Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,包括:涤纶复合纤维芯体,所述涤纶复合纤维芯体是由涤纶纤维、竹纤维混纺而成的,所述芯体的横截面呈圆形,且在其圆周方向上向外形成有均布排列的多个锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构外吸附有纳米载银抗菌膜,所述芯体的横截面的端面上排布有多个不规格形状的凹坑,所述凹坑内填充有纳米银粒子。通过上述方式,本发明纤维具有优异的抗菌除臭性能,同时具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、保暖性和光泽度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人们对穿着要求也越来越高,除了要穿着舒适外,还要求服装具有功能性,纤维是服装面料的构成基础,对服装面料的功能起着决定性作用。
涤纶是产量最大的合成纤维,具有许多优良性能,如弹性高,弹性模量高,断裂强度高,热定形性好,耐热、耐光性好,抗有机溶剂以及酸、碱腐蚀,抗霉菌、抗虫蛀,坚牢耐用等,被广泛应用于国民经济各个领域。但是涤纶纤维不具有抗菌除臭性能,同时其吸湿性、透气性、保暖性等还存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,能够解决现有涤纶纤维存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,包括:涤纶复合纤维芯体,所述涤纶复合纤维芯体是由涤纶纤维、竹纤维混纺而成的,所述芯体的横截面呈圆形,且在其圆周方向上向外形成有均布排列的多个锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构外吸附有纳米载银抗菌膜,所述芯体的横截面的端面上排布有多个不规格形状的凹坑,所述凹坑内填充有纳米银粒子。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米载银抗菌膜的厚度为80-120nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米银粒子的粒径为6-9nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述涤纶纤维采用异形涤纶纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述异形涤纶纤维为三叶异形涤纶纤维、十字异形涤纶纤维、三角形异形涤纶纤维中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯体的同一横截面的圆周方向上均布有15-20个锯齿结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明涤纶复合纤维芯体表面设有锯齿结构,锯齿结构外吸附有纳米载银抗菌膜,其内部填充有纳米银粒子,使本发明纤维具有优异的抗菌除臭性能,同时具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、保暖性和光泽度。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,包括:涤纶复合纤维芯体1,所述涤纶复合纤维芯体1是由涤纶纤维、竹纤维混纺而成的。本实施例中,所述涤纶纤维采用异形涤纶纤维,优选地,所述异形涤纶纤维为三叶异形涤纶纤维、十字异形涤纶纤维、三角形异形涤纶纤维中的一,异形涤纶纤维由于横截面不是规格的形状,因此能够提高纤维的蓬松度,改善纤维的表面光泽度。进一步地,本实施例中涤纶复合纤维芯体1中含有竹纤维,是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维,继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大天然纤维。竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。在2000倍电子显微镜下观察,竹纤维的横截面凹凸变形,布满了近似于椭圆形的孔隙,呈高度中空,毛细管效应极强,可在瞬间吸收和蒸发水分,在所有天然纤维中,竹纤维的吸放湿性及透气性好居五大纤维之首,在温度为36°C;相对湿度为100%的条件下,竹纤维的回潮率超过45%,透气性比棉强3.5倍。
本实施例中,所述芯体的横截面呈圆形,且在其圆周方向上向外形成有均布排列的多个锯齿结构11,所述锯齿结构11外吸附有纳米载银抗菌膜2,所述芯体的横截面的端面上排布有多个不规格形状的凹坑12,所述凹坑内填充有纳米银粒子。
本实施例中,所述纳米载银抗菌膜2的厚度为80-120nm。
其中,纳米银粒子是基于纳米技术研发成的一种新型的无机抗菌材料,相对于普通银离子,纳米银粒子具有更稳定的物理、化学及生物学特性,并具有传统无机抗菌材料无法比拟的抗菌效果。纳米银粒子安全性高、效果持久,是以这种长效性抗菌剂。优选地,所述纳米银粒子的粒径为6-9nm。
进一步优选地,所述芯体的同一横截面的圆周方向上均布有15-20个锯齿结构11。能够显著提高涤纶复合纤维芯体1的蓬松度、吸湿性和光泽度。
本发明揭示了一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,表面设有锯齿结构,锯齿结构外吸附有纳米载银抗菌膜,内部填充有纳米银粒子,使本发明纤维具有优异的抗菌除臭性能,同时具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、保暖性和光泽度。

1.一种抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,其特征在于,包括:涤纶复合纤维芯体,所述涤纶复合纤维芯体是由涤纶纤维、竹纤维混纺而成的,所述芯体的横截面呈圆形,且在其圆周方向上向外形成有均布排列的多个锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构外吸附有纳米载银抗菌膜,所述芯体的横截面的端面上排布有多个不规格形状的凹坑,所述凹坑内填充有纳米银粒子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,其特征在于,所述纳米载银抗菌膜的厚度为80-120nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,其特征在于,所述纳米银粒子的粒径为6-9nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,其特征在于,所述涤纶纤维采用异形涤纶纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,其特征在于,所述异形涤纶纤维为三叶异形涤纶纤维、十字异形涤纶纤维、三角形异形涤纶纤维中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭涤纶复合纤维,其特征在于,在所述芯体的同一横截面的圆周方向上均布有15-20个锯齿结构。
