The LED working lamp also comprises a second fixing plate 37, a first butterfly bolt 39, a third fixing plate 41 and a second butterfly bolt 43; the second fixing plate 37 and the third fixing plate 41 are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting plate 1 along the length direction of the mounting plate 1 in sequence and are positioned at two sides of the first hollow rod 2; one side part of the first hollow rod 2 is provided with a first threaded hole 36, and the other side part is provided with a third threaded hole 40; the second fixing plate 37 is provided with a second threaded hole 38, the first butterfly bolt 39 penetrates through the second threaded hole 38 and is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole 36, the third fixing plate 41 is provided with a fourth threaded hole 42, and the second butterfly bolt 43 penetrates through the fourth threaded hole 42 and is in threaded connection with the third threaded hole 40.
The LED work light further comprises wheels 44, a second hollow rod 45, a third butterfly bolt 46, a third connecting rod 47 and a second handle 48; the wheel 44 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 1, the second hollow rod 45 is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting plate 1, a fifth threaded hole 49 is formed in one side of the second hollow rod 45, which is far away from the mounting plate 1, the third connecting rod 47 is slidably connected with the second hollow rod 45, the third butterfly bolt 46 is in threaded connection with the fifth threaded hole 49, and the second handle 48 is fixedly connected to one side of the third connecting rod 47.
The first elastic member 7, the second elastic member 84, and the third elastic member 20 are springs.
The anti-skid pad is fixedly connected to the bottom of the third connecting rod 47.
The working principle is as follows: when the LED working lamp needs to be used, when the height of the LED lamp 13 needs to be adjusted, the first fixing plate 5 is moved leftwards, the first fixing plate 5 drives the first guide rod 6 to move leftwards, the first guide rod 6 extrudes the output end of the fixing mechanism 8, so that the output end of the fixing mechanism 8 leaves the first through hole 4, the first connecting rod 3 can be lifted, the first connecting rod 3 drives the lamp holder 11 and the LED lamp 13 to lift, after the height adjustment of the LED lamp 13 is completed, the first fixing plate 5 is released, the first fixing plate 5 moves rightwards under the elastic action of the first elastic piece 7, the first fixing plate 5 drives the first guide rod 6 to move rightwards to return to the initial position, and therefore, the function of adjusting the height of the LED lamp 13 is completed through the matching of the fixing plate and the first guide rod 6, and the practicability of the LED working.
Since the fixing mechanism 8 includes the guide block 82, the second elastic member 84, and the second guide rod 85; a first groove 81 is formed in one side part, close to the first through hole 4, of the first connecting rod 3; the guide block 82 is fixedly connected to one side of the first connecting rod 3 and is located in the first groove 81; a second groove 83 is formed in one side part, close to the first through hole 4, of the guide block 82; the second guide rod 85 is fixedly connected to the guide block 82 through a second elastic member 84 and is located in the second groove 83; when the height of the LED lamp 13 needs to be adjusted, the first fixing plate 5 is moved leftward, the first fixing plate 5 drives the first guide rod 6 to move leftward, so as to extrude the second guide rod 85, so that the second guide rod 85 moves leftward, away from the first through hole 4, at this time, the first connecting rod 3 can be controlled to ascend or descend, the first connecting rod 3 drives the lamp holder 11 and the LED lamp 13 to ascend or descend, after the height of the LED lamp 13 is adjusted, the first fixing plate 5 is released, so that the first fixing plate 5 returns to the initial position, the second guide rod 85 moves rightward under the elastic action of the second elastic piece 84, returns to the initial position, and is located in the through hole, so that the first connecting rod 3 is fixed.
Because the LED working lamp also comprises a rotary disc 15, a first bolt 16, a third elastic part 20, an inserting plate 22, a baffle plate 23, a pull wire 24, a slide rail 25, a slide block 26 and a first handle 27; the top of the connecting block 9 is provided with a third groove 14, the turntable 15 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second connecting rod 10, and one side part of the turntable 15 is provided with an annular groove 21; the baffles 23 are fixedly connected to the turntable 15 at equal intervals and are positioned in the circular groove 21; the turntable 15 is provided with a second through hole 17, and one side part of the connecting block 9 close to the annular groove 21 is provided with a fourth groove 19 and a thread groove 18; the inserting plate 22 is fixedly connected to the connecting block 9 through a third elastic part 20 and is positioned in the fourth groove 19; the first bolt 16 penetrates through one side part of the connecting block 9 and penetrates through the second through hole 17 to be in threaded connection with the thread groove 18; the sliding rail 25 is fixedly connected with one side part of the first connecting rod 3, the first handle 27 is connected with the sliding rail 25 in a sliding way through the sliding block 26, one end of the pull wire 24 is fixedly connected with one side part of the inserting plate 22, and the other end of the pull wire penetrates through the connecting block 9 and is fixedly connected with the top part of the first handle 27; when the irradiation angle of the LED lamp 13 needs to be adjusted, the first handle 27 is controlled to descend, so that the pull wire 24 drives the inserting plate 22 to move leftwards, when the inserting plate 22 leaves the circular groove 21, the second connecting rod 10 can be rotated through needs, the lamp holder 11 and the LED lamp 13 are driven to rotate, after the LED lamp 13 is adjusted, the first handle 27 is loosened, the inserting plate 22 moves rightwards under the elastic action of the third elastic part 20 and is clamped between the two baffles 23 in the circular groove 21, the first handle 27 returns to the initial position, and therefore the effect of adjusting the rotation of the LED lamp 13 according to the requirements of different irradiation angles is achieved.
Because the LED working lamp also comprises a first mounting frame 28, a motor 30, a blade 31 and a second mounting frame 33; the first mounting frame 28 is fixedly connected to the top of the lamp holder 11, and a third through hole 29 is formed in one side of the first mounting frame 28; the top of the lamp holder 11 is provided with a fourth through hole 32 and is positioned below the first mounting frame 28; the motor 30 is fixedly connected to the inner top of the first mounting frame 28, the blade 31 is pivoted with the motor 30, the second mounting frame 33 is fixedly connected to one side part of the lamp holder 11, and the bottom of the second mounting frame 33 is provided with a fifth through hole 34; a sixth through hole 35 is formed in one side of the lamp holder 11 and is located on the right side of the second mounting frame 33; when the LED lamp 13 works, the motor 30 is controlled to rotate, the output end of the motor 30 drives the blade 31 to rotate, so that wind blowing towards the LED lamp 13 is generated, the LED lamp 13 is cooled, heat generated by the LED lamp 13 can be effectively dissipated, and the service life of the LED lamp 13 is prolonged.
Because the LED working lamp also comprises the second fixing plate 37, the first butterfly bolt 39, the third fixing plate 41 and the second butterfly bolt 43; the second fixing plate 37 and the third fixing plate 41 are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting plate 1 along the length direction of the mounting plate 1 in sequence and are positioned at two sides of the first hollow rod 2; one side part of the first hollow rod 2 is provided with a first threaded hole 36, and the other side part is provided with a third threaded hole 40; the second fixing plate 37 is provided with a second threaded hole 38, a first butterfly bolt 39 penetrates through the second threaded hole 38 and is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole 36, the third fixing plate 41 is provided with a fourth threaded hole 42, and a second butterfly bolt 43 penetrates through the fourth threaded hole 42 and is in threaded connection with the third threaded hole 40; when the LED work light is not needed to be used, the first butterfly bolt 39 is controlled to rotate clockwise to move leftwards and leave the first threaded hole 36, the second butterfly bolt 43 is controlled to rotate clockwise to move rightwards and leave the third threaded hole 40, and therefore the first hollow rod 2 can be taken down, the LED work light is convenient to store, and the occupied area during storage is reduced.
Because the LED work light also comprises a wheel 44, a second hollow rod 45, a third butterfly bolt 46, a third connecting rod 47 and a second handle 48; the wheel 44 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 1, the second hollow rod 45 is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting plate 1, a fifth threaded hole 49 is formed in one side of the second hollow rod 45, which is far away from the mounting plate 1, the third connecting rod 47 is in sliding connection with the second hollow rod 45, the third butterfly bolt 46 is in threaded connection with the fifth threaded hole 49, and the second handle 48 is fixedly connected to one side of the third connecting rod 47; when the LED working lamp needs to be moved, the third butterfly bolt 46 is controlled to rotate clockwise to move rightwards, the third butterfly bolt 46 is controlled to move rightwards, the second hollow rod 45 is separated from the second hollow rod, the second handle 48 is controlled to ascend, the second handle 48 drives the third connecting rod 47 to ascend, the third connecting rod leaves the ground, the third butterfly bolt 46 is controlled to rotate anticlockwise to move leftwards, the fifth threaded hole 49 is penetrated, the third connecting rod 47 is clamped, the LED working lamp can be moved at the moment, therefore, the effects of moving and fixing the LED working lamp are achieved, and the practicability of the LED working lamp is improved.
The control mode of the invention is controlled by manually starting and closing the switch, the wiring diagram of the power element and the supply of the power source belong to the common knowledge in the field, and the invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and the wiring arrangement are not explained in detail in the invention.

the fixing mechanism (8) comprises a guide block (82), a second elastic piece (84) and a second guide rod (85); a first groove (81) is formed in one side part, close to the first through hole (4), of the first connecting rod (3); the guide block (82) is fixedly connected to one side part of the first connecting rod (3) and is positioned in the first groove (81); a second groove (83) is formed in one side part, close to the first through hole (4), of the guide block (82); the second guide rod (85) is fixedly connected to the guide block (82) through a second elastic piece (84) and is positioned in the second groove (83);
the LED working lamp further comprises a rotary disc (15), a first bolt (16), a third elastic part (20), an inserting plate (22), a baffle plate (23), a pull wire (24), a slide rail (25), a slide block (26) and a first handle (27); a third groove (14) is formed in the top of the connecting block (9), the rotary table (15) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second connecting rod (10), and a circular groove (21) is formed in one side of the rotary table (15); the baffle plates (23) are fixedly connected to the turntable (15) at equal intervals and are positioned in the circular groove (21); a second through hole (17) is formed in the rotary disc (15), and a fourth groove (19) and a threaded groove (18) are formed in one side portion, close to the annular groove (21), of the connecting block (9); the inserting plate (22) is fixedly connected to the connecting block (9) through a third elastic part (20) and is positioned in the fourth groove (19); the first bolt (16) penetrates through one side part of the connecting block (9) and penetrates through the second through hole (17) to be in threaded connection with the thread groove (18); the sliding rail (25) is fixedly connected with one side part of the first connecting rod (3), the first handle (27) is in sliding connection with the sliding rail (25) through the sliding block (26), one end of the pull wire (24) is fixedly connected with one side part of the inserting plate (22), and the other end of the pull wire penetrates through the connecting block (9) and is fixedly connected with the top part of the first handle (27);
the LED working lamp also comprises a first mounting frame (28), a motor (30), a blade (31) and a second mounting frame (33); the first mounting frame (28) is fixedly connected to the top of the lamp holder (11), and a third through hole (29) is formed in one side part of the first mounting frame (28); the top of the lamp holder (11) is provided with a fourth through hole (32) and is positioned below the first mounting frame (28); the motor (30) is fixedly connected to the inner top of the first mounting frame (28), the blade (31) is pivoted with the motor (30), the second mounting frame (33) is fixedly connected to one side part of the lamp holder (11), and the bottom of the second mounting frame (33) is provided with a fifth through hole (34); a sixth through hole (35) is formed in one side of the lamp holder (11) and is positioned on the right side of the second mounting frame (33);
the LED working lamp also comprises a second fixing plate (37), a first butterfly bolt (39), a third fixing plate (41) and a second butterfly bolt (43); the second fixing plate (37) and the third fixing plate (41) are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting plate (1) in sequence along the length direction of the mounting plate (1) and are positioned on two sides of the first hollow rod (2); one side part of the first hollow rod (2) is provided with a first threaded hole (36), and the other side part is provided with a third threaded hole (40); a second threaded hole (38) is formed in the second fixing plate (37), a first butterfly bolt (39) penetrates through the second threaded hole (38) and is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole (36), a fourth threaded hole (42) is formed in the third fixing plate (41), and a second butterfly bolt (43) penetrates through the fourth threaded hole (42) and is in threaded connection with the third threaded hole (40);
the LED working lamp also comprises wheels (44), a second hollow rod (45), a third butterfly bolt (46), a third connecting rod (47) and a second handle (48); the wheel (44) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate (1), the second hollow rod (45) is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting plate (1), a fifth threaded hole (49) is formed in one side, away from the mounting plate (1), of the second hollow rod (45), the third connecting rod (47) is in sliding connection with the second hollow rod (45), the third butterfly bolt (46) is in threaded connection with the fifth threaded hole (49), and the second handle (48) is fixedly connected to one side of the third connecting rod (47).
