本发明一种旧沥青混合料油石分离构件,包括弧形部和平板部,所述弧形部与所述平板部呈一体式结构,所述弧形部呈半球体结构,所述平板部呈环形板体结构,所述平板部位于所述弧形部底部四周;所述弧形部上和平板部上均设有过滤孔。采用特殊的半球体结构,使用时混合料自中心顶部向下倾倒,可提高混合料与分离构件的接触面积,加大分离效率;混合料顺弧形部向下流至平板部,在平板部上再次分离过滤,起到二次过滤的效果。

技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种旧沥青混合料油石分离构件。
背景技术
沥青路面维修产生的沥青混合旧料回收再利用,符合国家节能减排政策、发展循环经济的要求,回收材料既能充分利用,降低了公路建设成本,也减少了对石油、石料等资源的开采,目前虽有其他方式进行再生利用,但都存在不足和局限性,无法达到新混合料的路用标准,唯有采用新的工艺方法--路用旧沥青混合料油石分离再生技术,能使沥青混合旧料追本溯源,还原到原有特性的沥青和石料,重新生成各种级配需求的新混合料。
现阶段使用的旧沥青混合料油石分离试验性样机,对废旧沥青基料进行浸淋、过滤、清洗、蒸发、分离、回收等一系列的操作,在分离过程中一般采用普通过滤网进行过滤,其效率低,难以跟得上越来越高的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种旧沥青混合料油石分离构件。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种旧沥青混合料油石分离构件,其特征在于,包括弧形部和平板部,所述弧形部与所述平板部呈一体式结构,所述弧形部呈半球体结构,所述平板部呈环形板体结构,所述平板部位于所述弧形部底部四周;所述弧形部上和平板部上均设有过滤孔。
上述一种旧沥青混合料油石分离构件,其特征在于,所述平板部上的过滤孔孔径小于弧形部上的过滤孔孔径。
本发明的有益效果为:采用特殊的半球体结构,使用时混合料自中心顶部向下倾倒,可提高混合料与分离构件的接触面积,加大分离效率;混合料顺弧形部向下流至平板部,在平板部上再次分离过滤,起到二次过滤的效果。
