Abstract

本发明提供了一种电化学防腐管道,设置于管道内外的多层防腐结构,其中,在钢管内壁添加陶瓷隔离层;钢管外壁设置一层防腐层,防腐层外设置强固层;所述管道关闭上开设有若干环状凹槽,所述凹槽沿管道横截面成圆环状,凹槽深度从外部强固层一直延伸到隔离层之中,凹槽内插入阳极金属,在凹槽底端设置导线连接至凹槽内的阳极金属上,其另一端穿过隔离层连接至管道壁上,以钢管作为阴极构成原电池结构通过上述方式,本发明能够通过物理防腐和电化学防腐相结合的方式,更好的完成管道的防腐工作,提高钢结构管道的使用寿命,同时可以起到一定的钢管修复作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐管道,特别是涉及一种电化学防腐管道。
背景技术
目前国内自动管道重防腐缠绕装置多用于工厂化预制重防腐管道,该方法固然可以提高管道防腐质量,但自动装置设备笨重,投资成本和运行成本高。由于工厂化预制,需要把管道先拉运至工厂预制,在二次倒运至施工现场,使施工成本陡然上升。
目前的防腐管道设计多采用物理结构,其具有一定的防腐功效可以有效的提升管道的防腐能力,但是由于材料的选取以及时间的推移,其防腐能力是有降低了,因此有对管道进行电化学防腐设计,提高其使用寿命。
发明内容
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种电化学防腐管道,其特征在于,包括:设置于管道内外的多层防腐结构,其中,在钢管内壁添加陶瓷隔离层;钢管外壁设置一层防腐层,防腐层外设置强固层;
所述管道关闭上开设有若干环状凹槽,所述凹槽沿管道横截面成圆环状,凹槽深度从外部强固层一直延伸到隔离层之中,凹槽内插入阳极金属,在凹槽底端设置导线连接至凹槽内的阳极金属上,其另一端穿过隔离层连接至管道壁上,以钢管作为阴极构成原电池结构;
为了使电流输出尽量保持稳定和降低阳极接地电阻,土壤中的阳极金属周围还设置有化学填包材料层,包括75%的硫酸钙,20%的膨润土和5%硫酸钠混合而成。
优选地,所述阳极金属成圆环状插入到所述凹槽中,其内径与钢管直径相同,外径大于强固层外径。
优选地,所述环状凹槽所间隔的距离不小于3米。
优选地,所述凹槽内侧壁设置一层绝缘结构,防止阳极金属直接与管道壁接触。
优选地,所述管道的设置保证管道整体包括其向外延伸的阳极金属一并埋设于土壤中,埋设的深度保证管壁上方的阳极金属处于距离地表60-70厘米的位置。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的有益效果是:
能够通过物理防腐和电化学防腐相结合的方式,更好的完成管道的防腐工作,提高钢结构管道的使用寿命,同时可以起到一定的钢管修复作用。

以一个是实施例为例,本实施例中,所述阳极金属采用Mg金属,在本实施例中,由于阳极金属Mg底部与钢管表面相连接,Mg金属较钢管所采用的Fe相对活泼,因此连接之后依靠电位负于保护对象金属自身消耗来提供保护电流,钢管与牺牲阳极连接,在电解质环境中构成了保护电流回路。

1.一种电化学防腐管道,其特征在于,包括:设置于管道内外的多层防腐结构,其中,在钢管内壁添加陶瓷隔离层;钢管外壁设置一层防腐层,防腐层外设置强固层;
所述管道关闭上开设有若干环状凹槽,所述凹槽沿管道横截面成圆环状,凹槽深度从外部强固层一直延伸到隔离层之中,凹槽内插入阳极金属,在凹槽底端设置导线连接至凹槽内的阳极金属上,其另一端穿过隔离层连接至管道壁上,以钢管作为阴极构成原电池结构;
为了使电流输出尽量保持稳定和降低阳极接地电阻,土壤中的阳极金属周围还设置有化学填包材料层,包括75%的硫酸钙,20%的膨润土和5%硫酸钠混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电化学防腐管道,其特征在于:所述阳极金属成圆环状插入到所述凹槽中,其内径与钢管直径相同,外径大于强固层外径。

4.根据权利要求1所述的电化学防腐管道,其特征在于:所述管道的设置保证管道整体包括其向外延伸的阳极金属一并埋设于土壤中,埋设的深度保证管壁上方的阳极金属处于距离地表60-70厘米的位置。
