本发明公开了一种基于对屠宰场的污水进行处理的工艺,屠宰废水首先经过格栅,进入调节池,调节池起到调节水质的作用,在通过污水提升泵到隔油沉砂池,之后进入水解酸化池,利用水解和产酸菌的反应,将难降解有机物如血红素分解成小分子可降解物质,进一步提高可生化性,从而降低了后续好氧单元的土建造价和能耗,水解酸化池出水将进入主体设备SBR反应池,进水、反应、沉淀、排水依次在同一池里进行,在好氧的环境里污水得到极大处理,废水再到消毒池,投加消毒剂,约停留30min,就可以排放。该工艺能够对屠宰场的污水进行有效的处理,使得污水处理干净,满足排放要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工艺,尤其是涉及一种基于对屠宰场的污水进行处理的工艺。
背景技术
污水,通常指受一定污染的、来自生活和生产的排出水。污水主要有生活污水、工业废水和初期雨水。污水的主要污染物有病原体污染物、耗氧污染物、植物营养物和有毒污染物等。根据污水来源的观点,污水可以定义为从住宅、机关、商业或者工业区排放的与地下水、地表水、暴风雪等混合的携带有废物的液体或者水。污水由许多类别,相应地减少污水对环境的影响也有许多技术和工艺。按照污水来源,污水可以分为这四类。第一类:工业废水 来自制造采矿和工业生产活动的污水,包括来自与工业或者商业储藏、加工的径流活渗沥液,以及其它不是生活污水的废水。第二类:生活污水 来自住宅、写字楼、机关或相类似的污水;卫生污水;下水道污水,包括下水道系统中生活污水中混合的工业废水。第三类:商业污水 来自商业设施而且某些成分超过生活污水的无毒、无害的污水。如餐饮污水。洗衣房污水、动物饲养污水,发廊产生的污水等。第四类:表面径流 来自雨水、雪水、高速公路下水,来自城市和工业地区的水等等,表面径流没有渗进土壤,沿街道和陆地进入地下水。人类生产活动造成的水体污染中,工业引起的水体污染最严重。如工业废水,它含污染物多,成分复杂,不仅在水中不易净化,而且处理也比较困难。工业废水,是工业污染引起水体污染的最重要的原因。它占工业排出的污染物的大部分。工业废水所含的污染物因工厂种类不同而千差万别,即使是同类工厂,生产过程不同,其所含污染物的质和量也不一样。工业除了排出的废水直接注入水体引起污染外,固体废物和废气也会污染水体。农业污染首先是由于耕作或开荒使土地表面疏松,在土壤和地形还未稳定时降雨,大量泥沙流入水中,增加水中的悬浮物。还有一个重要原因是农药、化肥的使用量日益增多,而使用的农药和化肥只有少量附着或被吸收,其余绝大部分残留在土壤和漂浮在大气中,通过降雨,经过地表径流的冲刷进入地表水和渗入地表水形成污染。城市污染源是因城市人口集中,城市生活污水、垃圾和废气引起水体污染造成的。城市污染源对水体的污染主要是生活污水,它是人们日常生活中产生的各种污水的混合液,其中包括厨房、洗涤房、浴室和厕所排出的污水。
屠宰场由于其工作环境的特殊性,会产生很多污水,而且污水中含有的杂物多,处理不干净排放将造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有屠宰场由于其工作环境的特殊性,会产生很多污水,而且污水中含有的杂物多,处理不干净排放将造成环境污染的问题,设计了一种基于对屠宰场的污水进行处理的工艺,该工艺能够对屠宰场的污水进行有效的处理,使得污水处理干净,满足排放要求,解决了现有屠宰场由于其工作环境的特殊性,会产生很多污水,而且污水中含有的杂物多,处理不干净排放将造成环境污染的问题。
