种导轨拼装式灯模组,它包括左导轨1和右导轨2,所述左导轨1与右导轨2相互平行设置,所述左导轨1上套有多个滑套A3,相邻滑套A3之间的间距相等,右导轨2上套有多个滑套B4,相邻滑套B4之间的间距相等,滑套为凹形件,滑套扣合在导轨顶部,滑套的顶部设置有锁紧螺钉5,锁紧螺钉5穿过滑套且抵压于导轨上,滑套A3与滑套B4之间固设有安装板6,安装板6的底部设置有灯组7。
所述的锁紧螺钉5固定于滑套的顶部。所述的安装板6上设置有安装孔。所述的灯组7通过安装孔固定于安装板6上。
本发明的工作过程如下:使用时,可将左导轨1和右导轨2固定于支架上,再将支架固定于天花板上且保证灯组7朝下设置,实现了灯模组的安装固定;当给灯组7通电后,灯组照亮下方区域,给人们提供光明,当出现一个灯组7损坏时,只需找到损坏的灯组7,然后拧松与该灯组7相连的滑套上的锁紧螺钉5,直接将与损坏灯组7相连的两个滑套从导轨上卸下,实现了快速更换和维修灯组。当要增加或减少灯组时,只需从两个导轨之间卸下安装板6即可,方便了根据实际需要随时调整光照强度。

1.一种导轨拼装式灯模组,其特征在于:它包括左导轨(1)和右导轨(2),所述左导轨(1)与右导轨(2)相互平行设置,所述左导轨(1)上套有多个滑套A(3),相邻滑套A(3)之间的间距相等,右导轨(2)上套有多个滑套B(4),相邻滑套B(4)之间的间距相等,滑套为凹形件,滑套扣合在导轨顶部,滑套的顶部设置有锁紧螺钉(5),锁紧螺钉(5)穿过滑套且抵压于导轨上,滑套A(3)与滑套B(4)之间固设有安装板(6),安装板(6)的底部设置有灯组(7)。
