Abstract
A water-soluble lubricating grease for hydraulic support assembly belongs to the technical field of lubricating materials for coal mining equipment. The catalyst is prepared by reacting oleic acid, sebacic acid, triethanolamine, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium tetraborate and ethylenediamine which are used as raw materials at a certain temperature and normal pressure. Compared with the existing products, the invention is applied to the assembly and installation processes of the hydraulic support body and the hydraulic control system, can be uniformly dispersed in water-based liquid after the assembly and installation are finished, and can not cause the blockage of the hydraulic system in the operation of the hydraulic support; can have better compatibility with the transmission medium and can not cause the failure of the hydraulic transmission medium.

Background
The hydraulic support is an important supporting device of a fully mechanized coal mining face, provides a safe working space for a coal mining machine, a scraper conveyor and operators on the working face, can fix the scraper conveyor, and can be matched with the coal mining machine and the scraper conveyor to complete a series of coal mining processes such as coal seam cutting, equipment propelling and the like.
During the assembly of the hydraulic support, the production or maintenance manufacturer may wear the sealing element if proper grease is not applied in time. The tiny impurities generated after abrasion play a grinding role between the sealing elements along with the flowing of working media, so that the abrasion of the elements is accelerated, the sealing plane is damaged, the hydraulic valve loses the sealing performance, and even the whole valve body is damaged and fails, and the service life of the hydraulic support is influenced. In addition, in the installation process of the hydraulic support body, consumed lubricating grease is coated to assemble parts such as the oil cylinder, the piston and the sealing element, and lubrication and sealing among the parts are realized.
At present, the calcium-based lubricating grease butter is widely used by coal mine units in China for assembling a hydraulic support body and a hydraulic control system. The production process of the invention is as follows: adding oleic acid, sebacic acid and triethanolamine into a reaction kettle, heating to 100-120 ℃, uniformly stirring until white solid is completely melted and bubbles are generated, adding polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium tetraborate, continuously stirring until the solid is completely melted to form a uniform viscous liquid, cooling to room temperature, adding ethylenediamine, stirring for at least 30 minutes, uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain the product.
According to the characteristics of the hydraulic support system, the water-soluble lubricating grease suitable for assembling the hydraulic support body, the control system and the like is developed, the phenomena of abrasion, oil bleeding, blockage and the like are reduced, the water-soluble lubricating grease has better compatibility with a transmission medium of a hydraulic system, the water-soluble lubricating grease cannot cause blockage or deterioration failure of the transmission medium even if the water-soluble lubricating grease falls off and enters the hydraulic system, and the water-soluble lubricating grease has important practical value for reducing the comprehensive cost of a coal mine and improving safe and efficient production.

Adding 15% of oleic acid, 9% of sebacic acid and 60% of triethanolamine into a reaction kettle together according to the dosage proportion, heating to 110 ℃, uniformly stirring until white solid is completely melted and bubbles are generated, adding 3% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, 3% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 5% of sodium tetraborate, continuously stirring until the solid is completely melted to form a uniform viscous liquid state, cooling to room temperature, adding 5% of ethylenediamine, stirring for 45 minutes, uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain the product. The product is brown yellow uniform paste, the penetration degree is 325, the product is uniformly coated on the surface of the element, and a uniform thin layer can be formed and adhered on the metal surface of the element. The lubricating property of the product is measured by adopting SH/T0202-1992 grease extreme pressure performance measurement method (four-ball method) to determine the maximum non-seizure load P of the productBThe value is 784N, which meets the lubrication requirements of the assembly process. The water-soluble hydraulic support assembly lubricating grease is characterized in that the lubricating grease can be well dispersed in a water-based liquid, 5% of products are dispersed in water, the products are continuously inverted for 6-8 times in a measuring cylinder with a plug, samples can be uniformly dispersed in the water, and no precipitate exists.
The water-soluble hydraulic support assembly lubricating grease is mainly applied to the hydraulic support assembly process, is adhered to the surface of a newly installed workpiece and gradually enters a hydraulic support transmission medium along with the operation of a hydraulic support. Therefore, the compatibility of the product with hydraulic support transmission media is also critical.
