Abstract
本发明公开了一种布草水洗的方法,对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗,该消毒预洗包括以下步骤:A、对床单类的布草进行分拣,去除所述布草上的异物,并根据布草种类进行分类得多个布草分洗小单元,备洗;B、分别将这些布草分洗小单元放入洗前处理池的加有草生物消毒冷洗液各个清洗池内浸泡1小时~2小时,排水、脱水;C、加水至中水位,加入草生物消毒冷洗液对各自布草分洗小单元洗涤3分钟~5分钟后,通入臭氧再洗涤3分钟~5分钟,排水;D、加水至高水位,漂洗3分钟~5分钟,排水、脱水即完成对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗。较之现有技术,本发明不仅可灭杀布草上的病菌,还降低了主洗设被污染的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及布草洗涤技术领域,尤其是一种用于医用床单类的布草的水洗方法。
背景技术
在医用床单类的布草上会残留一些血溃和药渍,目前,对医用布草的洗涤往往是经过分拣,将有血溃等的布草分拣出来后,将其他布草直接塞进单机进行洗涤,洗涤烘干后的医用布草再进行消毒,但这些床单类的医用布草上的污渍主要是蛋白质污渍和各种病菌,蛋白质污渍暴露在空气中形成了细菌繁殖的温床,在洗涤前不经过消毒灭菌,在洗涤过程中水很有可能会成为疾病传播的媒介,同时也污染主洗设备。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能降低疾病传播的布草水洗的方法。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种布草水洗的方法,对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗,该消毒预洗包括以下步骤:
A、 对床单类的布草进行分拣,去除所述布草上的异物,并根据布草种类进行分类得多个布草分洗小单元,备洗;
B、分别将这些布草分洗小单元放入洗前处理池的加有草生物消毒冷洗液各个清洗池内浸泡1小时~2小时,排水、脱水;
C、加水至中水位,加入草生物消毒冷洗液对各自布草分洗小单元洗涤3分钟~5分钟后,通入臭氧再洗涤3分钟~5分钟,排水;
D、加水至高水位,漂洗3分钟~5分钟,排水、脱水即完成对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述草生物消毒冷洗液包括以下重量份的组分:海藻多糖8份,生物酶3份,表面活性剂7份,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱9份,氧化纳12份,蛋白酶6份。
海藻多糖是从海洋生物海带中提炼的多糖类成分,对于布草表面的灰尘和污垢能够快速的包裹和粘附,此物质是由醒基和嗣基通过昔键连接的高分子聚合物,具有高效的杀菌作用,将致病菌包裹的同时会阻碍细菌细胞正常的繁殖和活性,从而起到杀菌的作用,同时海藻多糖不像强氧化剂对织物和人体皮肤有损害。
月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱也是一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,不会因为PH值的改变而影响其活性,具有杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性,非常适合在低温条件下使用。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:主洗前的床单类的布草通过草生物消毒冷洗液的浸泡、清洗将蛋白质污渍去险滩,再加上臭氧的消漂洗,可将在医院中最易引起感染的病菌通过臭氧水灭杀;不仅可灭杀布草上的病菌,还降低了主洗设被污染的现象。

以下结合实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种布草水洗的方法,对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗,该消毒预洗包括以下步骤:
A、 对床单类的布草进行分拣,去除布草上的异物,并根据布草种类进行分类得多个布草分洗小单元,备洗;
B、分别将这些布草分洗小单元放入洗前处理池的加有草生物消毒冷洗液各个清洗池内浸泡1小时,排水、脱水;该草生物消毒冷洗液包括以下重量份的组分:海藻多糖8份,生物酶3份,表面活性剂7份,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱9份,氧化纳12份,蛋白酶6份;
C、加水至中水位,加入草生物消毒冷洗液对各自布草分洗小单元洗涤3分钟后,通入臭氧4000毫克再洗涤3分钟,排水;
D、加水至高水位,漂洗3分钟,排水、脱水即完成对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗。
实施例2:
一种布草水洗的方法,对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗,该消毒预洗包括以下步骤:
A、 对床单类的布草进行分拣,去除布草上的异物,并根据布草种类进行分类得多个布草分洗小单元,备洗;
B、分别将这些布草分洗小单元放入洗前处理池的加有草生物消毒冷洗液各个清洗池内浸泡2小时,排水、脱水;该草生物消毒冷洗液包括以下重量份的组分:海藻多糖8份,生物酶3份,表面活性剂7份,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱9份,氧化纳12份,蛋白酶6份;
C、加水至中水位,加入草生物消毒冷洗液对各自布草分洗小单元洗涤3分钟后,通入臭氧4000毫克再洗涤5分钟,排水;
D、加水至高水位,漂洗5分钟,排水、脱水即完成对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗。

A、 对床单类的布草进行分拣,去除所述布草上的异物,并根据布草种类进行分类得多个布草分洗小单元,备洗;
B、分别将这些布草分洗小单元放入洗前处理池的加有草生物消毒冷洗液各个清洗池内浸泡1小时~2小时,排水、脱水;
C、加水至中水位,加入草生物消毒冷洗液对各自布草分洗小单元洗涤3分钟~5分钟后,通入臭氧再洗涤3分钟~5分钟,排水;
D、加水至高水位,漂洗3分钟~5分钟,排水、脱水即完成对主洗前的床单类的布草进行消毒预洗。
2.一种布草水洗的方法,其特征在于:所述草生物消毒冷洗液包括以下重量份的组分:海藻多糖8份,生物酶3份,表面活性剂7份,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱9份,氧化纳12份,蛋白酶6份。
